ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างน้อยใช้รถจักรยานยนต์สะดวกกว่า บรรยากาศที่พักดีติดริมน้ำเดินทางสะดวกสามารถเดินเล่นได้เลย
หาโรงแรมยาก อยู่ในซอยเล็กและแคบ แต่ภายในโรงแรมมีห้องพักที่บรรยากาศดี ธรรมชาติน่ารัก
บรรยากาศดี บ้านพักมีธรรมชาติน่าอยู่ ธรรมชาติน่ารัก แต่เข้าซอยเล็กๆหายาก
เป็น Guesthouse ที่ถือว่าใช้ได้ บรรยากาศดี เป็นธรรมชาติ ต้นไม้ร่มรื่น มีห้องอาหาร เครื่องดืมบริการ แถมมี สัญญาณเน็ตไร้สาย ฝรั่งพักและทานข้าวหนาตา
มีความเป็นกันเองสบายนอนห้องพัดลมคิดว่าจะร้อนแต่ไม่ร้อนอย่างที่คิดสบายเหมาะกับการมาพักจริงๆๆ
ที่พักสะอาด แอร์เย็นมาก เดินทางไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสะดวก รถโดยสารสะดวก ร้านอาหารใกล้ที่พักสามารถเดินไปได้
ทำเลสะดวกสบาย ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้าน บริการด้วยน้ำใจ และรอยยิ้ม บรรยากาศเหมือนพักบ้านเพื่อนสนิท ห้องน้ำสะอาด การบริการและคำแนะนำ ตลอดจนข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่ได้รับ เป็นสิ่งที่น่าประทับใจมาก
The worst experience so far in Thailand (and all over the world). The couple running this place is totally unfriendly and rude, here I explain : First of all, I wrote them a few days before arriving there, just to know if they proposé à free pick up from the bus station, it was just a question and I never had any answer from them. It already shows how they care about their customers. Then when I arrived there, there was only a woman (maybe the cleaning woman) who did not speak English at all, which is not a problem to me, but as I had several questions, it’s been a problem to communicate with her. I asked for the laundry, she called the boss on the phone and I could speak with him in English, as he told me that he would be there 15mn later I just went in my room meanwhile. Nobody explained me anything about the guesthouse (WiFi for example, this little details which make you feel welcome..) Then the boss arrived and knocked at my door room like crazy (could have been the police !) I opened and he just said “laundry at 7 tomorrow morning come at the reception” and then I just left like this, it was super rude and not welcoming at all ! This same day I came back to the guesthouse around 22 pm and found the door gate closed, it was super dark and I was wondering if maybe there was another entrance during the night . I finally figured out that I could remove the lock which was not “locked” but WELL, it would have been great to explain me this, among many other things. (When I wrote to Agoda to complain about them, the boss just wrote that I have been warned about this, which is a big lie) Then the next morning around 7am I went to the reception and found again the same woman, still had some questions so she called the boss’s wife. Did not see her yet and when she showed up, I could feel i had disturbed her. Not an “hello”, nothing, as rude as her husband. Then I told her about the door entrance, and that it would have been nice to be welcomed by them, talked to her wi
Room basic, no curtains and strong matress but clean and safe. Toilet separated also clean. 5min walk to take te bus (50bat) to go to the old city.
It is a nice little hotel with friendly owners. The cheaper rooms are a bit small but really clean. The breakfast is great with different options you can choose from and the only minus is the instant coffee. Also the mosquitos can find their way in the room and there is no net.
Fan was kind of broken and therefore really loud so we had to replace with one on the floor which was also pretty loud. There was a hole in the mosquito net. Pillow and blanket were dirty. WiFi didn’t quite work in our room. Owner and garden are very nice though!
Stayed 2 nights. The first night the communal lights outside our room weren't turned off resulting in a difficult sleep due to the brightness inside our room. The wifi kept dropping out. Our room wasn't serviced. The shower had one totally cold rain water head and one normal shower head with hot and cold water. The staff were polite but it often felt as though I was imposing on them.
This guesthouse is close to the night market, bus stop to old city and many eateries around. But guesthouse owner must make an effort to clean up a little bit the place because to many mosquito.
The owner of the property is a very kind and gentle lady. She has been very wise about our needing. The guesthouse is really nice and close to everything you need.
Ban Thai is a wonderful collection of bungalows around a picturesque garden with a koi pond, less than 5 minute walk to the bus stop for the old city. It is around 15 minute walk to the main Bus Station. The staff were a treat and offered maps and advice on how to get around. Very good option - comfy clean beds and powerful (albeit not hot) shower.

