Wonderful hotel”

We stayed at the Centara Anda Dhevi Resort in March 2014, and quite simply loved it. From arrival to departure the service was excellent. Cold towels and a drink at check-in, followed by very attentive staff sorting out a different room for us at the last moment. We requested the change because we saw the pool rooms on the ground floor, and had to stay in one of them. They have a balcony which not only has your own private loungers on, but also allows you to step directly from your balcony into the pool. This was perfect for us as we have 3 kids, so we could free-flow from room to pool and back again, and also keep an eye on them from our own balcony. It was very convenient in that respect - and we could also have an evening swim once they were asleep without being more than 20m from them. The balcony has a protective fence and gate, so if your kids are too small to be trusted next to water then you can always lock them in. The room was very good quality, in excellent condition, with 2 double beds, and space for an extra bed. We managed to sleep okay in the double, though the beds are quite hard. The pool is great, very clean and big enough for a full hotel. It is a constant 1.2m depth, and has a great water slide (which is why we booked the hotel, a basketball hoop and a volleyball net. There is also a small babies pool under shade. The loungers are the most comfortable I have ever laid on, and they also have loungers in shallow water at the edge of the pool, which was a cool idea. The pool bar was good and reasonably priced too, meaning it was a very good pool area. Finally, the restaurant is great, and had a very good breakfast with a range of options. The hotel is a short walk to a lovely beach, and also a shortish (7-8 minutes) walk to the shops and restaurants of Ao Nang, which is a great little town. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Centara”

My wife and I stayed at Centara Anda Dhevi for 3 days, and we had a superb time. Getting to the resort is very easy. We had a smooth check in. Spotlessly clean. Pretty good facilities, nothing more one can ask for. Good spread for buffet. Pool is very good and has a pool side bar. Room size was sufficiently big for a couple. Might be a little cramped if there are kids. They had a tour desk who could arrange tours in and around krabi. I would definitely recommend this resort. The only flip side were: i) There were a lots of families staying with kids and it can get slightly bit noisy with kids running around. ii) We found the spa to be expensive. You can find similar ones at a lower price in Ao Nang.

Good location, clean hotel, friendly staff”

This was our first visit to Krabi and to Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa. We have stayed at other Centara hotels before and choose them for their cleanliness and accommodating staff. We were not disappointed on this visit--in fact, we enjoyed our time here so much, we have already booked another stay! The room was reasonably-sized and very clean. The poolside was immaculate and the pool itself crystal clear and free from debris. The staff did their best to accommodate all our requests and were always extremely courteous. The food at the restaurant was not my favorite, but there are many cheap, delicious options within walking distance. AoNang beach is a little crowded and not too clean, but we opted to stay here again over other beaches because we love the Centara's clean facilities and proximity to nearby food and spa services. Would definitely recommend it!

Excellent Hotel - Highly Recommended”

Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa - Excellent hotel located in one of the best areas in Ao Nang, within walking distance to Ao Nang and Noppharat Thara Beach (5-10min) . Peaceful and quiet. Lots of good restaurants and shops in the area. Very friendly, helpful and service minded staff. Nice clean rooms and pool area. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Highly recommended!

Excellent short family vacation!”

This is my wife's and my first overseas trip with our 2 year old boy in tow. Naturally we were a little concerned on whether our boy will adapt well to the new surroundings. But our fears were soon dissipated. Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa may not be situated just next to the beachfront, but it is well situated in a location with good access to restaurants and close proximity to a convenience store. As it is not located on the main street, it is pretty quiet during the night time and hence conducive for family with young children. All the staff of Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa are very service oriented and we were greeted with smiles and friendliness at every corner of the resort. We stayed in a deluxe room. Room size is adequate, however there is limited view since our bedroom is not facing the pool. Not really a problem since we usually spent most of our time at the poolside or around the Ao Nang beach area. If we head back to Krabi for another visit, we will definitely consider staying at the resort again. Kelvin

Perfect Retreat for a Family Holiday in Ao Nang”

We stayed at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort in Krabi for four nights in March. Apart from their denial for early check-in ( Check in time 3:00pm) at 1 pm , the rest of the stay was perfect. The hotel is small and cosy with a fantastic swimming pool to relax. The pool bar and the restaurant serving fantastic buffet breakfast were awesome. we spent a lot of our time in the pool and adjoining sunbeds. Simply fantastic. The room was clean with all the usual amenities and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cleaning ladies were super efficient and cleanliness is a plus for this hotel. The location though not on the beach, is an easy 10 minutes stroll. The surroundings of the hotel includes a Family Mart and a coffee shop ( Amazing 50 B pad thai apart from the superb cappuccinos), a lot of massage center, currency exchange and restaurants. One of the night market is only a five min stroll away. The staff were polite, nice and smiling. Enjoyed our stay. Recommended. We will come back...

