Great Location, Great Sevice”

Whilst BS Residence may not be a 5 star hotel, its complimentary airport pick-up and return, location to Suvarnabhumi Airport, restaurants, street food and shopping, more than compensates for the lack of stars. The BS Residence rooms are basic but comfortable and the pool and pool side bar are a welcome treat after a days traveling or sightseeing. The staff are friendly, knlwledgable and accommodating. The only improvement I would suggest would be to broaden the westren aspects of the breakfast buffett. Highly recommended.

Convenient stay near airport got an excellent”

On arrival at Suvarnabhumi, was very tired following 3 flights from South Africa, I was informed that the pick up staff/agent would be between gates 3/4 on arrivals floor 2, I’ve been before but was given a total runaround as I could not ring the hotel due to no credit. Was batted between gates 2,3,4 and eventually found a very helpful middle aged lady in a bright Orange shirt who dug the BS Residence transfer sign from a pile on the floor. Once the transport arrived some 20 mins later it was great, straight to the hotel but the reception staff were most unhelpful by way of me having to ask all the basic questions re my 2 nights stay. The room, facilities good but the soles of my feet were black due to the floor obviously having not been swept ! Be very careful in room 2303 when going out on to the balcony as you easily bang your head on the A/c mounting bracket, the other sliding door is a non event due to the furnishings being so close! A change of staff improved things the following day, the pool/staff were great, evening meal good, breakfast ok for the money. I had previously booked a further 1 night stay on my return but unfortunately had to cancel, hoping for better customer service. Very mixed feelings about the place but got an excellent Agoda payment deal on this occasion.

Suvarnabhumi's Secret Hotel.”

normally we travel from jomtien by car and connect with our overseas flight.this time we had to be at suvarnabhumi for 5.30am shuttle to airport. we chose bs residence for convenience and price, and were certainly not disappointed with either. only slight problem was the pick-up from airport on arrival. apparently we were to be at gate 4 and look for greeter with bs residence written on a card. the person was also representing other properties so it was a while before we were located. just 10 minutes by shuttle and we were welcomed to the modern residence . nice modern room, overlooking enclosed garden, pool area. pool was good for families and a welcoming temperature. quite refreshing. tea and coffee making in the room was a bonus. this property is in a typical thailand village and market area. very close to local shopping as you walk out from hotel. check-in was efficient and pleasant and details for wake-up call and shuttle easily confirmed. we enjoyed our overnight stay.

I got very great help from BS residence staffs while I stay. I lost my document for business trip at the airport. I seek help to BS residence staff. they arranged the car to airport and the staff(Mrs BO) helped me even late night. Have visited information center, police station, airline help center, airline booth and other location several times. She helped me even cheer me up when I were frustrated with airport staffs. finally the airport police found the document files that I lost at the airport. It were great help and I dont know How I could manage that situation without Bs staff. Thank you again and will visit again when i Visit bangkok for trip. Thank you.

Exceptional”

BS residence was perfect for what we needed and I wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel was our crash landing after a very long flight to Bangkok from Canada. We booked this as an in between hotel before our main hotel stay. BS residence has a lovely pool with lots of trees around. They upgraded our room (probably because we didn’t get there until about 2am, but it was still nice). We had a view of the pool and it was right near some markets where we were able to get some food in the morning. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with a free transfer to the airport.

have stayed here many times for the airport transfer, low price, decent room, and low price. This time i especially appreciated the reception wake up call for my early am flight since i slept thru my phone alarm. room and pool clean, no problems with anything. my room faced the parking lot (west side) which is more quiet than than the east. airport pick up was within 15 minutes at arrivals level door 4 but now look for a suitcase with a BS Residence sign 10m north from the other hotel transfer staff. i walked past it twice without seeing it. have tried many budget airport hotels and keep coming back to this one.

If you are just looking to relax for sometime before you take your flight at Suvarnabhumi Airport, BS Residence is a nice place to look for. The staff are friendly and what more my booking was upgraded to deluxe. Food at the restaurant was above average. The ambience is good to just unwind yourself for a night.

the hotel was clean and the staff was very polite. The bathroom and the aircon was ok. However because I don't know the phone of the hotel, when I arrived at Suvarnabhumi airport I take taxi to the hotel . It take 1 hour to find the hotel. Actually the staff from the hotel has already pick up us at the airport. I didn't see the man that holding the sign of BS hotel. I was looking a man that holding a sign of my name. My advise, you must email the hotel to confirm what time you arrived and with what airlines to make sure that you will be pick up.

There are many airport hotel options. I’ve used BS Residence several times. Rooms vary a bit, with preferred rooms closer to the pool and away from street and music venue noise. Airport shuttle a handy feature, with Suvarnabhumi ten minutes away. If asked nicely, staff are quite accommodating. I expect to use them again.

Extremely comfortable stay for a great price”

BS Residence Suvarnabhumi is a great transit hotel. As we only needed a clean room to sleep for the night to catch an early flight, we appreciated the fact that it was very cheap and had an efficient airport transfer system. The room was very clean with modern furnishings (think the hotel was recently refurbished). The wifi was very good. There is a large convenience store about 2min walk from the hotel which is well-stocked and staff were very helpful in heating up the food for us.

