Siliguri hotels & accommodations

We were impressed starting from the hotel lobby itself. It was spacious, staffed well and literally smelt like fresh lemon! We were given free upgrade to superior rooms by the nice receptionist. The rooms were of 5-star grade. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, rooms had all the posted amenities, bathrooms were sparkling clean, all the employees always greeted us ...

We stayed at the Central Courtyard Boutique Resort on the way to Darjeeling. We arrived late and left fairly early. The staff were teriffic and very helpful. They arranged a private taxi to take us to Darjeeling and the restaurant provided us with a light meal before bed. Our taxi from the airport had a few difficulties finding the hotel (but that appears to happen alo...

The photos are very deceptive. The location is good but that's about it. The rooms were to-do. The linen was torn and dirty looking. The pillows were filthy. The bathroom was awful with no running hot water. And there was no toilet paper and dental kit even. We had to take cold showers. The water in the taps was dirty .The breakfast was very limited. Sorry to say, but w...

I was very pleased during my stay at Hotel Embassy which is a hotel from Summit group of Hotels which has hotels across Sikkim and WB. (something which we came to know later) We were heading to explore Sikkim and wanted to spend one night in Siliguri, thus was looking for a basic hotel. I just booked it on Agoda by going through some reviews and seeing the discount off...

Central location and just back from Hill Cart Road, quiet. Recent renovations - room was excellent. Friendly, helpful manager. Siliguri gets a bad rap but actually is clean, good roads, OK facilities. This hotel makes a stay pleasant. Location is Hill Cart Road where most hotels are located, 6-7 km fronm NJP Railway Station.

I had stayed in this hotel for one night in Oct,18 in a deluxe room and find the room size and decor very nice. The location is quite good and transportation is easily available once you set your foot out on the street. The breakfast was also quite tasty. Only advise is have your breakfast early or else the food becomes cold and loses its real taste.

This is an extremely good value for the money. The staff are eager to please with or without the tipping that seems necessary in many hotels in India. And the restaurant somehow produces fine examples of Indian, Chinese and American/Continental cooking. The single off note was that their card reader couldn't read my international bank card and I had to go to an ATM to ...

It is always hard to find a well maintained hotel in India. Sagar was very clean at the beginning but I have to say it has something to work on his cleanness. It is not dirty. But it is easy to find stains on bed sheet and dust on the floor. But after all, Sagar is still a good place to stay.

In the center of all the malls in Siliguri district - takes 5 to 10 mins to travel by electric autos to either vega mall or Cosmos/Bigbazaar. Rooms are spacious, clean and the use of fittings are exceptional for the price range. If you are there to shop or stopping over for a trip to sikkim look no further. This is the best location to stay hands down. City center and ...

Don't stop over in Siliguri unless you really need to - nothing much to recommend the town. You are far better to push straight on to Darjeeling in a jeep from the airport if you arrive at Bagdogra before 3pm. The train to Darjeeling isn't operating (April 2013) and unlikely to do so for some time (landslide damage). If you have to stay in Siliguri, the Barsana is fine...

Very new hotel , very clean.Check in was bit disappointing.Had reached the hotel around 10.30 pm and was super tired. The staff made me wait as he was busy over the phone with some " sir " explaining some software. Didn't care to hold the call...Food was also ok.

Excellent, clean hotel to have a comfortable stay in. Staff were helpful and friendly, loved the swimming pool, and the many international tv channels for entertainment. Quality of food and service in the restaurant is excellent as well. Would be perfect if a hairdryer is provided in the room.
