this hotel is terrible, first all the decking around the hotel and pool and rooms have pieces missing and have holes easy to step in very dangerous, there was absolutely NO hot water in the shower in 3 days. no water kettle or anything. the photos on this site must be taken years ago

A Nice Place to Relax”
Overall, my wife and daughter enjoyed staying at this hotel. It has a unique layout in that the whole place is one just story tall, and almost all the rooms look out onto the centrally located pool. It’s quite nice, actually, and we’ve really enjoyed hanging by the pool in the afternoons after a long day at the beach. Keep in mind, however, that looking out at the pool is lovely, but anyone out there can also see right into your room if the curtains are open. The staff are attentive and courteous, and there is parking out front. The rooms are small but clean. I’d consider our bed to be a little firm, but the establishment is very quiet so sleeping wasn’t a problem. The hotel is about 200 meters away from the ocean, which makes it easily within walking distance. There is a 7-11 about 300 meters away, as well as little restaurants that serve basic Thai and foreign food. This hotel is located in a quiet area, so I wouldn’t recommend it for people looking to party. Some small adjustments would make this hotel even better, though. Although none of their promotional pictures show it, the washrooms in each room don’t have an actual door. The sink is open to the rest of the room, and the shower and toilet just have a shower curtain to pull across for privacy. It’s a little unconventional, and not as private as having a regular door. Also, during our stay, the pool had below-water lights that don’t seem to be functioning. Three of them are sitting above the water at the side of the pool with the electrical cords still attached under the water. It may be safe, but it looks a little unsettling. They don’t seem be in any hurry to get them fixed. Also, they could use more reclining chairs beside the pool since there are only 5 or 6 of them and 38 rooms. Lastly, the breakfast tasted good but they have a set breakfast of only three choices: Thai-style rice soup, fried rice, or the standard American breakfast. A wonderful little hotel in Jomtien. While not in the middle of all the action it is only a short trip away. The staff were all extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us whenever we asked. On very hot summer days the pool was a great way to cool down. All in all a great small hotel.

Went to Pattaya for diving over thé week end si didńt expect much for the price but I was nicely surprised by thé location, quality of the room and thé pool. The pillows were too firm ans there is no food available on site (except breakfast which is a la carte ) and there is no more sun at thé pool after 4 pm because of a huge and ugly hotel nearby 😁

We stayed at the room near the poolside, the rooms are clean and tidy. The only problem was the breakfast on Sunday morning when we had to keep waiting for bread and egg, they said as it's Sunday they were shortage on staff, which is not acceptable at a hotel. Our overall stay was pleasant, the best thing is the beach is just right next to it!

A new but small hotel with about 30 plus rooms. Nice interior and cosy room. Will be appreciated if the room can be more discreet. Pool is located just by the doorstep and the beach is just a 5 mins drive away. ala carte American breakfast is served by the pool. It will be more ideal for people who drive :)

No door in the bathrooms”
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a good time. The room was ok clean but could be better. The show and toilet were in separate rooms with only curtains to close but it was teared off partially in the my room and the maid didn't fix it when she came to clean the room for 2 days. I didn't mind much but this thing the guests are not supposed to ask the hotel to fix it. Breakfast was just ok (choose from 4-5 set menus). The pool was great however, as well as the staff were friendly and helpful. It's only whitin 5 min walk to the front beach, which is another positive thing.

Nice hotel . Not far from the beach of Jomtian. The only withdraw part is I am non smoker with young child. Seem like hotel allows you to smoke outside of your room and every area of hotel as I saw staffs were smoking .
