Cheap & clean but little bit far from center”

We arrived at the Pattaya bus station and traveled to the hotel by songthaew (quite similar to tuk-tuk but bigger) for 50 baht/person. The guesthouse quite small, 6 rooms, bathroom is small but clean and new. The staff usually is at the guesthouse from 9am - 8pm, you may have to wait for check-in & check-out before 9am or after 8pm. We use songthaew to travel around the city, Central Festival, Tiffany's Show, Walking Street... You will need to take 2 routes as the guesthouse quite far from the center. It's 2-3 minute walk to Jomtien Beach and near to many convenient stores. If you want a cheap price, quite surrounding and don't mind the distance, Palm delight Guesthouse is a good option.

Good location and carefree being in this hotel.”

Alltough the hotel was changed from the Palm Delight Guesthouse to Palm Lodge Delight Guesthouse, that was not problem and I got bigger room than I had booked. My stay was carefree and will come again.

nice stay, good value for money”

Located about 4 min walk from Jomtien beach, a lot of bars and eating places around, the room is quite small, however has everything essential - shower, wc, air conditioner, TV, fridge and safe. It seems that the staff is working mostly in the travel agency on the next street, so you have to call them on cell phone to get them at the guesthouse, which might take 5-10 minutes.The room is clean,modestly furnished, excellent choice for the location and price

Convenient, well priced and convenient location”

I have stayed at Jomtien several times and this guest house is located at Soi 7 about 5 mins walk down the street , opposite the beach strip. It has been re furbished and is decorated in bright internal colours, small with 6-8 rooms but great location with laundry, bar, 7-11 shops, chemists in the same street.We stayed in the Deluxe room which was orange in main colour for walls, but made a nice change and bathroom was also well decorated, tiled, etc. There was a microwave and rice cooker so one could also eat in if you wished. The room was clean and tidy and sheets and towels changed daily, just one girl on duty but v helpful. Had minor problems with the shower drain blocked and this took 2 days to sort out which was annoying (flooded out of bathroom) and a difficult moment when the security pass did not work at 11pm to get in (no staff overnight)- luckily another guest turned up otherwise would have been a troublesome night to get back in - so always double check your security card works on the outside lock! Overall I can reccommend this guest house for value, cleansiness and easy access by the taxi buses from Pattaya (10-15 mins) pay 10THb each nothing more - or let Thai friend pay and that is the amount - not 20-230THB that I see people pay - I would definitely stay here again and also the location is surpringly fairly quiet at night, despite having bars nearby (also can rent scooters for 150/200THB per day - always carry international licence as I got fined down the road for not having and cost 600THB - no paperwork and I am sure the money goes into the cops pocket) - beach is straight across teh road guys so have fun and enjoy.

Excellent hotel..I like it alot...I hope will comeback again..nice really modern design..hot water lcd tv many channels..fast internet and comfortable bed.. Tip5min walk to beach..then beach in front of ya.....so magical, then you need to g to walking street or. Dntown pattaya or catch airport bus shuttle is cost ya 10 bhat each way..not more..! Same price for an irresistable slice of melon...I also recommend eating a fruit called farang..enjoy your stay...

clean room quiet place”

there's no amenities in bathroom even tissues. clean room but smelly blanket. it's hard to find and far from a beach. no parking . it's quiet and clean that's all i need in Pattaya

Lovely place for weekend”

It was awesome! We checked in very fast! I had some misunderstanding but owner solved everything and we were lucky to move into brand new room. Good location: just few meters to the sea, fruit.vegetable market. Small tip: if you like street food at the market you can find cafe. They serve rice with chicken or vegetables for usual thai price. Very quiet place even when a lot of bars on the street.

I stayed there for a couple of days nice hotel safe comfortable...there are lots of transportation goes by easy access to bars massages and open market around soi 09-10 area try it really good items..I picked this hotel coz it has excellent features like safe in room, beach, transportation

budget hostel with nice rooms”

it's easy to find this budget hostel, though it's quite far from the central pattaya. It's near to the jomthien beach, only 5 mins by walking. The hostel is small but has nice and new rooms.but i recommend it only for those who come as backpackers, or without big luggages.No lifts, and the young female receptionist staff doesn't understand English both written and spoken, so i had to talk first to the manager by phone, when i arrived for check-in. No meals available, but there are a lot of good restaurants around this hostel.

Welcome at Russian place”

Thinking that I was check-out, the cleaning was not done the first day. And other days for cleaning just the duvet ascent. And nothing else. The night to sleep before 2:00 am : you must put ear plugs. Down in the street, some beers bars with loud music. When I left, I waited 20 minutes to be able to hand over the keys to the Thai woman boss. The office is open from 10:00 am. This hotel is secondary at The Palm Delight Lodge.

Great location, Great price”

This hotel is very good value for the money. A great location. Wonderful staff, but the staff are typically located at their other facility about 5 minutes away, but they are easily contacted and very responsive. Very good facilities!

Room not cleaned”

I booked the guesthouse. Upon check in I was asked to change room and location to their lodge. I tell them I preferred to stay in room i booked. First day my room was cleaned. Second day i put room cleaning sign on door and was away all day and evening. When I brought my new guest in de middle of the night my room was a mess and not cleaned. No fresh towels or water. When I complained they told me their cleaner was busy all day and had much rooms to clean. and it was raining. They purposely did not want to clean the room and didn't forget I'm so angry at them
