Great hotel! Totally worth it!”
We spent three nights at Avista Hideway. It’s definitely the highlight of this trip! Our room is the jacuzzi suite with club access. It includes lots benefits that we didn’t expected. The hotel is very beautiful and has great mountain/partially sea view and all necessary functions. The freedom Beach is just 10 mins walk from hotel also. The staffs here is very helpful and friendly. We don’t feel the hotel is like a maze like other reviews mention. To us the design is very exotic and you can feel you are enjoying holiday among the nature. We will definitely come back next time!

Very good view up the hill, not very far away from the patong beach but very very silent and private. The staffs are very kind and the day we check in was my girlfriends birthday and the hotel arranged a surprise cake and bed design for us. Very nice! This resort looks like a fairy tale castle where they make you feel like their most honored guest. The facilities are beautiful, they have 3 outstanding pools with a different vibe & gorgeous view from each and one of them. The room is so cozy and luxurious, The staff is so attentive & will look after your every need. And the location is phenomenal - just 5 min drive from the main area Patong beach, but still with enough distance to be a peaceful & Quiet haven. Great sunset view, three nice swimming pools, took a lot of pictures in the garden. The shuttle is oneway from hotel to downtown Patong, need to be reserved 4 hours before need.

The resort was amazing and staff is also very good but the thing is break fast was dam expansive and while booking I was confused should take or not for 6 people it was showing me ₹7000 but there I paid ₹ 16000 for two days I preferred to take take breakfast included The best part of the resort is breakfast and the pool amazing but the worst part is very far from petong and you don’t get eazy taxi but the resort people will help you to get

Good experience there: you can see the hotel is with great taste and design, nice breakfast, various pools, good infra and along with very warm and friendly staff. The only issue is that the hotel is too hard to navigate and easy to get lost...but they also have bulk man who drive the little car to pick you up and transit - so that's partially resloved. Overally I enjoyed staying in Avista.

The hotel is a bit hard to navigate given the complex design, but the hotel has the transportation cars in between the area that can pick you up from room to the lobby so quite conveninent.

the hotel is very pretty and the view is amazing. it's well maintained. I recommend it for couples, who just want a quiet hotel. the breakfast was really good. The restaurant and pool bar served good international and thai food. No restaurants nearby so you either have to book a taxi to town proper or eat at the hotel. I only wish check in was smoother. They had a problem with our reservation and said they didn't receive our booking when we already paid for it. We also had trouble booking taxi to the airport, the reception forgot to book it for us when we called them ahead to book it. Other than that, the staff were all nice, it's still worth it. It's also walking distance from Freedom beach, which is probably the nicest beach in the mainland of Phuket. Oh, the music in the pools can be improved. It would be better if they just played lounge music than pop songs. Hope you can open the other restaurant soon sizzle was still closed when we visited. Only vista restaurant was open

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful. What else can you ask for? The location is little secluded though is in Patong as it is on a kind of small hill due to which going to patong Beach and other nearby areas is not that easy.

Great hotel with great view. Booked an executive room with great ocean view that we were able to see sunset from the balcony. Hotel staff are all very friendly, always willingly to help. Location is kinda out of the place. But, there are few shuttle bus in a day to bring you to Junceylon. Taking a taxi to Patong can cost you about 300 to 400 baht.

The location is quite far from the Patong walking street but hotel offers free shuttle bus for the guests. The check in and out process is quick. The room is spacious and well-equipped as a 5 star property. Hotel staffs are friendly and hospitable. Restaurant staffs should be improved in term of professionalism. Restaurant food is normal and not really delicious. Breakfast is not as qualified as a 5 star hotel.

Quiet hotel with great staff”
Avista hideaway is tucked away on a hill close to Patong Beach. We only stayed a night and it unfortunately rained the whole time, but the staff were very helpful with kids club, games room, taxi booking and also moved us to another room (with a better view) when our toilet malfunctioned. Pity that the shuttle to patong was not running and it cost around THB400 by taxi one way.
