Very impressive Hotel & Service ever!!!”

I have stayed here during my Songran trip in Chiang Mai (13-15 Apr 17). Overall service is quite impressive and beyond our expectation a lot. Nice & welcome staffs always showed their willing to help us arranging things we might need and also gave us some useful advice about tourist attraction spot should not miss. The room (I chose Deluxe room) is new, clean, comfortable and fully furnished with modern decorations & amenities which build the warm & relaxing atmosphere for guests during on vacation here. Breakfast food line was ok, even not that much various though still beyond our expectation. Picture of hotel & room shown on website and what we saw by ourselves on visiting is not delusive (similarly). And we even surprised on the first date of our arrival. I come with my family (4 persons) and reserve 2 deluxe rooms. Once we check-in, we found that our rooms were not on the same floor due to no any other vacant same type of room in the same floor during our trip period. We accepted and move to that on another floor. But not yet move our luggage, helpful staff come and said to us that the hotel allowed room upgrading for us so that we can have 2 rooms on the same floor (on opposite side). This's really great and quite appreciated us, they proceed free-upgrading room type from Deluxe to Junior suite for us instantly OMG!!. With no doubt next time visiting Chiang Mai where I would stay and take vacation on. See u next time ka, Cmor Hotel.....Thank you again.

Big room, Clean, good location, Friendly staff”

This is my first time to stay at CMOR Hotel Chiangmai. The location is good near by MAYA shopping mall and you may also go to Niman road and ChiangMai old city. Up on arrival with warm welcome and friendly staff. The hotel provided me with fully of facilities such as out door swimming pool, bicycle and transport to MAYA shopping mall. Here also have coffee shop and restaurant which reasonable price with verity of food and beverages. My room is Deluxe which large and full of tactility such as Microwave, sink. Bed and bed sheets made me comfortable and sleep tight. move over the room very new and clean. totally is very nice stay and value for money.

Comfortable Conveniently Clean ”

One night stayed at Cmor hotel with my family. Actually, I'm local people but it was an opportunity to have some experiences. When I walked in I saw warm smiles and wai from the staff with very welcome attitude. It was first impression. Wow!!! room is big when compared with the price you paid also get welcome fruits and room was very clean. I was surprised that there was a microwave and electric stove for you to use which is not many hotels provided! The location is also perfect. Near Maya Shopping Mall and the popular Nimman Road. Only 10-15 mins to the airport. I would recommend my friends stay here if they ask where to sleep in Chiang Mai.

Exceptional”

This is my first time visit Chiang Mai and this trip was planned in a very short time (We bought ticket on Tuesday and Fly on Thursday). We decided to book Cmor after read the review by other. We were stay in for 4D3N We are happy on the first day when arrived to the hotel, hotel environment is clean, staff is very polite and helpful. They even offer me baby cod when saw my little naughty. We are highly recommend Cmor as the room is big and clean, convenient shop and mall is nearby. Staff is helpful and polite.

Amazing stay at the Cmor ”

We had a great stay at the Cmor. The location, staff, rooms were all fantastic and very clean. Everyday, you get two free bottles of water and if you ask reception for additional, they will bring it up to you. The staff were also great - we needed to print out copies of our Cambodian visas (our next destination) and they did it within minutes at no cost. Most hotels will charge you for printing but not this one. The Cmor also offers a free tuktuk to Maya mall and we also had free transport to the airport. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Cmor and would stay again of we are ever back in Chiang Mai.

Cmor Taste more ”

I was in Chiang Mai for a conference, I came into Chiang Mai a couple of days earlier to catch up with friends living their, so wound up staying two nights at the Cmor. I stayed at the hotel before. I like the fact that it is an easy seven minute walk to MAYA shopping mall. The walk to the mall during the day is easy, at night the road is dark wth very little street lighting, but still a safe walk. The spacious room is clean and tastefully decorated, there is a long bench which serves well as a work desk with a single chair. I do like the fact that the room is more like a studio apartment. There is a microwave and kettle for the tea and coffee provided. 2 bottles of complimentary water per day for use when travelling around Chiang Mai. I had the chance to try the restaurant, just a simple fare of chicken wings with garlic and a side order of wedges, both were tasty and nicely presented. The mocktail of seasonal fruits was flavoursome and cold. The restaurant had only a few patrons at that time of night so it had a cosy feeling. The restaurant also became the place where they served breakfast, though hectic the restaurant provided bacon, eggs, sausages, bread/toast, coffee, tea, juice. There were other offerings, but I did't take much notice. As the hotel is set back from the main road, getting transportation (tuk-tuks and red seongthaews) can be limited. A couple of canny seongthaew drivers are parked nearby to take you where you want to go, but they do quote a slightly higher price. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, so check-in and check-out was not a big deal. I'd stay at the hotel again.

Cmor hotel have a clean & nice room with a reasonable price. The staff there is kind & polite, is a good hotel to stay for a vacation. It's a recommended hotel with both thumbs up. I would stay in Cmor hotel when I visit ChiangMai again.

