เป็นโรงแรมราคาประหยัด สภาพห้องพักจัดว่าดี ออกแบบใช้ได้ การบริการรวดเร็ว ทำเลอาจหายากเล็กน้อยสำหรับคนที่ไม่คุ้นเคยกับตัวเมืองขอนแก่น แต่ตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากเซ็นทรัลพลาซ่าขอนแก่น ใกล้แหล่งอาหารการกิน มีร้านอาหารกึ่งผับมีดนตรีตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลมาก โดยรวมจัดว่าคุ้มราคาครับ

The location is just perfect, the room is clean and suites perfectly my needs and the staff is so kind and give well attention to their guess. I highly recommend it.
Very good value for money
This hotel is not easy to find with out a good map. The room was clean but the down side part of the room and the hotel was the HARD bed, very uncomfortable !!! If you get there early you may find a place to park your car. I went out to eat, no restaurant in the area, on return I was lucky to find a parking spot in there parking area. Very popular with Thai's
I was in the hotel with wife and 2 daughters . For visiting the university in town. This hotel is perfect for this . Good staff , clean rooms for a good price. Stay was for 2 nights. Hotel is very good for short term stay , perfect. We will use again if needed to go to khon Kaen. Will recommend this hotel to family's ,,, not to forget . Just next to the lake if you like fishing .
The relatively new hotel is clean and everything works. Very good value.
nice accomaodation with a beautiful lake behind and having fitness equipment/jogging/walking facilities adjacent the lake was a suprising plus. Rooms are a good size for budget accomodation with choice of 2 or 1 bed. Staff are friendly, helpful and speak enough English. Nicest feature was to eat out on the patio area over looking the carpark/and lake view at night. stay again definite
今回2回目の利用ですチェックインはスムーズです預かり金100b取られます部屋からは湖が見え気持ちいいですwifiも少し弱いですが入りますホテルを出て左に100メートルぐらい行くと反対側にパッタイの美味しいお店がありますホテルの前からは市内行きのソンテウがありますので便利です空港まではバイクタクシーで60bてす
今回初めての利用でした価格が安いので期待してませんでしたが部屋から湖が見え良かったですコンケンの町にもソンテウが走ってて便利ですただ夜になると廊下の街灯に虫が群がるので扉の開閉の時入って来ます
駐車スペースが少なく、夕方到着だと路上駐車になります。部屋の状態もひどく、これで口コミ評価平均が7.7とは信じられません。評価を信じて２泊予約して行きましたが、ガッカリでした。
propre , petit déjeuner café/chocolat fourni en extérieur. Pas de commerces/restaurants à proximité. Materiels: petit réfrigérateur, TV avec qualité vidéo médiocre.
En gros, je suis très satisfait.les bons conseils ont largement compensé la situation un peu excentrée - je n'avais pas de véhicule. Le grand lac avec son temple et les restaurants de bord de lac sont un "must" à visiter.
