Have a full rest with family, we have a baby with us and the hotel prepare a baby cot with free of charge. Easily go to the beach. A bit disappoint for breakfast, not quite various. It’s in Cha-am area, so will take some times to enter Huahin

Staff and hotel very nice, good service, location is good with direct beach access. ”

Food quality is not good at all and super expensive (to compare it’s almost 2 times the price more than so Sofitel Hua Hin where the food is excellent). Choice of Cocktail and alcohol is very poor and many items missing. To get 5 stars hotel managing should improve many things about food and beverage department. I give a good rewards to the staff which is so kind, professional and always polite for me it’s the positive point of this hotel with the location.

State of the art”

I’ve been going to Hua Hin for the last 30+ years. This is the best hotel I’ve been to. Everything at the hotel was of latest technology. Very friendly and helpful staff. Keep it up

I love this hotel and all the stuff. Very clean and will build. The only thing that should be better is the smell at the master bath room on first floor villa.

Not worth the money at all”

Far from Huahin city and the breakfast doesn't value the money, very limited and the ordered food is available only 'Egg' menu. Small swimming pool, the front beach is kind of dirty. Guest can smoke beside the main pool, where there are lots of children playing.

1. first of all, I need to say thank you very much to the front desk manager. She deals with our problem effectively and very nice lady. 2. Besides the manager ,the other front desk staff who we dealt with were useless. This is not a problem for this hotel only. It's a general problem in this country. When there is a problem, the staff don't have any ability to deal with it. What they can only tell you is to wait and a sorry. Well, no offense, but sorry doesn't solve any problem, does it? 3. When we talked with one of the staff, other staff just hid into the small room. The male staff who was sitting at the front desk just looked at the computer to pretend that it was not his problem. I specifically looked at him and thought he at least should stand up and come to listen to the problem in case he could give a hand. But, as many of Thai people, he just sat there doing nothing at all. 4. This hotel is established under the brand name: Sri Panwa. However, from the size of the outdoor swimming pool, to the size of the whole hotel, and the selection of the breakfast menu, it only shows the hotel is quite stingy. Think about your previous problems. And please have some courage to deal with them.

Extremely overpriced”

I feel that the room price was too expensive for the facilities, the room size, the food quality the hotel provides. If the room price was around 4,000-4,500 THB then this hotel is a great getaway. However, we paid 10,000 THB per night expecting this to be everything we paid for but it was not. The room was quite small, the in-room pool was also too small. We also expected our room to be connected to the beach but it's not, we didn't even see the beach view from our room. The restaurant was also very small so during breakfast time the room was quite crowded. We ate breakfast on the first morning and we rather paid to eat elsewhere the second morning. What they served at breakfast was nothing to be excited about. The fitness has 1 treadmill, so I couldn't even use it because 1 person was there. All in all, quite disappointing and I rather pay the same price elsewhere.

Best place I've ever stayed!”

Everything was FABULOUS!!! The staff really goes above and beyond! They are all so friendly too. The room was stunning with amazing views. The free mini bar, fruit basket, welcome drink, and breakfast each day was amazing! I honestly have never felt so welcome and taken care of anywhere else. If you're thinking about staying here, do it! You will not regret it!

Lovely resort, friendly staff”

The hotel is lovely, friendly helpful staff but location is about 40 minutes away from the main town. Quite isolated. Must hire a car to get around. Taxi or Grab not keen to pick or send back.