Blown away by the customer service ”

I have stayed here three times now, my third stay I had the air con leak in my camera and computer, I told the staff when I woke, and they said they would send someone to my room, literally one minute later the general manager knocked on my door, I showed him the problem, and immediately they upgraded my room sent me a hand written note about y situation not some general note they give to everyone. My camera was fine it was wrapped in plastic and my computer got a little damaged, they sent it to the best computer place in Chiangmai to get fixed and payed for it, I’m seriously blown away buy the customer service I received here and I will recommend this hotel to every person I talk to who is going to Chiangmai for me there’s not price you can put on customer service and they went above and beyond here, so if your looking for a super clean great staff and location I recommend staying here hands down best place in Chiangmai

Cmor to see more”

Spent only one night at Cmor Hotel. First impressions are good, check in was nice and easy, show passport, fill in the registration form sign and you're done. The room is a fresh white colour, spacious enough for a solo traveller, couple or family with a small child. The room has a kettle for making the complimentary tea and coffee, two small bottles of water are also included. The room has a small bar fridge stocked with drinks and a basket of snacks which need to be paid for if consumed. The hotel also provided small bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. The shower was good, able to control hot and cold water flow with good pressure. Internet worked well in the room, signal strenghth was good, the speed was variable. The attraction for me staying at Cmor was the closeness of the Maya shopping mall. The hotel offers transport to the mall, but you have to make your own way back. a five to ten minute walk. The walk back from Maya during the day is fine, but at night there is very little street lighting. The hotel is also close Nimmanhaemin road, where there are many cafes and restaurants. I would stay at Cmor again to try the restaurant as the menu looked interesting, but the attraction is being able to walk to the places I needed to go to.

near shopping/food; bad view; comfy; BEST STAFF”

Very great stay. Staff AWESOME! We used laundry service (fast and smelled great) and room service only once for tea. We ate at restaurant 3 times, once for breakfast, twice for lunch. We loved the food. We wanted to use pool but it was too cold. Pool seating area is small but pool looked lovely. Free tuk tuk to maya shopping mall seems like it's not a big deal, but the walk from maya mall to hotel has construction and drainage that doesn't smell great, so although it's a very short ride it's so nice to avoid that little part of the walk. We walked a lot because there is a lot nearby. We did rent a scooter eventually and parked in back of hotel, no problem. Not sure if other views were available. Ours was not good. We did not care. We weren't there to see Chiangmai from our hotel window. We had junior suite which was very comfy. I loved the bed, hairdryer, shower, fridge, etc... Staff went above and beyond more than a couple times. They made us feel like we were at home every time we came back to hotel. We would stay here again. One more thing.... Staff was the best :)

Honeymoon”

Cmor is a newer hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff was excellent and took care of our needs. Their restaurant is called the Eatmor and provide a limited menu, but good food and happy hour drinks.

Friendly Staff and Delicious Food”

Our returning stayed at Cmor again for our family trip to Chiang Mai. All Staff were very friendly and very helpful and this time we tried their new food promotion that very delicious and very tasty indeed, a must to try "Keng Poo - Mee Hoon" my recommended

Convenient location and good value for money”

First time in Cmor Hotel and we were staying for 3 nights. Location is super convenient and they provide tuk-tuk to take us to Maya shopping centre. The grand deluxe room is quite spacious and equipped with decent room amenities. The only minor things are the attitude and flexibility of the staff especially the lady reception, we asked for extra bottle of water and she replied,"how many of you in the room?" with the look. When we request to have one extra key, she replied, "You can go now and I open the door later when you're back", also with the unfriendly look. However, all staff at the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Overall, we think that this hotel is good value for money.

New hotel with good service”

It was my first time staying at Cmor and it actually exceeded my expectation in term of the design and the service of hotel staff. The room where I stayed was spacious and I love the big screen flat screen TV because I could use my jump drive to plug in and watch movies of my choice in HD quality.

Fabulous Service”

This was a moderately priced hotel but provided luxurious facilities, especially for Thailand. The bathroom had a bathtub and a separate shower stall with two spraying options. The air conditioning worked and was quiet. We stood on the balcony and watched birds in the treetops. Perhaps the best part was the free breakfast buffet with about 50 different options, including omelette made to order. The staff will arrange transportation to various sights and to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chiang Mai.

Best hotel”

The Cmor hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms are gorgeous and can pretty much be an apartment. Front desk is incredibly helpful despite the fact they have troubles with English. Would definitely recommend this hotel, you will be very happy with this choice!

Good Hotel, Good location near downtown”

The hotel is very good. Located near famous Nimmanhemin Rd. a few minutes away from Chiang Mai attractions eg. Doi Suthep, Chiang Mai Zoo. Hotel is very new and clean. The room is spacious. Staff also nice

11th wedding anniversary celebration ”

We chose CMOR hotel because it is extremely clean with a friendly stall, good convenient location and quality bed-which is so important so us because of back issues. We would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Excellent ”

The room is spacious (deluxe room), clean, comfortable big bed. Breakfast spread is good and complimentary from hotel. Location is 3 minutes walking distance to Maya Mall and Think park. Located in Nimman, the posh area in Chiang Mai. We will definitely stay here again.

Cool but away from the center”

We spent 3 nights at Cmor hotel with a special offer. The place is really clean and cool. Nice breakfast. They also have a small but relaxing pool and the facility is quite new.
