Perfect Location with (kind of) private beach.”

We were staying here over new year, and didnt plan to count down at Cha-am but Hua-Hin. Few nights before count down, we went to Hua-Hin city and was traumatized with the number of people and traffic so we eventually decided to hand around the area on New Year Eve. The hotel is located at almost the end of Cha-am coast where you can not really access to anywhere else by the beach but it is right next to the famous seafood restaurant “Pla two” and Novotel hotel is only 10 mins walk away by the beach, where we went for a skybar. We ended up having a stunning panoramic view of fireworks along the coast, we could even see as far as Hua-Hin city’s countdown fireworks. The only thing that was off is the hotel’s restaurant, we made an order of a mixed-platter and we had to wait for almost an hour to get that. The staff told us they had been busy with so many orders but there were only 3 tables, including us at the time.

Excellent design and friendly staff”

The best boutique hotel ever! Desirable honeymoon resort. Scenic and comfortable. There is a restaurant within walking distance named Platoo. You can enjoy your meal on the beach! Bicycles are available for free. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We asked them to help call a taxi for half-day travel in Cha-am and Hua Hin. The taxi driver was nice and could speak fluent English.

perfect weekend get away ”

we stayed 3 nights at cher and were very impressed with the resort overall. the hotel and facilities are all very modern and the restaurant menu matches its style. the rooms were a good size and very clean. there isn't much around the hotel, its kind of in the middle of nothing really but that makes it perfect for a weekend get away, no need to leave the resort. cha am beach is only 10 mins by bike/car if you want a little more life in the evening.

Friendly staff, nice swimming pool/ beach”

Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Swimming pool/ beach/ garden are beautiful and nice, we enjoyed the time there. Breakfast is okay. As for the location, it's far from Hua-Hin (25-30 mins drive), but it's close to Cha-Am (10 mins drive). If you wanna go to Bangkok by mini van, the staff could make a reservation for guests, which is very convenient.

Charming yet modern hotel on the ocean front”

The Cher Resort is in an interesting location, a few miles south of Cha-am and well north of Hua Hin. This is a good spot to get away from the hustle of Hua Hin. You cannot access the beach from the resort, but the salt water pool is nice. The food at the restaurant is OK, but expensive. Try other locations out the front door, to the right for better value and larger portions. Take a walk to the south, along the shoreline, and you will discover a lovely environmental preserve.

2nd night at lovely Cher hotel”

this was my 2nd night at cher, the staff treated us very kind with nice service minded. first we planned to move to other hotels in cha-am area, but finally there's no place to worth staying as much as this hotel. the bed is totally comfort and cozy. we do love the pool area where we see sunset beach together too!!

chic hotel, very comfy and very friendly staffs”

I was traveling alone and had a great time stay theirin Cher Resort. Resort had very good design, indoor and outdoor. Hotel staffs was very friendly and useful, I got food poisoning and could not go out to have the breakfast, they brought me breakfast to the room with the medicine without charging. They had a bike for guest to ride around the beach which was very nice. Hotel's food was delicious and plenty of beverage choices. Cha-um beach and water was not clean but okay. Swimming pool was nice but looked not really clean. Pool access room, pool was for sit and relax not for swim. Location was a bit far from the city, you need toh ave a car if u wanna stay there.

Started off badly but improved. Awesome Facilities!”

A few things put me off before my stay and at the beginning. I sent an email requesting a bottle of prosecco to be put in the room for my partners bday (billed to me of course) but got no response. On arrival the guy at reception wasn't very helpful and our breakfast the following morning was ignored. It then improved - they apologised for the breakfast, Leab at the bar was great and the facilities right by the sea are incredible. Cha-am is very quiet and not as much to do as Hua Hin. Beach by hotel is clean and quiet. Overall, very happy with my stay and would go again :)

Nice room with good atmosphere”

cher is a very modern and new boutique hotel in cha-am, nice decoration with good view but the beach is quite not suit for swimming. i stayed there for 2 nights would love to go back and lay on daybed there again soon

Quite zone with great service”

The front staff is very humble and helpful. The resort is located at Cha-am, which is less crowded and more quite. We were very happy with the room and the service provided. Although there is no beach access, we enjoyed lying at a comfy bean bags with panoramic view of an ocean. The only thing we were disappointed is the bathroom. The water kept leaking from the shower and made the whole bathroom wet. If the resort can fix this part, it will be very appreciated. Cher resort is a very cozy boutique resort that we definitely visit again.