New Hotel and service with a smile”

4 days 3 nights at deluxe pool access room. we have enjoyed our stay. all the staffs from reception to room cleaning have done an excellent job with a smile and greetings. we feel that we are very welcome everyday. the hotel is still new and needless to say that all the facilities are still new. nice room and comfortable king size bed. as we are in a free and easy trip this time and centara anda dhevi location is short 5-8 minutes walking distance to the beach and shopping area and local food hawker stalls. the main pool comes with a beverage bar and jacuzzi at the corner of the pool. american breakfast is nice though a little bit lack of choices. if you came with your children centara anda dhevi provide your children a play room with a day care staff there and she always smile, i like that. so, centara anda dhevi still have a lot to offer, just ask if it is possible they will fulfill yours accomodation needs.

Great Horel”

Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa The hotel is well situated on a quiet soi just at the beginning of the main street, which we loved. We enjoyed the decor of the hotel & our rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed at many hotels on this trip and I must say that the beds at the Centara were great! The breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of food to choose from. We were also very impressed with the staff. Very time we encountered a member they stopped and warmly greeted us. We were highly impressed The overall experience was very positive.

I would stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa in a second. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are extremely attentive, the pool has a very nice lounge feel, and the rooms are beautiful. Also, the all-you-can-eat BBQ was great. The only thing I would change is all the rules around the "My Green Day" program (you have to go to reception to get a voucher the following day, you can only use the voucher in the restaurant, not the bar or pool, and you have to sit down at the restaurant, you can't order something and bring it somewhere else). We look forward to our next stay with you.

Great hotel stay for a short getaway”

I came here for my 5th trip to krabi with my girlfriend. Although, Centara Anda Dhevi was a slight bit out of the way, we did not feel that it was an issue at all. The deluxe pool view rooms are spacious, the staff are very friendly(when waiting for pickups to tours, they helped call the tour groups to ensure they are coming). They were also very helpful by assisting with carrying our bags when we boarded the tour buses. The staff made a great impression by doing this. This new hotel also has many great amenities in fantastic condition. Minor drawbacks: As with the other reviews here, yes, breakfast did get pretty boring after the 5th day. However, it was still delicious! The water ran out once (for about 3 minutes midway through a shower). Additionally, the hotel safe was locked and it took 2 calls to reception and a request to the cleaner before it was opened. The pool also gets pretty crowded sometimes. Conclusion: All in all, the stay at this new hotel was fantastic and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely Hotel with great location & service”

My first time to Krabi with a female friend and we are thankful that we chose Cendara Anda Dhevi as accommodation. Really impressed with the service from the staff. They were friendly and helpful. Gave us tips & directions to where we wanted to go. Saw some of the staff putting in great effort to speak English, 2 thumbs-up for that! A great place to relax and it's away from the hustle-bustle of the city/shop areas. It's about 5-10mins walk to Ao Nang shops & restaurants area. Love the swimming and the spa at hotel was an great experience. Spa staff were very professional. Will definitely be back if I'm going Krabi again!

Fantastic hotel”

we had a great time staying at centara anda dhevi hotel. despite the 5min ride from the hotel to the ao nang beach, the hotel is positioned in such a way that it is private enough, yet not too secluded. the buffet breakfasts were pretty decent as well and the poolside bar and slide were novelties which we enjoyed. at the end of our stay here, we regretted shifting to railay great view resort & spa, a hillside villa on railay east as it was incredibly inconvenient to get to. we'll definitely book our stay at centara anda dhevi hotel the next time we visit ao nang.

Short Honeymoon Trip”

This is our second time staying with Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa. The service is as good as the first stay we had with the resort. The rooms are huge, clean and value for money. The location of the hotel is convenient for us as there are muslim food stalls just along the same stretch as the resort. There is no need to travel far to get your meals settled and easily you can find tour booth to book activities for your trip!

