Will stay here again!”

This resort was delightful. The location is perfect- within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in town, but set aside enough that it is peaceful. The beach is within walking distance, but they also offer free shuttle service to the beach. The view of the cliffs from my room was amazing, the staff was so friendly, and everything about the hotel is so pleasing. I only had had two minor issues. #1 It was rainy season, so the power kept going out for several hours at a time. However, this was an issue for everyone in Aonang, not just at this resort. #2 If you didn’t shut your room door the whole way, it would start beeping. At night when other guests would come back after drinking, they would be very loud and often not shut their doors properly , so there was constant beeping on my floor so I never got a proper sleep. Tip: nobody in town knows this place as the Centra by Centara. They all called it the Phu Pano. I was confused when my taxi driver from the airport kept calling it that, but I quickly caught on. Tour operators only know it as the Phu Pano as well.

Beautiful views and clean room”

We had a great stay at Centara Phu Pano (Centara). The room was very clean and appeared to have been renovated recently. The hotel was very spacious, had some of the best views from our room’s balcony. It also offered great amenities such as a beautiful pool with a very picturesque view and a great gym that housed treadmills, ellipticals and a good variety of weight lifting machines and weights. Of the eight places we stayed in Thailand, this was our favourite. It was spacious, clean, close in proximity to bike rentals, restaurants and a 5 minute scooter ride to Ao Nang beach. We also got it for a very reasonable price ($37 CDN/night), so for us it checked all the boxes.

Resort make me impressed!! Awesome”

First time i write down review about resort. This resort was awesome to us. First place looks nice and clean. And when we reach at resort, staff also so friendly and kind. They have wide knowledge about resort and krabi recommend place all. It was very helpful. Room service and restaruant food quality also worthy. (Our room not include breakfast, so that wan i dont know) Travel agency also very kind N helpful, so it was very smooth. From hotel to aonang beach by walk 15-20min,by tuktuk 10minute. We are just walking from resort to beach. On the way there were many shop for shopping. We were very satisfied and really recommend this resort and krabi trip. Thanks to phu pano, our trip was perfect. Thank you !!

A good deal”

Staff worked to accommodate a couple of our requests so our experience has been positive. This is a tough time for hotels in Thailand due to restrictions on international travel and Centra by Centara obviously understands how to encourage customers to return. Well-stocked for breakfast and the gym fit my needs, though minimal weight equipment. You will need to adjust your schedule around the hotel's shuttle service to Ao Nang beach as it's more of a hike than most people will want to do.

Had a brillant stay here with the staff the truly outstanding feature ! Hotel has everything you'd need, very clean with excellent food. A little walk to the beach area but it suited us as we like to walk everywhere. I believe there is a shuttle service if needed. Staff treated us like old friends from the minute we arrived till we left, nothing too much trouble. If I was ever to return to Ao Nang I'd stay there again for sure. Hotel recommended but away from the beach”

pro cleaning building of the hotel, lobby area very nice very friendly staff pool breakfast food very good the restaurant - during the day it was possible to eat lunch or dinner, very diversified and very tasty food transfer to the beach a few times a day going and returning cleaning was done daily with one exception, changing towels and refilled supplies we adored the bath / shower comfortable bed quite central area close to currency exchange, 7 eleven, mac donalds and shops gym seif looks like in pictures against away from the beach I think they were 2 km the excursions organized by the hotel were very expensive parking behind the horrible hotel full of misery I strongly recommend this hotel. We felt really good and we eat great. Congratulations to the administrators. I took advantage of the transfer to the beach almost daily. I have seen that the Centra by Centara have a great chain of hotels. We hope to be their guests soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Centra by Centara. We had a room on the 6th floor (last one) facing the pool. There is a bit of a walk to Ao Nang beach but if you don’t mind walking or hire a scooter then it’s not a big deal. The walk to the beach is also quite nice too as you pass by many shops and restaurants. The pool is lovely and is well-exposed to sunshine. The breakfast buffet is acceptable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would just appreciate a bit more cleanliness especially in the toilets by the restaurant. The bathroom could do with some more space to hang your towels but the Italian shower is very good. Also be warned that there is a landfill just across the hotel but let’s say it is part of the Thai charm and scene of scenery. It did not bother us at the end of the day and overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I do recommend this hotel!

Great pool, location, and rooms”

Pool was clean and well staffed. Rooms were spacious, meticulously clean, and with beautiful views. With the rate we got, we considered it an incredible value. Tour desk in the lobby was ok, but better deals can be had in the Ao Nang streets. Make sure you nail down all the details of the tours, to include how much time you spend in minibus transit. Shop around and negotiate for a fair rate. Though the location is up the road from the bustle of Ao Nang, it actually worked out really well. It's a quick and (mostly) well-trafficked 10-15 minute stroll down to Ao Nang, and there's great street food just 200m from the hotel in the main street. There's also a 24-hr convenience store right there for bottles of water, medicine, snacks, etc. Be aware that the last 200m, from the main road to the hotel, is somewhat isolated. We were a couple and felt safe walking it, but my girlfriend wouldn't have felt comfortable walking it alone at night. We would absolutely stay again.

Great hideaway!”

