Best Hotel in Bangkok”

i have recently visited Bangkok for the first time ever and have heard a new Marriott hotel just opened. stayed there on the 27th and the 29th of April and this hotel exceeded my expectation. it's located in Surawongse Rd near Bangrak area and was sandwiched by heaps of local markets around. for convenient, there are 2 supermarket across the hotel one called Big C and the other is 7-11. the main stars of this hotels thou are: 1. the pool, infinity pool with a view of the hustling bustling bangkok city which is pretty hard to get 2. the breakfast buffett, omg words cannot describe the breakfast buffet it's a must try when you stay here quick tip, ask for a room that ends in 01 e.g 2101 or 1801, you'll get a premium room which will give you half the pool view and half the city view which i think is the best.

Great staff, but average facility ”

Great staff, all staff were very polite and helpful. I have been travelling so many places, the staff at Marriott Surawongse are the best regarding politeness, helpfulness, great English as well. The gym room was awesome, great and modern equipment. My flight departed at midnight, returned to hotel for a shower before going to the airport, I wish they could have provided personal hygiene products at the pool change room. The steam room was quite little small and there is no sauna which is very disappointing. A shuttled tuk tuk could be a great idea as the hotel was quite distanced to Papong night market or any public transport. Taxi or tuk tuk would charge at least 100 bath for 1km distance from hotel to night market.

Brand new Marriott chained hotel in the heart of downtown Bangkok, Surawongs Road. Short walking distance to Silom road in 5-minutes. It's not a very large hotel, but they have great interior, Modern-Chic Thai style. You can enjoy their infinity pool before having a sip of wine & cocktail in "M Club" club lounge before dinner. We stay in junior suite, which have a serene vibes. Great comfy bed & amenities.

Fantastic experience first time in Bangkok”

It was our first time in Bangkok and we really were surprised about the welcoming staff that have attended us, from the moment we arrived at the lobby to the check-in process to going to the room. The hotel is fantastic, clean, smells amazing, and all the decoration are beautiful. The front desk even allowed us for late check-out at 2pm since we arrived at midnight. The room service choices are very broad, breakfast is impeccable, with food from all the world. Too bad we were not able to visit the pool, but will definitely come back next time we are in Bangkok!!

There is reason why this hotel has quite high ranking on trip adviser. Staffs were so helpful, friendly, beautiful and fresh room design, creative device. and YOU SHOULD CHECK BEAUTIFUL ROOFTOP BAR SERIOUSLY. Rooftop bar will be best bar of Bangkok soon. I do highly recommend this hotel to friend who will visit here. reasonable price, good location-quiet town. Most of all, GREAT STAFFS. Front desk and Bell desk really doing good job. The best Marriott Hotel - hands down. We booked a one bedroom rediential suit. The room is spacious, very clean. Everything in the room has been well thought off. Staff is extremely hospitable at every touch point. Fully recommended!

The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok with clean, wonderful and spacious rooms. The staffs were all very helpful (especially Khun Jeab from HK that helped me with my dress. Thank you!). And thank you Khun Karn for accommodating us throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Where do I start with the best hotel I’ve stayed at?! The staff here gave the most impeccable service without asking. Every single one, super attentive and really cared about all parts of my stay. From helping get change for the taxi as soon as it arrived, to unexpected super early check in they didn’t have to do, amazing personal waiter in the club lounge (thanks Mai Tai), super helpful front door staff, I counted no less that 20 staff that I interacted with over 3 short days. The room was amazing with fantastic shower with strong water pressure, bed was comfortable, completely quiet room, nice free food and unlimited free drinks at dinner. This hotel was a super highlight on my 2 week holiday. Do yourself a favour and book into an executive suite, the perks are worth it!

This is a best choice and the most newest hotel I've been in Bangkok. Only take 5-8 mins you can reach to the BTS station, there is not lot of people and quite place. I will choose this fantastic hotel when I visit to Bangkok next time.

the hotel staff all are very friendly and nice, and the choice of the buffet is variety and yummy, although is not close to the station, but i can enjoy the facilities in the hotel, all are well equipped and new. This is one of the best bangkok hotel which i enjoyed a lot.

This is one of new favorites in Bangkok. I really liked the wash machine in the room to always have clean clothes. The staff looked after me and my guests who arrived a few days after I arrived. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing with endless choices. I will stay there again when I return to Bangkok.

Great Vacation Hotel in the City”

If you're visiting Bangkok, this is not the best location for walking out of the hotel and running into cool things to see and do. However, it's a short ride from many in a tuk tuk and if you are wanting to chill in a hotel and just enjoy being pampered, it's an excellent choice. Outstanding perks include the roof pool, the premium, craft cocktails, the comfy beds, fun views and a nice fitness center.

This is definitely the best hotel I‘ve ever been. We were there with friends and from the first to last second everything was just perfect. What makes the place so special is the very attentive staff, especially the guys in the lobby and at the pool. Thank you so much by the way. The room is very spacious, nice view and the bathroom is just great! Only one thing to improve would be a pick up from the BTS station (there is a shuttle to the BTS from the hotel) as its a 20 minutes walk.

Great Hotel to hang out at”

We were only in Bangkok for a short time at the tail end of our trip and wanted to somewhere to recharge before getting back on the hamster wheel of life, and this place did not disappoint! It really was great to hang out by the pool, get a massage or relax over a long afternoon tea. The only criticism is if you are a lite sleeper and need to have the aircon on whilst you sleep it is really noisy, akin to being on a plane, but other than that it was great.

Perfect hotel in busy BKK”

This hotel in my opinion is better than the JW BKK. Everything is new and great design taste. Staff couldn't be better, love thai people, so helpful and kind, always a true smile in their faces. The lounge staff was the best, my son loved them during breakfast, having lots of fun. Pool is amazing overlooking BKK, with kids pool right next to it, where our little one enjoyed a lot. My favorite hotel in BKK.

Pros - The pool was the main reason we chose this place and it matched our expectations - The staff there are basically top class - Very good sound proofing - Comfortable bed and pillows - The view from the room was good too Cons - I think for this price breakfast should have been included or cheaper - The traffic around the hotel was pretty bad while we were there - There is almost nothing around it
