Exceptional”

we were very well received, we were offered a refreshing drink, our room was beautiful with flowers everywhere, the houses are in a traditional style with wooden decorations. We had breakfast in a nice air-conditioned room overlooking the river, I feasted. There are pretty terrace, plants and fountains, a beautiful pool, it's very smart and classy. The resort offers free transportation to the floating market. We had a great time. We want to come back ! It was perfect.

Good facility my son enjoy the swimming pool and playground and the room is spacious, they made good maintenance in the room but pool and playground could be cleaner and need to better maintenance. Good breakfast too

Excellent Service ”

The best service provided since we walked in there. Great selection for breakfast , very quite. Good view which next to the river and you can see the sunrise there. thanks all staffs to make me happy. I will be back for sure.

Activities here are good for kids. Energetic and service mind staff in every function. Great spa and therapist.

Pretty complete with very good breakfast, cosy room and great friendly staff. Hotel is by river too and provide many amenities support...including free Bicycle and lots more.

Great service.. Convenient location ”

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was big with seperate living area in the prime villa. The resort is located in a very natural surrounding about 2 km to the Amphawa Floating Market. The only thing lacking was the limited breakfast but it's understandable because of covid there are fewer guests.

Friendly staff. Rooms clean but aged. We were given a free upgrade to s two bedroom villa which came with a separate living room and two bathrooms. However the wifi was poor and only one shower worked. The hotel advertises a gym but the equipment was very dates, is guess at 30+ years old and mainly faulty. Food was ok but not good value for money. Only 6 sunbeds we're available between both small pools. The Free cycles were fine for getting around but were in a poor state of repair. Handlebars and seats loose, faulty brakes etc. Overall I'd say the place was ok at best, not good value for money, poorly located and in need of upkeep and investment.

Super quiet and lush resort on the river. The level of cleanliness generally was only okay. Maybe this is due to COVID and the lack of tourists...but the room definitely could have done with a better clean and a freshen up. Clean the windows, walls, doors and furniture! The outdoor area was quite small and could definitely have done with a sweep and a clean-up of old leaves, twigs and branches that were all around. A part of the pool was broken and the pool water itself was absolutely freezing. There seemed to be some kind of maintenance area behind the fence near the pool. I could hear people making noise but couldn't see anyone. This was somewhat unnerving and gave the feeling of uneasiness and made it hard to fully relax. The door from the room to the pool area somehow locked itself and I was locked outside. Thankfully I had my phone and called the hotel and they sent two very lovely staff members to unlock the door! Again this could probably have been avoided if the door had been maintained properly. Breakfast food was fine. The restaurant view is great, right on the river - super view of the sunset! :) Anyways that was my experience.

The resort was not prepared for our arrival. The room had no child bed as per picture The Shower was weak and had no hot water even after a fix was supposedly made. The breakfast was poor selection little veggitarian no cereal. Hot dishes were cold and the bread was mouldy Poor

we had an absolute relaxed and good time at baan amphawa. the rooms are nice though there is not much space to place things. the whole resort is nice designed and at very beautiful spot at the river. after all and compared to other hotels of this class we can say that we had here the best value for money and above all the most friendly and helpful staff. don't miss the spa section that'll take you out of "the real world" though it is bit more expensive than other regular massage services. nevertheless the ladies are very well trained and skilled and gave us an impression of their skills with a 5 min. welcoming massage at the lobby when we arrived! we'll come back!

A lovely hotel with a very relaxing environment”

baan amphawa resort and spa is a very beautiful resort with an extremely serene and relaxing environment (especially when it is lighted up at night). it has an excellent spa if you are looking to go for one, though it may be a little pricey. the rooms are also relatively clean. while the resort may be a little hard to find,the staff is very helpful and there is a shuttle bus that is available after 5 pm to drop and pick you up from the night market.
