Stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days. The staff were very good, starting from the staff at the entrance. The hotel is part of the same group as Kiri Maya and Muthi Maya. The accommodation is in a 5-storey building, with a total of 9 buildings, each lined up along the lake. The hotel has a good landscape design. The view from every room is of the lake and the view of the mountains in the distance. The atmosphere is peaceful and suitable for relaxation. The accommodation has no other facilities apart from the rooms, the restaurant, and the swimming pool, which is located behind the lobby and next to the outdoor dining area (no air conditioning). If guests do not have a car, they can call for the hotel's golf cart service. During the stay, there was some renovation work in the adjacent rooms, which caused some short periods of noise (the staff did not inform beforehand). Other than that, everything was considered okay and worth the price of a little over 3,000 baht per night.

The room is clean, but there are some old things in some areas that should be renovated, especially the wooden floor and bedroom and bathroom doors. Sometimes the bathroom floor is very slippery and has paint marks all over it, but I accept that the room is clean. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast was similar both days, but there was a variety of food. Yesterday, there were about 20 Indian guests who came down to have breakfast, but each person was coughing and sneezing without covering their mouth or nose, so the Thai guests had to move tables to avoid getting sick with COVID-19. Each table had small children and elderly people, which is considered basic etiquette. Overall, the hotel is good and okay, and they have charging stations for EV cars (but with a fee).

This is a standard and reliable hotel, with excellent staff, rooms, facilities, and breakfast. There is nothing to complain about, and the latest update is that all the TVs have been replaced with smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, which is a great improvement. This is the top-ranked hotel to stay in when visiting Khao Yai.
Well Maintained Resort”
We're a family of 3 (8 years old) visiting Thailand from the US. (I'm originally from Thailand.) We've stayed at Atta for 5 nights. Our overall experience here is quite pleasant. PROS: -Very friendly staff. Most of them are able to communicate in English. -The room is clean and well kept. Housekeeper comes to clean the room every day which is great to come back to a tidy room. -Complementary bottled waters, snack bars and refreshments. -Great on-site Japanese restaurant. We had Tappanyaki there where the chef was cooking in front of us. It was one of the highlights for us there. Kudos to our chef! (It's on the pricey side but so worth it!) -Good size room for a family of 3. It's one bed room with a huge sofa in the living room that could be another bed.(for an extra charge.) -The room is very well insulated. You can't hear anything from the room next door or outside. -The mattress is very comfortable. (Even the sofa bed is still comfortable!) -It comes with breakfast for 2 per room. (Extra charge for our son.) -Conveniently located. We find our resort within 10-15 minute drive from the attractions or well rated restaurants outside the resort. -The resort is well staffed. It's definitely one of the buier resorts in Khaoyai. CONS: -There are many separate buildings in the resort. If you stay in the buildings that are away from the Lobby building where the pool and breakfast place is, you'd have to walk for a while to get there. You could also call in from your building to request a little electric shuttle to the lobby building. I find it a bit inconvenient. Although our son doesn't mind that. -The pool is like an infinity lap pool in a beautiful setting. I wouldn't say it's a WOW for our son who loves swimming. (There's also a shallow kid's pool.) -My biggest disappointment is the cleanliness of the pool. The floor of the pool feels slimy. I notified the resort about it. The reception lady was kind and apologetic. I received a follow-up phone call later about the maintenance of the pool. She said they clean the pool(leaves/debris) every day and have a deep clean once a week. In my opinion, if the deep clean is once a week and the bottom of the pool feels slimy, they should consider deep cleaning the pool more often. I only used the pool once during out stay because of that issue. Our overall experience has been nice. Comparing to many resorts, you'd get a good sized, clean and quite room for the same amount of money.