We had one night at the end of our vacation in Ao Nang and were pleasantly surprised at the price for this great hotel. It is located a little off of the main street in Ao Nang, but there is a free shuttle that runs to and from town which is easy to use with a little planning. The family room was awesome. Very large, bunk beds for the kids which they loved, and a separate bedroom for us, which we loved! Pool was nice with nice shaded cabanas to relax in if you want to escape the heat for a bit. Great views of the limestone cliffs and we were in a great location so we could even take the 10 minute long tail to Railay for the day! Overall great experience. The only negative I would mention would be that in the morning when we were leaving, when I called the front desk to ask of someone could come help us with our luggage, they said they didnt have anyone and we would need to take care of it ourselves. Not a big deal, but you would think with a big hotel they would have someone.

Fantastic hotel/resort, but slightly far from the beach”

This is a fantastic hotel/resort, that is modern, clean and has great facilities. The room we stayed in was slightly smaller than ordinary, but the fact that it is nicely decorated and clean makes up for it. The beds are great! The balcony is a plus and we had a stunning view of the mountains. The best part of this hotel is definitely the pool area. The pool is big, beautiful and surrounded by sun chairs. The pool is set against a beautiful backdrop of mountains. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures advertised, if not better! It is slightly far from the main Ao Nang street but there is shuttle bus that goes regularly that will take you to Ao Nang and back at fixed times.

Great service and comfortable beds!!”

My boyfriend and I had been struck down with food poisoning and we were desperate to see a doctor. Wat, the Assistant Manager who had checked us in was a very efficient and friendly staff who assisted us to call clinics for a doctor. He also arranged transport for us to Dr Somboon's clinic. He was patient and kind and I really appreciate that he took the time to help us. He made our stay as comfortable as possible despite us being ill. Thanks Wat, for your excellent service! Also, I'd like to just mention that Phu Pano's beds are SUPER comfortable. We spent so much time in the room trying to recover so a comfortable bed and clean sheets are a must! The hotel is also in a great location - free shuttle bus to the shops or you can easily just walk out. Convenience stores like 7-11 and family mart are also very close by. Will come back again if I visit Krabi:)

Great place”

I think Centra is one of the best hotels in Krabi. I was travelling with my boyfriend and we had a great time in the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful, smiling and nice. They will help you with everything you need. Room was modern, super clean and beds comfortable. And this view! It was such a pleasure to wake up every morning and see the beautiful mountains and palm trees. There's a nice pool in the hotel, and the waiters are there to serve you drinks and food. Food was good, even if a bit pricey. I recommend this hotel if you want to have a nice stay in Krabi!

Perfect place to stay”

Whole building is very clean, loved the swimming pool and got a nice view. Takes about lesser than 5 min to Ao nang beach by motorcycle but i loved it bcos it was in a nice and quite place and everything was around tho. I was very sick but staff kindly made me a dish as per my request without hesitation. If i visit Krabi again, I would love to stay in this hotel again.

We made a last minute booking at this hotel after a disappointing stay at another Ao Nang resort and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money and service!! This is truly a great place to stay in Krabi!!

It was a peaceful stay”

So my husband and I picked this hotel based on reviews we've read across multiple platforms. We really liked this place as it was slightly further away from the main Ao Nang street and it was very quiet. The hotel was clean and we also liked the breakfast spread - it was simple but enough to indulge. Aside from that, we also did try one of their dinner options and it was delish, reasonably priced too. I hope that they would maintain the place well and keep the standards so we can return and still enjoy our good stay. I would recommend this place for those who are seeking to live away from the hustle and bustle, and just want to chill and relax.

Good place to live”

This is a good place to live if you come to Krabi. Big room, good view, and great swimming pool. About 1-2 km away from Ao Nang Beach but they provide the shuttle bus so easy to go there. Unfortunately, the COVID slams the Krabi so much. Very few tourists there and lots of shops and restaurants were close. Hope everything getting better soon!

Fantastic Hotel”

Good location just off the main street in Ao Nang. Short walk to the street markets and plenty of bars and restaurants on the way. Easy location to get Taxi's for boat trips etc, and a good laundry opposite too. Hotel staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble. The rooms are great- ours unfortunately didn't have much of a view except of a car park, but we could see mountains and jungle off in the distance. Beds lovely and comfortable, good quality towels and linens. Everything was refreshed daily. The breakfast was wonderful- everything you could ask for. Service a little slow in busy periods but worth the wait. The pool area was really nice, although a slight shortage of beds, and on a couple of occasions they had run out of clean towels, but the views from the pool were great, and a great place to relax for a drink in the evening too. Great value for money for the room, but the extras (drinks, food etc) were a little pricey by comparison. All in all fantastic stay!

Centara Phu Panu Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The only problem is the location, it is a bit far from the beach and popular restaurants. Although the hotel provide free transportation and you can always take a tuktuk from anywhere in Ao Nong. Will stay there again next time.

Great stay”

This hotel is very very nice, hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful with the exception of the lady at the concierge desk, she seems bothered by life and if you don't book a tour with her she gives you the evil look... Breakfast is A+, of all the hotels I stayed around Thailand this breakfast was the best one and since the restaurant is by the pool, the view while enjoying your meal is amazing (with mountains in the background). I will definitely come back to this hotel if I decide to come back to Ao Nang.

Simply great”

New hotel, looks classy. Rooms are clean, comfortable (we booked suite). Cleaning every day, good room service. Helpful staff. Nice, very nice small pool by the restaurant (also quite good). About 15-20 minute walk from Ao Nang beach, several free buses a day may help you go to the beaches. Kids were also very happy in this hotel. I recommend the hotel.