Continues to be a Great Bargain”

This was our fourth stay here and since we first stayed here a few years back the area outside the hotel continues to grow. There is now an apartment block with shops below them at the end of the street. Amongst these shops are a Seven Eleven, Thai restaurant, gold shop, barber and hairdresser to name a few. A dentist will be opening across the road from them very soon. The market during the day still offers great Thai food where we had our breakfast each morning rather than eat in the hotel. The night market also offers great food. If you have the chance try the grilled trout which sells at between 80-140 baht depending on the size, absolutely delicious! Being only minutes from the airport this hotel continues to be a great bargain. We paid around 600 baht through Agoda for a standard, modern, clean fresh room with comfortable beds offering a great nights sleep. Only drawbacks were that there was not a safety deposit box in the room and they still continue to charge for Wifi. The pool area has improved also with food and drink available pool side most of the day. As per our past stays we were not disappointed and highly recommend BS Residence to fellow travellers.

Clean hotel with friendly staff”

The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and spoke decent english. The price was reasonable and it is just a few km away from Suvarnabhumi airport. The hotel was hard to find and two out of three taxis we hauled were unable to even get us close. I pray hotels start using Google maps and pin their address instead of providing their own map which is unadequate in most cases.

Pleasant hotel near Bangkok's airport”

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff picked us up at the airport and transported us for free to the hotel in just around 10 minutes. Staff accommodated our special request - that for a room facing the pool - without extra charge and made sure we got the twin beds and non-smoking room that we requested although we booked online at a discounted price. No welcome drink upon check in, but you may grab a banana or two from the front desk. The room was spacious and clean, the tv was big and with English channels (including cartoons!), and the minibar was quiet (no loud humming). Free bottles of drinking water. The bathroom was big enough for dancing in - if that's your kind of thing before showering! - and the shower felt like the rainshower kind. The beds were nice, though sleep could have been nicer with an extra pillow on each bed. The room had a porch overlooking the pool and it was big enough for lounging in for drinks. The hotel felt family-friendly. Breakfast wasn't friendly to those with dietary restrictions and not worth the 150 baht charge per head. We opted to instead take the free shuttle van to the airport for breakfast at the foodcourt there. Turned out well, with a filling breakfast to be had for as litle as US$1.50. If you're fine with hotdogs and chilled sandwiches for breakfast, there's a 7-Eleven just a stone's throw away from the hotel. There are also "tea shops" nearby selling the usual Thai street food, but they don't open for breakfast. This is a nice hotel to stay in if you just want a layover 'til your next day's flight or if you have business near the airport. But it might be a tad too far if you plan to go shopping in downtown Bangkok and will be staying for a few days. Unless you're fine with daily taking the free shuttle van to the airport and from there catching the train that goes to downtown Bangkok and vice versa.

Covenient and Cosy Hotel Close to the Airport”

I stayed at BS Residence for a 1 night layover in Bangkok. I was picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel. The trip was no longer than about 10 minutes. I was checked in and the bags taken to my our quickly. The room as clean, roomy and best of all, very affordable. The next day, I arranged for a late check out and all was fine. I would most certainly stay there next time.

We couldn't call to hotel to told them about transfer. Waited in airport when special meeting woman tried to call too. At least she told : because of problem with a/c they move us to another hotel (with the same room's category, the same breakfast and free transfer to airport, but a little bit more far from airport). Room was good and big< nice view to temple and river. Just towels were torn and linen are grey and old. So, can't tell anything certain about BS Residence

Need to stay near the airport”

This is our third time at BS residence. There is a shuttle every 30 minutes from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. It is not super luxurious, but the rooms are large , clean and there is a nice swim pool. Next morning we were able to pick up a hire car and be on the motorway quickly - without struggling out of central Bangkok.

Lovely hotel with beautiful pool!”

We really enjoyed our stay at BS Residence. The airport transfer is incredibly convenient (can go every 30 minutes), and the hotel is only located about 5 minutes from the airport. When we arrived, we were given a free upgrade; and the room was amazing. The pool is beautiful and relaxing- perfect on a hot day with a layover. They also stored our luggage for free, which not every hotel is willing to do. We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

Convenient for the airport”

the bs residence is in a convenient location for the airport, but is difficult to find. my taxi driver had never heard if it- we drive round fir half an hour until we found it. the rooms are very large and clean, they offer a very good breakfast and it right behind a night market which has a good food court. i found a beautiful temple nearby which was very peaceful. the hotel provide a courtesy car to the airport which is a plus . ideal place for one night if going ont to another place like i was.

As an in at night, out the next morning airport traveler I found BS Residence to be quite ideal - very close to the airport, with inclusive pick up & drop off, service with a smile, wake up call, clean, cool & comfy room, complimentary bottled water & more made my Bangkok stopover a breeze - recommended

GOOD BUDGET HOTEL CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT”

I've stayed at the BS Residence on a couple of occasions now. No problem in gettting the Free Shuttle in the Arrivals level near Gate 4 (10 minute wait). 10 minute ride to the hotel and check in was couple of minutes in the middle of the night. Rooms are simple but very clean with decent beds and everything worked. There's no security box in the room but they will keep valuables at reception if required. Good value on the hotel through Agoda and a great location for an airport stopover without the hassle of going into town. There's 7-11 and a market at the end of the Soi - 2 minute walk from the hotel - I'll use BS Residences again.
