เช้าๆ ถึงที่หมาย แต่ได้การช่วยเหลือจากการมีการเตรียมกุญแจใส่ในตู้เซฟล่วงหน้า ทำให้รู้สึกดีมาก ที่เคยอยู่ที่แคร์นส์และสามารถเข้าห้องได้ทันทีนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่น่าพอใจ ใกล้ๆ ก็มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ซึ่งสะดวกดีมาก

เราผ่านเมืองไปแค่แป๊บเดียว แต่คืนดูเงียบและสบายดี ประตูอาจดังซึ่งอาจทำให้เสียงดังในตอนเย็น ไม่ได้มีโอกาสใช้บริการมากนักเพราะเราใช้เวลาแค่คืนเดียวที่นั่น แต่ก็ไม่ไกลจาก Cairns central เท่าไหร่และดูสะอาดและมีการดูแลอย่างดี!
ทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม, พนักงานดีและสะอาด โรงแรมนี้อาจมีสไตล์เก่าแต่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทุกอย่างที่คุณต้องการในราคาเหมาะสม ห้อง King Suite มีครัวขนาดเล็กที่ไม่มียอดเตา แต่มีไมโครเวฟ, เครื่องปิ้งขนมปัง และกาน้ำบางใบ รูปถ่ายบางรูปอาจทำให้เข้าใจผิดเพราะแสดงให้เห็นถึงครัวเต็มรูปแบบในห้องเหล่านี้ แต่จริงๆ แล้วครัวจะมีเฉพาะในอพาร์ตเมนต์เท่านั้น

Great stay for the cost, little far from the main area of evening entertainment.
room was ok but noise level was quite loud. Was woken around 2 with men outside on landing smoking and talking on a Monday night.

Ok for one night
This hotel is basic in everything. It is ok for one day but not for any longer stay.
1. Room AC was not working properly. 2. Washroom was not clean. 3. Microwave was not working. 4. Coffee and Milk pack was expired.

This place is amazing. So good with children, close to the shops and a short ride in an Uber into the centre city! I am definitely going to safe every time I am in cairns!
Web photos very deceiving! Dated room with bathroom door splitting and warped. Infested with ants and cockroaches with cleanliness of room questionable. Directly under flight path of airport and a 2km walk to the decent bars/restaurants. Ok for a quick overnight stopover but will definitely look elsewhere if we go back to Cairns! Plus side was that staff were very pleasant!

Love the parking facility and the overall design and the concept. Staffs are attentive and always ready to help. But Room needs to refurbish and it needs more sound proofing. I can hear people talk outside as clear as if i am next to them.

As a disability client I had to provide my own safety devices as there were no grab rails in shower or toilet. so, i donated a NEW $15 grab rail for toilet and a NEW $100.09 shower chair for the shower for the many clients who stay with you who are elderly. the towel rack came undone and is dangerous if falls on clients legs, which can lead to suing your company of neglect.
Offer breakfast even we didn't enjoy with tight schedule, but the offer is so attractive Overall environment is very relaxable, so why it is so difficult to book

I would highly recommend Cairns City Palms accommodation this is my preferred stay when I travel to Cairns it ticks all the boxes for me.:)
After staying at beautiful apartments in Airlie beach and Noosa, we were very disappointed with City palms at Cairns which felt like very low budget accommodation, decorated with artificial flowers. The apartment is badly in need of renovation. The floor was sticky and 1 bedroom was very tiny. No place for wardrobe or even luggage. A single bathroom to be shared between 2 bedrooms. Agoda mentions a espresso coffee machine, but that is in the reception and not in the room. Location is 30 mins walk from the fleet terminal. The entrance to the apartment is a glass door from the parking which gives no privacy to the apartment. I would not recommend this place.
The accommodation was clean, and suited our needs for beds, facilities, and location.

It was my first stay at hotel except backpackers in Cairns . I’ve never expected free drinks such as an orange juice, milks, coffee….! ALSO my room was well prepared…!!! Spoons, knives, pans, even rice cookers were set up in the room. You can cut your cost while staying there. The guy in the reception was awesome. Clear instructions.

Close to everything, lovely staff and everything you need
Cairns City Palms is located close to a public transport bus stop, which provided easy access to the central station and .esplanade. The staff of Cairns City Palms were helpful. The room is well equipped for light cooking with a microwave, electric fry pan and refrigerator. The complimentary coffee and pastries for breakfast is helpful. They also have a coin laundry machine and dryer in the premises.
It's worth to stay at this apartment. Walking distance to town city. Nice and helpful staff. Reasonable price.

I loved this place and so did my child. She didn’t want to leave haha. Housekeepers were so friendly and helpful, the reception desk as well. Only downside, there was no oven in the room like advertised in the photos. I had the King Suite. But the electric pan made up for it. Less wash up. Would come back if the bed was softer. But each to their own.