Ban Thai guest house was one of our favourite accomodations in Thailand. It really had a "family-feeling" quality, the lady at the reception and her nephew were incredibly kind and available. They even let us take a shower after we checked out and went for a bicycle ride to the temples! Very lovely people, very comfortable accommodation. The mini bungalow is super suggested to everyone!
Within short walking distance from everything
The location is brilliant in the new town, minutes walk to all local amineties (bars, street vendours, restuarants and convience stores). At the top of the road you can catch the bus to the Sukhothai Historical Park we paid 30bhat or a tut tut would take you for about 150. The place itself is very chilled, we stayed in a double room with shared bathroom. It is basic but clean and excellent value for money. There is a restaurant on site which we didn’t try but seemed popular. We stayed over a weekend and got to take advantage of the Saturday night market, about a five mins walk from the guest house. The owners were fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. They have a tut tut there and charged us 60bhat to the bus station which was really reasonable i thought. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay id highly reccomed it here. Couldn’t fault it!

The garden is absolutely beautiful and the bungalows are simple but clean and charming. The fish pond makes for a nice addition. What's more, staff is helpful and friendly and the guesthouse is close to the city centre as well as the bus stop for the old city. Highly recommended!

The owner tried to be helpful but language was a barrier. We tried to contact the property several times with queries before arrival by email and through Agoda but no response. We stayed for 4 nights but only received 2 bottles of water on arrival, whereas other properties of a similar nature have provided fresh water bottles daily. The waste bin was full and left outside the room neatly tied but not emptied till third day. The room was small and basic but compact sitting area outside by a fish pond. Very quiet which was a bonus.

It is quiet and nice place with garden and pond . However , wifi was very weak . There is no hand soap , shampoo and body cleansing . Across the bridge , not far to market .Nevertheless , it is worth the money to stay there .

Simple clean rooms in a traditional wooden Thai house. Shared bathrooms are very clean. Owner is super friendly and helpful with maps, bus bookings etc. Very close to bus stop for the historic park. Close to restaurants and street food. Excellent WiFi. Nice communal areas.
Wonderful place in a wonderful garden, with koi fishes, green plants, flowers.. all clean and perfect! Very recommended!
This place is simply overpriced for what you get. The grounds themselves are nice but the rooms aren’t great. We stayed in one of the nicer bungalows and can’t see the value. Perhaps staying in one of the cheaper rooms with shared bathroom so a better deal. Also not this place is far for the historical park, although there is a little sangthaew bus stop nearby, you just need to ask someone. Overall, not worth it and I’d recommend for the same money staying somewhere closer to the park.
I like the vibe of this guesthouse. U feel like home. Everything is basic but in a good way. The location is excellent, in the city centre, but separated by wall from the main road.
Located in a quiet area just off main road. Several other guest houses and restaurants in same street. Only a short walk to catch bus to Old City. Nice areas in garden to sit and read or have a beer. No fridge in room and only Thai channels on TV, but you’re not there to watch TV anyway.
The place is immersed in the green, with lot of beautiful fish and spots where to relax. The bedroom was nice and the toilet was very clean and cool. Best bed and pillows of all my travelling. The location is perfect, in the new city, just few meters from the bus stop to the bus station and old city. Absolutely recommended

It's a great location in New Sukhothai. The staff is so helpful and really suave. We stayed in three beds room, it has not any special but of course, it was good as its value.
Nice little guesthouse, the lady running it is lovely and helpful. Located near some decent restaurants and close to the bus stop to get to the old city
Really nice place! Very clean and in a beautiful courtyard. The woman who ran it was wonderful and even helped us get out transportation to our next destination. Also very comfy bed, a rarity while traveling guest houses in Thailand! We loved it!

Really nice place, super friendly host, nice property. If you need to book bus ticket to your next stop they will help you and wont charge for it(you get same price as you would get in bus station).
We enjoy our stay at Ban Thai Our host was really lovely, she told us everything we need to know She booked for us our bus to Chiang Mai Located in the new sukhothai, 15 min drive to the historical park The bungalow was really nice and clean :)
I really enjoyed my stay in ban thai, the room was a bit small but as a solo traveler i didn’t mind it. Very clean, 2 minutes walk from all shops and restaurants but ban thai has a good restaurant too and the woman who look after the place is amazing ! The only negative point is that it can be a little bit noisy if you have neighboors because it’s wooden building so you can hear people talking in their room and feel every steps from your bed when someone is walking next to the room...
The place and the lady are lovely. When we arrived at 6 am, she let us go in the room immediately to rest, without even checking in! We stayed a couple of nights, the owner is really sweet and tender woman. The place is cozy, good located, clean and quiet. Completely recommend.
Small room with shared bathroom, clean and nice . Easy to take public transits to old town.
We stayed in a simple but cosy room. The room and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Five minutes walking to the main street and bus stop to the old city. If we come back to Sukothai, we will book again.
