It's decent with the price you pay. The room is spacious and bed is clean. Bathroom is a bit old then. Very good location for access to different part of Cha-am and the beach is cross the road. Staff is supportive in arranging taxis.

Noise from garage room...”

Room number 104 was terribly noisy when at midnight because the behind the wall there is a garage room where * presumably * night vendor puts things in and out after their duty, which makes screaming sound from floor and a lady singing at loud midnight. Terrible room if you are assigned room number 104. 2 Bath towels, one shampoo bottle (mini), and shower cap. Room looks like brand new, very clean. There is TV, mini fridge and two glasses. Rolling curtain does not work, so I had to cover the window after getting out of shower room without clothes on. A car pulled over closer to my room window. Felt uneasy when someone from the car sneaked my willy and bottom. Close to the beach, convenience store and clean pure air outside! Currently entrance and 1st floor is under renovation, making noise from construction work at day. When check-in, I could not locate where the front desk is, so I came up the stairs and found a lady who accepted me lastly. Recommended except for room noise.

The hotel location is great, it easy for everything. Just 2 min walk to the Beach. And there are a lot of food nearby.

Nice hotel,good location, good well designed room”

We did have a couple of issues , with the bath room , shower hand set fell apart and the toilet water gun for cleaning yourself did not work, but once mention to staff were fixed same day, more of a negative was leaving your room key at reception ! It was left on the top of the desk ! While the reception lady went to sleep! No one els there , any one could have picked them up and got into your room!,, we stopped leaving ours...I think the staff need a little more training on security, and to inspect appliances more frequently , over all a nice hotel. Value for your money.

Great Location”

We came during a holiday weekend, so it was double the price, and definitely not worth this. Great location a 100 metres from the beach, but small old room and no breakfast. The staff helped recommend places for us to go out for drinking and eating.

Great location but challenged with service”

they easily changed our room request to the smaller room from the larger room, but did not issue a refund. they also did not provide any assistance in getting a taxi back to the van to return to bangkok.

Booked and paid for two night stay for myself and my adult daughter as part of a longer trip. First room had no window, second room had ceiling mirrors! and peeling wallpaper and the lead from the fridge did not reach the socket! Third room was poor, with no hot water for the shower and no clothes hangers for the wardrobe. After complaining about these issues, a plumber appeared holding one clothes hanger!! We checked out first thing next morning
