the pool at the entrance car park, not clean. Kitchen sink seem slow flow out. The yard lamp not working. kitchen cooker electric friendly. BBQ make sure bring ur own placed plate. the bedsheet master bedroom felt like sandy. the view of sunset so amazing.
We enjoyed our stay, we loved the clean, clear water beach! The accommodation itself is a bit rundown; master bedroom air-conditioning isn't working and the bathtub in master bathroom is leaking. There are no restaurant on-site, nearest option would be at Nexus Karambunai Resort but you can order takeouts through food delivery apps, we ordered ours through GrabFood. There was a slight delay in checking-in as we didn't know it was self-checkin but we got it sorted out after contacting BBV Careline, self-checkout was smooth. Despite the setbacks, it didn't affect our overall stay. We hope the management will attend to the issues addressed and upgrade the overall accommodation facilities as it truly has it's special charm.

Tempat makan pun tidak banyak pilihan, kena keluar jauh sikit kalau nak cari tempat makan.. 8/10 Staff service. Cuma bila mau checkin tu agak lama juga kena tunggu sebab tiada reception desk untuk check in. Perlu checkin dari whatsapp. Baru tau masa sampai di gate villa. Kira kena self check in sendiri la.. 50minit juga la menunggu baru dapat masuk bilik.. 7.5/10 Bangunan. Mungkin sebab kesan dari pkp sebelum ni, bangunan agak nampak tidak terurus. Maintenance bangunan sangat perlu diperbaiki. Sebab laluan nak ke bilik agak kotor juga.. 9/10 Bilik. Bilik just nice, cuma tv tiada siaran. Tingkap bilik dan balkoni luar bilik tidak berapa bersih. “FirstTime Stay with a Bump But Truly Appreciated the Kind Recovery”
It was our first time staying here and although it started off a little rough, it turned into a very positive experience overall. We checked in around 9pm and unfortunately found out there was no water supply. We tried to contact the host but didn’t get a reply. it was already after working hours, so we understood and decided to check out and find another hotel for the night. The next day, the host reached out, apologized sincerely and offered us a free stay with an upgraded unit. a spacious place with two bedrooms, even though it was just me and my husband there, celebrating our post-wedding trip. 😄 It was such a kind gesture and we really appreciated it. The unit was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. We truly felt welcomed despite the initial hiccup. Thank you to the host for the thoughtful recovery and warm hospitality. We’re grateful for the effort to make things right, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again in the future. hopefully for a longer stay next time!☺️☺️
