Since there is no staff stationed at the reception, if you need something, you can call and they will come in about 5 minutes. (They waited for us during check-in.) The room's door and window didn’t close properly, about 5cm due to the fittings, but I was able to have a technician come and fix it without any issues. (I was given a change room for one night, but it was fully booked the following day.) During that time, they sincerely apologized, and I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable because of it. Here’s what I’m glad I brought: Conditioner (shampoo and body soap are provided) Toothbrush set Disposable room slippers (from a 100 yen store) Tissue paper (Everyone has different needs, but that seems about right.) Each room has chairs and a small table on the balcony in front, so smoking is allowed there. As for the location, I think it’s really good, as others have mentioned. Thank you for your hospitality!
