“Everything was amazing! freedom and privacy was 5 star. Keng and the staff were amazing and 10 star!”
This villa was one of the best I’ve stayed! Keng was amazing! He was like a magical genie who would just “poof” show up with what ever we needed!! We loved Thailand and we loved Baan Chang! I will recommend this villa to everyone and anyone who goes to Krabi, Thailand!

“Terrible location ”
Looked nice on arrival. Cheap finishes, peeling veneer furniture, torn up laminate floor in hallway, uncomfortable bed. WiFi was out most of the trip and then cable tv stopped working. Hassle with l8mited driver service that you pay for each time. Sara was good. While we paid for the products, we appreciate that she started us with fruits. Requested cream for coffee as well, but only received powdered fake creamer packages. Bed very uncomfortable. Used all the comforters from the beds to create padding. Loved the cold air con. Pool was nice. Regret wasting hours back and forth and disliked Ao Nang for all but being a transport hub. Krabi itself (loved it 20 years ago) was a bust, with many including myself ending up with food poisoning. Save $ unless you’re a large group in need of space and stay in a more convenient location.

If purpose for relax and enjoy the moment of gathering with family , baan Chang is the good place pick for gathering . Baan Chang located in the quite private housing area, but they have provide hotel taxi (tuk-tuk) as foc service for the hotel guest to reach Ao Nang town (10min distant) . I love the envoirment because it just feel like stay 2nd house . They have the fully furnish kitchen , we make own breakfast or dinner while staying at baan Chang .

Peaceful, pool and fantastic staff
We stayed 4 nightsa at Baan Chang and 2 nights at Baan Gecko. The manager J was exxtrememly helpful and checked us into our villa at about 10pm (Thai time) as we were driving down from Singapore. She met us at the main beach road and guided us to the villa and even arranged for late night massage and mobilised her team to cook breakfast for us the next morning! We were given a local mobile phone so we can keep in touch with J and we utilised this quite well I must say. She arranged for a day tour on the villa's Tuk Tuk which was very enjoyable - visited the acquarium, shooting range and horse-riding along the beach! We had some car trouble and had to tow our car home to Singapore, J helped to communicate with the tow truck driver personally and while the car was being towed across the Thai/Msia border, she kept updating us about where the car was which took a weight off our mind. she also arranged and personally handled the transfer from baan chang to baan gecko villa as we had to extend our stay for 2 nights. She also made the tuk tuk available to us for the additional 2 days and arranged for the airport transfer as we were flying home on 15 Sep 2013. we are tremendously happy with our stay in Krabi even though the weather was crappy but we were just looking for a place to unwind and chill, that's exactly what we got :)

Great service upon check in. Hassle free. Helpful staff to recommended places to eat n visit. Mobile phone provided to contact driver and staff 24 hours. Great place for big groups as each room has own bathroom. Only thing is no breakfast provided. Tried the in villa massage at the comfort of the room. Memorable trip to krabi!
