Excellence Hotel”

I check in on Vacation Day Dec, 24-26 2016. So impressing everything especially full facility in my room living room, Kitchen room separate from bed room. The room have spacious area and a great view (Mountain View). Location so good. Moreover, The hotel have the other service such as swimming pool, car park, Reception 24 hour, Free Wi-fi. It's worth for paying. I feel Next Time, If I go to Chiangmai I will check in at B2 Mountain Pano again.

Wonderful staff, amazing deal”

B2 Mountain Pano was a wonderful hotel that was comfortable, with a practical set up with all you need. Nice sitting area and kitchenette; quiet, near town. But the best was the manager and staff. I made a mistake on my booking and they went the extra mile to help me and even upgraded me. Thank you B2 Mountain Pano staff!

the best hotel and service aprtment in chiangmai incredible price Best location but you may need a car to travel everywhere. 2 kms to maya mall and nimmanhemin rd., 15-20 mins to chaingmai zoo and doi suthep. 4 kms to central festival chaingmai. The price is incredible, it's very cheap , the room is very big it's all you need also the kitchen! you can walk to the 7-11 and there are many street food outside at night only walk 5mins from the hotel. it is the way to maerim and i think b2 mountain is the best and also to away from the crowded but still not far from the downtown.

Just perfect”

Condo transformed in hotel. The room was clean, big , modern, I liked the mountain view, staff came to clean the room everyday (clean room service until 14.00). The hotel is quiet and is in a very quiet Thai street, the only sound you will hear at night is the dogs barking at each other. You have all the essentials nearby : Food market (Thai food), Thai bbq buffet, 7-11, Tesco Lotus, Kasikorn and Krungskri Bank, Pharmacy and Pizza Company when Thai food ain't gonna cut it :D. It takes around 5 to 10 min to reach old town with a vehicle, i recommend using uber and such if you don't have your own (fares were around 80-90 bhat for old town or come back to the hotel). Reception was great : understood english, helped with lost key card, and gave me back my deposit (1000 thb) even tho i checked out at 15.00. All around for the price best accomodation ever :o ! I strongly recommend this place.

Parking lot good with guard.Location good and have shop around.Room 's apartment style, seperate living room and sleeping room 2 tv.2 aircond.Comfy bed,clean.Bathroom seperate wet zone.I stay 3 ngts and also booking for friends.The superior no kattle no coffee.Only Deluxe /JS have..when I ask the staff..they lie that have not anymore in room.Anyway I'll return to B2 again.

Clean room,separate bedroom and living room,there is a kitchen with dishes.and large refrigerator,all the staff were very welcoming and helped with everything. If I go back to Chiang Mai again, I will definitely go back to stay here.

Rooms good, hard bed, management, booking not easy.”

I agree with previouse reviews accept the good english. We had our teenage daughter with us and tried to arange for her room to be on the same floor near us. Pror to and apon arival. This turned out be very dificult to arrange, as the manager who did speak english said we had to speak to the B2 chain call center to change the room, none of their staff understood proper english our safety concerns (even when my wife was speaking Thai) As a very pretty, 6ft tall Thai, 16 year old, wondering around alone in a condo has potential for disaster. We ended up paying extra for a room next to us but only after a lot of unessisary stress as there were many empty rooms. Customer service 101. Completely missing.

room is very spacious and very clean, has go nature and mountain views. you can cook your own food they got nice kitchen with everything. wifi speed was very good. you cannot find such good place in city at this price. if got chance to visit again would definitely book this hotel.

location is close to Chiang Mai Old town. If you rent motor or car, it would be a very good choice here. Also they provide cooking facilaty, and you can buy local food from Big C and self cooking is funny.

we booked 2 room stayed for 4 night, firstly very appreciate with the reservation when we call direct to the hotel for confirmed the room we mention that's we had grand mum go with us, she arrange the room on the same floor for we can easy take care, when check-in the another reception look not too service mind but we need to avoid this because need to keep only good emotion for my Birthday vacation, the room was clean and comfortable for stay, fulled amenity and sanitary set up in use. on the Third day SOMEBODY OPEN THE DOOR WITH OUT DOOR KNOCK DURING I'M NAKED!! i just hurry take boxer and open the door i saw hotel staff went down to stair. then i called to reception for asked i got information that's Hotel Manager need to fix the ceiling just wounder why not inform to me in advance!! , the others problem it's the drain tube was stuck and floating. but the over all for the room it's nice with beautiful mountain view, good location for transport and easy for finding any food around.

it was second time stay. clean and spacious room with mountain views. close to mae rim and tourist locations. compare to price you cannot find better place in other location. love it

Good and clean room good mountain view. but there are some tree that cover mountain view . This is the only one i upset LoL. And there is the Khuang Sing Chinese Cemetry beside the hotel but i’m ok cause it’s look beautiful .

Very brand new hotel and apartment. Room is so so big and location is great. This hotel is good for people who have car. The room is a apartment with 1 bedroom with super cheap price. Location is very good too as just 1 km near by Maya shopping centre and 3 kms to Central festival chiangmai. This hotel located in the way to go to Maerim also. I love it and everytime i come to visit Chiangmai i always stay here. There is also kitchen in the room. The market next to hotel also have variety of foods. Highly recommend.

Exceptional”

It's so good for a couple and family. This place like a condo and have everything in the kitchen. If I will go to Chiang Mai, I want to stay in this place again.

Good condotel but too far, difficult to travel”

We love the hotel facilities, exactly like the photos with kitchen, main room and bedroom. However the hotel is too far from the Old town (center and main attractions), it took us 20 mins to travel to the center, and hardly find any means of transportation, as the Red car (common transportation) refuse to take us back from town to hotel, and Tuk Tuk take us 250-300bht to travel back (while travel from hotel to town usually only take 50-60bht by Red car). The staff is nice but they speak English not really well. Not too many options for food around. The hotel is nice and reasonable price, but we might think of other hotels to stay near the center next time.

Bad hotel policy ”

Been staying in this hotel when ever coming to chiang mai. This time round when I do check-in, the staff told me that this is a no smoking hotel and wanted me to sign an agreement form of a fine of 5000baht if I smoke in the hotel. Had a argument with the counter staff that if there is a agreement form to sign, it should be specified or make known in agoda listing before anyone pay for the hotel. I did not sign it. I told them I will acknowledged their rules but will not sign. Reasons being if I sign, they can use their own way to accuse me of smoking and make me pay for the fine. Hotel stop providing toothbrush, shaver, hair dryer and slippers in room. Hotel price getting more expensive. Staffs were polite throughout.

+ Nice place, lots of space in the room. Mountain view is OK. On a quiet street. Convenience store 5 min away. Cross fit gym is just next door to the place. Location is OK if you are getting around with a taxi or motorbike. - Wifi was not very stable and slow. There were no knife on the kitchen.

Great big room, enough parking slot”

The room was very big and nice and comfortable. Wifi was good. A lot of parking space. The location is quite far from the old city and Nimmanhemin but it's closed to Lanna hospital and Central Festival Chiang Mai. It's convenient if you drive.