Satisfaction with Privacy in a cosy Ambience ”

I was pleasantly surprise to find Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa a clean, spacious & well lit & a cosy Ambience place to stay. Its well mannered & friendly staff ensure the busy pickup of guests systematically by different tour group leaders from the surrounding travel agencies every morning is commendable. Have come to Love the Lemongrass fragrance that i pass by everytime at the Lobby & had recommended more of my friends to visit since & our family will definately return again for the next visit.

my wife and i stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in may 2012. we initially booked a 2 night stay in a pool view deluxe with breakfast but loved it so much we stayed a further 2 nights in a pool access room. on arrival we were hugely impressed by the initial friendly greeting and assistance offered by the staff. this standard was consistently maintained for the duration of our stay. this included all the staff whatever their position, they made us feel special as guests. we explored the resort on foot and i would say that this hotel is located at the right end of town. it is a pleasant 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 different beaches and an assortment of bars and restaurants. the hotel is brand new (as are most in the street) having opened this season and i did not see any part of it that was worn or in need of repair. in fact the place was immaculate and is a true 4* resort not a 2+* masquerading as such. i have read some of the reviews and smiled at some of the reviewers, the type who complain about a light bulb being out or the water in the pool being too wet. trust me, this place deserves nothing lower than an 8 score even if you did find a fault or have a bad day! lovely rooms with quality inclusive toiletries, comfy bed, great shower and good sized balcony/patio. the pool was fabulous as were the sun lounger area and pool bar. the gym was spotless, adequately equipped and overlooks the pool. the inclusive breakfast buffet was well up to standard and worth the money. good coffee and always a decent choice of european or asian food. i did not use the restaurant or laundry service during our stay so i cannot comment on their quality. this on the principal that i can always get these nearby at a better price than any hotel and is no bad reflection on the anda dhevi. we will most definitely be staying here again!

Thank God for Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa otherwise Krabi would be so boring. The hype of the romantic scenery in Krabi was a major disappointment. Go to Phuket. But if you are looking to really relax with halal food. Then Krabi is for you then.

Fresh open space, king size bed & great poolside”

i really enjoyed the rooms size, it's layout, the comfortable king size bed and the huge sunny window. for those who like to sleep in complete darkness, the curtains are heavy and perfect for keeping the room cool. beautiful tiled floors kept the room cool also, and the bathroom (with bath and shower) were elegant and worked well. we had a room that overlooked the poolside, which i'd probably recommend as a person without children; for those with children you'd enjoy the direct access to the pool (well at least your kids will!). there's a great waterside that the kids enjoy using, and they don't make a huge amount of noise, just splashes really. there are a great amount of sun chairs sitting around the pool, some in the sun, and some under the shade of the garden trees, and the pool side bar can whip you up cocktails, refreshing drinks, fresh coconuts and food too. the staff at centara are really lovely and helpful. we hired a scoorter from across the road for 200b a day (aud$6.50) and used it for the 5 min trip into the main street of ao nang and the beautiful beach there. the beach closest to centara is a bit estuary like (when we went there it was low tide) but i'm sure it's as lovely as ao nang at high tide. the only suggestion i have for centara is that they consider putting flyscreen sliding doors on their balconies - the mosquitos aren't really a problem but i personally would've liked to have the option f having the evening breeze and natures night sounds waft into the room.

Beautiful Hotel with lovely rooms & helpful staff”

We were going for our honeymoon & wanted everything best. I did my entire research on Agoda & I must say we got the best deals avaialable. We went through each & every post & finalized on "Centara Anda Dhevi". It's a beautiful hotel with very good locational advantage. Great & helpful staff. The only downside is that they cannot speak / understand English. But thats ok, You need to speak slowly & show things in actions too. Thats a common issue in Thailand. But that should not stop you from choosing this great Hotel. It's not in a very busy place. It's in a quiet scenic place where you have all good hotels lined up. For Indian travellers, at a two min. walking distance we have "Namaste Indian" which is open till 11 pm. It serves a decent spread. Very economical with very good quantity.

2 nights stay”

Stayed at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort for 2 nights with my wife and infant kid. The staffs was there was very warm & helpful, they will always try to greet us whenever they saw us. Facilities were decent at the resort, there are a kids playing room which is ideal for family with young children. The pool are also great that has a slide for children to play. Breakfast was satisfactory for us as well, maybe the only thing is that there are quite many files trying to attack the food (seems common in krabi). As for the room, it is generally clean and we had a pool view deluxe room that has a balcony for us to get enjoy the view of the pool. However, we always closed tight the balcony door to prevent mosquitoes for entering into the room. And there are lots of mosquitoes attacking you in krabi if you have not put on repellent. The location is quite alright even its not near the beach, free shuttle bus to Ao Nang beach are provided at few specific timings. There also is a Family Mart Store located just opposite of the resort, few restaurants, massage, and food stalls are just along the road of the resort. Perhaps the only disappointment was the weather, it rained everyday when we were there.
