"This hotel is cozy & well decorated with warm & cute decorations. It is located about 5mins driving away from the main road, okay for those who is driving. There is a restaurant in the hotel & this would be the only choice for you since there is no restaurants nearby. There is no TV in the room but you can find many books & puzzle in the hotel. If you are lucky enough, the best entertainment would be the Northern light. It was right over the roof of the hotel at the night we stayed. The staff is very nice to give us alert of the Northern light while it is not an officially service offered by the hotel. "

"Kanskarinn is a charming little mom and pop place. The restaurant is busy with locals for obvious reasons; the food is good and the owners are hands on and friendly. From the outside, the Hotel looks a little tired, but the inside is clean and the recently added rooms are modern and comfortable."
