"The rooms are fairly big, we had a small balcony also, which was nice. Very clean, with all basic amenities. Central location in Sing Buri, although it did take us a while to find driving about as the signs appeared to vanish. (My partner is Thai and from Sing Buri, so it was slightly frustrating to not be able to find the place easily.) We tried to call to ask for directions, but the telephone number didn't connect. Friendly staff, lots of car parking spaces, small shop on site. Quiet. The bed was probably a little on the hard side, but that said, I had no trouble sleeping!! Overall, I would recommend this place to stay."

"the hotel has freindly helpful staff and adequate facilities including parking. Sing Buri is off the beaten track and we were there for medical reasons so the hotel served its purpose. It could do with a deep clean and some refurbishment but overall a pleasant stay in a very reasonably priced hotel"

" I had booked this hotel for 3 nights, but of course had not pre-paid the reservation. When I arrived they would only honor 2 of the nights. I tried to explain I needed 3 days, but of course my logic was wrong. How can you take a reservation from Agoda and then not honor it fully...? The room was very nice and I loved the enclosed balcony. It was very quite and no noise issues at all. The AC is great, wifi was better than expected. The TV is old and of course you can't hookup your laptop to watch a movie. The shower area had a bathtub/shower, without a curtain, so it was a very wet area after a shower. The water pressure is so-so, but they did have hot water. A 7-11 is about 1/2 km away for any supplies you may need. Food on site, but it's not the best, but acceptable"

"We were proud to be the first guests in this just-finished villa on our way south from Chiang Mai. After two exhaustive days in Sukhotai, this guest house was like true oasis for us. Crystal clear pool, stunning garden, the room and interiors with stylish decorations and nice terraces. The staff (=owner of the villa and his family) was more than friendly, even inviting us for private religious ceremony – sanctification of the little Buddha house/altar. Although there is no restaurant, wife of the owner was so kind to cook dinner for our two boys (5 and 1.5 years old). The breakfast on the terrace was superb. For me this was the top and ultimate hotel/villa experience other accomodations should be compared to and clear 10 points from my side. There are also things to see - the famous Wat Phra Non Jaksi Woravihan and ruins of Wat Na Phrathat are just next to the house. Try to visit Sing Buri, e.g. it’s market – the region is out of scope of most of the tourists (I haven’t even found Sing Buri in Lonely Planet) - so it’s very authentic. If your’re travelling on the route Bangkok–North Thailand, I recommend to put this to your itinerary."