Lovely room and pool areas are the best. Not too far from Cha-am and hua-hin and highly recommended for family.

Modern hotel with lovely service”

Cher resort just made my Hua hin trip a perfect trip. The hotel itself is considered to be very new and clean with modern design (e.g. from building exterior, interior, swimming pool, etc.) The hotel staffs also welcome us with warm hospitality and service. I would love to come back again definitely.

Close to BKK easily access”

Stayed two nights at Cher, quite impressed with staff services until the day I left. I was charged 1,000 bath for making color stained on their simply bathing suit, which I considered overpriced. Breakfast is simple and limited of choice. Their sea bed by the beach is quite unique and romantic, which I like the most from this resort. The room is clean, but bed is very small, comparing to other hotel. The hotel is small, far from town and nothing to enjoy much around. Personally, will choose other places to stay next time in Cha-am , Hua Hin.

Awesome decoration with a really nice atmosphere”

we are 3 girls spent 1 night at sea spirit room which couldn't see the sea view that much but the room is nice and big enough for 3 persons. i love the big bathroom and all decoration in the hotel where you can take load of nice photos if you are a photogenic person, you'll love it. we enjoyed our dinner with the really nice and chilled atmosphere for girl talk. breakfast is good value,the taste is good and also the staffs are friendly. surely,i will choose cher resort again for my next trip to huahin

A hidden treasure in the Cha am Area - Perfect for a relaxing holiday ”

Excellent resort. If you are looking for a relaxing break away from the craziness of Bangkok and other mental places in a thailand. This is the place for you. Pro: Beautiful rooms, lovely secluded feel, food was excellent, great pool, great views of the sea and private beach from the room and very friendly and helpful staff. This place is a bit of a hidden secret. More Thai couples than Farangs like me. Cons: None for me. It was perfec! Thank you Cher Resort!

Enjoyable stay”

cher resort is a stylish and modern resort, i stayed for 2 days and found the hotel to be very comfortable and the staff very helpful. there is not much to do nearby the hotel although you can take a 20 minute cab ride into hua hin where there is a lot going on, however if you're just looking for somewhere to chill out for a couple of days then this is a good place to stay.

Very pleasant and relaxing short stay”

Cher Resort has a wonderful modern design, is small scale and is very quietly located. The privat beach is clean and sandy, not polluted by vendors. In the immediate surroundings there is nothing to do, no bars, restaurants, shops. For some livelyhood you have to go to Hua Hin, at 10 kms, 30 taxi minutes. But therefor very relaxing in the resort. Good restaurant with Thai and international food, very friendly staff, although with limited English speaking skills. Ideal for couples, no kids, for a romantic and relaxing short stay.

Nice little boutique hotel”

The hotel maybe small, but the architecture is well designed to maintain your privacy and make every space counts. All the service provider that we met were very friendly. The room is nice and clean and we love the food. There are small number but good selection of breakfast and you can book to have a romantic dinner by the ocean. I don't recommend for family with young children because there are very limited space for them to play; no beach, only small swimming pool. It's more of a place for couples. The downside for me is the location of the hotel is quite far from Hua Hin and the hotel entrance is hard to notice. Other things, I will say well done! I'm a repeated customer and will repeat again if I have a chance.

This resort is small but just nice for a short trip to get away from everything. It may not be nearby town but it is located between Hua Hin town and every other attractions. I would suggest to hire a car or van to get you where you wanna go. The beach is not great but at least there is one. Breakfast buffet spread is nothing special but adequate and there is an egg station. Go for the rooms on ground floor unless you have no trouble going up the stairs.

Small but cozy”

This small boutique resort is a little gem outside of busy Hua Hin town. Best to rest a van/car to get around. hotel do provide transportation at a fee, not too high compared to others. Got the most expensive/best room there and it was great. ample of space for 2 adult and a young kid but do take care as it is not children friendly due to the pool and the viewing deck. A must to wake up early and open the gate access to the pool to witness the magnificent sunrise. You can do it from the top deck too, and at the hanging bed by the pool.
