"Everything was amazing. Staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Restaurant food was 5 stars. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and just what we needed after our island tours. Location was central. Could walk everywhere. After walking past many other hotels, we knew we made the right decision. Other reviews talk about construction. Ignore it for the most part. No construction within the hotel. There are other hotels being built; however, the rooms are pretty much sound proof. If I hadn’t seen it occurring out of my window or on the street, I would have never known it was occurring. And the views from the rooftop restaurant are breathtaking. Favorite hotel in all of Palawan. Also, free AC van to the airport if you stay long enough. I wish I never left. "

"Went to Palawan for an online appointment with DFA for my sons passport renewal. It was our first time to visit Palawan as well, so decided to go sight seeing at Puerto Princesa after our appointment. We chose HUE hotel since it located right beside Robinsons Mall which is where DFA office is located. It is very convenient , you only need to walk to get to the mall. Quite impressed with the staff , everyone was very friendly and courteous. Special mention to Fortun our shuttle bus driver who met us at the airport. Fortun is friendly and bery informative when we asked for information. Staff at the restaurant ate also very nice and attentive . They had initiative and they remembered what our apecial request were the first day so we didn'nt have to ask for it. They automatically served my son with his glass of ice and set the salt and pepper for myself at our table. They kept on checking if there is anything else we needed. Special thanks to Cha, Chubbs and Charm. The breakfast serve was quite good , they had different choices everyday for the 4 days that we stayed with them. Hotel is 15 mins by tricycle to recommended local restaurants such as Kalui and Kinabutch. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, bed was comfortable and room was clean. I would definitely cme back to stay with HUE:) "

"I've lived and traveled in the Philippines for two years and this is by far the best hostel Ive stayed at. The staff knows you by name, there are fun activities and people to party with, but there's also quiet when you are ready to sleep after a long day island hopping. Each bed has four electrical outlets so fighting for an outlet to charge your phone or devices is not a problem. Additionally, you can sign up for island hopping from the hostel so you don't have to worry about searching around town for a tour and most people on your tour are solo travelers too... so making friends is effortless. This hostel is a little more than many other hostels in the Philippines, but the few extra pesos are MORE THAN worth it. Especially with the delicious western style breakfast included. I hope to come back to el Nido again and will definitely stay here and recommend it to anyone I talk to. Thanks for the great trip Spin!"

"Booked this hotel for our downtime in Coron, our last day. Our flight was supposed to be in the morning, however, we were forced to re-schedule it in the afternoon because we can't leave this hotel. Haha! One of the best concept hotels in the Philippines, from the location to the view up to its facilities, it's all worth the money. It's not even that pricey compared to other "popular" hotels around the area. We will definitely book this again if ever we go back to Coron. Kudos to all the staff, very accommodating!"

"The FO staff are friendly and accommodating. Guards are polite. Complimentary buffet breakfast has variety F&B staff are attentive. The room I've booked is perfect size for my family of 4 members. Clean, homey and good value for money. Location wise, it's almost near all good restaurant's in the city. However, I'm suggesting for them to invest on a good first aid kit. My brother got an upset stomach. I've asked if they have a (hot/cold compress) water bag and medicine for diarrhea but they don't have it (though it is understandable that they can't just give medicine.) Though I appreciate that the Receptionist has suggested on where we can buy the medicine. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to Fersal incase we travel to Palawan again. Thank you Fersal Palawan Team!"

"This place was great. The staff are friendly and understand English well. They will pick you you and drop you off from the airport for free (only about 5 minutes drive). There is a restaurant on-site which serves good food. There is also an outdoor pool and hot tub. Be warned: most of the hotels in Palawan advertise WiFi, and they do have it, but it is not consistent. It regularly disconnects and/or operates very slowly. Do not expect to use WiFi regularly on your trip. This resort is within walking distance of much of Puerto's hotels, restaurants, and bars near the airport. You may schedule island-hopping and Underground River tours with the resort, tricycle drivers, or other agencies. The unit was fine. I had a Standard room, which has a bed, a side table, a desk, a mini-fridge (with refreshments for an additional charge), a TV, a wardrobe, a bathroom with running water, and a heated shower. It was clean and fine for a solo traveler or couple. "
