Relaxed and Enjoyable Stay”
This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. We booked 2 studio rooms on level 4 & 5. As always, rooms are clean with very comfortable bed, hotel staffs are friendly and nice. We were a little disappointed as on and off there will be a bad sewage smell coming from the toilet, not always, sometimes only and we got to close the bathroom door to minimize the bad smell from coming into the room. At night, there were a few dogs barking occasionally and can be quite noisy at times. In the day, there are some on-going construction works nearby, so u will be able to hear some construction noise. Overall, my family and i still had an enjoyable stay and will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip.

A new renovation hostel near Pratunam Market”
Had a warm welcome by the receptionist (their uniform look professional). Hostel is located at Soi 13, is one-way direction, taxi cant enter from the front, 2 mins walk from the main road. The hostel have 7 levels, lift, electronic key card for floor excess. Outside the room is the washroom and shower room, don't need to go far. Everything is clean. Bed and pillow is comfortable, but I don't like the blanket, is a big towel. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Nice, clean and comfortable ”
I travelled to BKK with friends. The hostel is nice and it's worth for few nights stay. We occupied the level which include a room with a balcony, three toilets and two bathrooms. We were very happy with the stay, with only one thing that bothered us during our stay, which was the odour of the toilets. The toilets had bad smell after we flush the toilets. Overall, we had a pleasant experience there.

Mind blowing”
We booked the private room, and got the room 7B on the 7th floor. We didn't expect the big room with almost everything such as big refrigerator, safe locker, flat-screen TV, home sitting, private balcony and big restroom (except the mini-towel and tub bath) and window view to open-space of skylight in front. Such as a relaxing experience, we wouldn't recommend this to someone else otherwise the room will be fully booked as we would love to be there again... ))

Not good in hotel services”
-Far from pratunam market (around 10-15 min walking distance) -Friendly Receptionist but poor in provide a good hotel services. Ｗe asking for extra blanket, but the staff ask us set the air cond to higher temperature instead. We are 5 person in one room, how can make everyone in same comfortable level? Asking for extra pillow, the staff said hotel is fully occupied not extra pillow can be provided, but in fact not. -We booking a car service in hotel to a tourist spot which is far from the hotel, (approximate 4 hours driving distance needed). We highlighted and required a MVP ( 7 seater car) during the reservation with staff but at the end they still arrange a toyota vios for us ( we are 5 adults including the the driver are 6 person) ... not recommend for those tourist have extra request even for a small request.

Hostel downgrade to small budget hotel room”
Did not even get to stay. The management said that there are no customers and move us to Pakdee Hotel at Sol 15.... into 2 small rooms (I booked a connected room) on different levels. Until I complain that it is not possible to have at separate level that they relactantly give us on the same level. All the while maintaining it is an upgrade. I got no comparison as i did not even step into the place. And Agoda is allowing these antics from their vendors. I have loss faith with them and will stick to Airbnb. At least you get what you see on picture.
