"We visited during Ramadan when the hotel resturants were closed. The hotel room service provided excellent meals. The location is convenient for many Manama sites but roads are underconstruction and it is difficult to find, especially in the dark. Parking was great and secure. Internet service was off and on throughout the stay - trouble with their server."

"I visit Bahrain regularly for racing events at Bahrain International Circuit. This hotel is my favorite cause the location is just in front of Seef Mall and it has plenty of parking. Add to that the cleanness of the hotel and great staff. Very modern style rooms."

"This was a 24 hour stay whilst passing through Bahrain. The hotel reception staff were efficient, pleasant and informative. When it came time to leave, there were no taxis around, so one of the staff drove me to the airport for the normal taxi fare. The room was spacious, well appointed, maintained and cleaned. A fruit bowl would have been a nice touch for a non-Muslim during Ramadan. I had a meal from the wide room service menu, and this was well prepared and presented. No complaints here. The breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of choice and good service. My only wish was for some real bacon after being without for over a year. Value for money? I was there during Ramadan, when the place is very quiet, with some of the hotel facilities unavailable, and offering significant discounts on the regular price. So yes, good value."

"We were more than happy with our experience overall. The hotel is located in a very good are; away from traffic but close enough to all upbeat spots in Manama. The staff was very welcoming, everyone greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome especially for our baby. Everything was arranged based on our requests. The cleanliness can be better, but we were there at Eid and staff were overwhelmed with work. Overall, we will be visiting this hotel in our next trip to Bahrain."

"After I read a lot of negative reviews on agoda and tripadvisor about this hotel, I was wondering wether to book it or not for my 2 night stay in Bahrain. I decided to have a go and risk it. Right from the start I arrived to this hotel, I couldn't believe those reviews were true. First, I was checked-in early (some 3 hours before official check-in time) and at no extra charge. Secondly, I got a huge room with queen bed and super comfortable matress. Excellent sleep I had both nights. Room was clean. Yes, the hotel shows its age and should be updated but some people are too picky. At the price I paid, I got more than I expected in a country where accommodation is normally expensive. Plus wifi connection was strong. Location is not the best it is walking distance to Fateh Mosque, and there are also many shops and restaurants nearby. Or you are a short taxi ride away from the business district. If you have a car, like I did, there is also a free hotel parking. Would stay here again."

"Once we got to the hotel, we directly went to the reception for check-in, the receptionist name was “Fate”. We were first in-line as there was no que, the bad part is that we were not greeted at all what we faced was exactly in the contrary of greetings from the receptionist Fate. We came up to her to ask her for check-in, and without her eye contact she was staring at her screen. She just pointed her index to the right And said I’m busy! We were shocked at the moment and couldn't say a word, the other receptionist we were pointed to was already busy with another guest. So we instantly asked for the supervisor because the situation was intolerable. And there came Janice, which was the opposite of Fate. She changed our perspective for the hotel. She apologized for the misbebavior and agreed that this kind of act from a hotel staff is strictly not acceptable as they will take further action upon it. Nevertheless, Janice took us to the private business lounge and checked us in."

"This hotel offers great value for money compared to most other options in Bahrain. I got airport pickup and dropoff organized and whilst the room itself was abit on the basic side thats expected at this price. However the WIFI was pretty decent and nice speed and the AC worked well. Bathroom was a decent size also with bathtub and shower. The only negative was the bed was rock hard and had no spring or bounce to it. Overall it offers great value for money for those looking for a quick stopover in Bahrain."

"Pros: -great room rates. - location - cleanliness Cons: - internet is terrible. - tv has no channels and asked them to fix it but still only some channels with poor quality. - bathroom sink was leaking and taped with electrical tape. I had to ask them to fix it. - overheard shower was not working and had to ask them to fix it. - AC in the room is too loud and the fan is blowing too much air even when the settings is on low. - AC got shout down in the middle of our second night and we couldn’t turn it back ON! Overall, the hotel is still in good condition but it needs major maintenance. "

"Nothing better than a warm welcome a smile to greet you with upon your entering a hotel after a long flight. The staff at Ibis are excellent and from reception onward all the support staff are always willing to help , greet the guests and always have a smile on their faces. I had a nice stay and they even allowed me a bit of a late check out. Next time for sure I will be staying at IBIS whenever I am in Bahrain. The receptionist Joceylin deserves a big pat on her back for an excellent service level. Well done IBIS STYLUS ! "
