Romantic Package 3D2N”

We stayed at De Malee Villa for 3 days 2 nights and booked the Romantic Package for 7,900 THB. The package include floating breakfast, candle light dinner, full body massage, pick-up from and to airport, and a whole day trip to Phi Phi Island. Everything was awesome!! Pros: The staffs are soooo kind and attentive. They tried their best to provide for all of our needs, which include changing plan, early check in (we checked in at 10am instead of 2pm) Cons: 1) The villa is a bit hot outside the bedroom area - kitchen, and bathroom. But sleeping at night was okay with no trouble. 2) The villa did not brief us on the 1-day tour to Phi Phi Island. We did not bring our swimsuit with us, and end up not swimming and snorkeling the whole day :(. If only the staffs let us know before hand, we could've enjoyed the trip more.

Beautiful villa, Awesome hospitality & Great Privacy”

It was such a lovely stay at the private pool Rose Villa for 2 nights. We had a warm welcome and they accomodated for early check in. The villa and pool was clean, the set up of the villa was so cosy and welcoming. From toothbrush to bathrobes everything was given. Though slight noise from the construction next door, it hardly affected us. The floating breakfast was something unique, buffet breakfast spread was reasonably good. The hospitality was beyond our expectation especially Ahmad/Eib/Nat & Fern helping out with all our needs. They provide a scheduled free shuttle and charge 40 bhat/person for other timings which is still cheaper than tuk tuks from ao nang. Its about 8 -10minute drive to ao nang. To Krabi town, we hopped onto the private cars, they charge about 50 to 60 bhats/person and it was a good experience. No shortfalls in the resort, excellent service and hope to be back soon!

They served with high value of decoration. They served with brand amenity, nice breakfast, warmest welcome and helpful of staffs. Had wonderful stay with my husband. Really helpful and friendly staff! I like them all. The welcome drinks so refreshing. I really like the villa but some of their equipment not working well but its okay still love the place. Just need to improve from them. For one night stay for me really not enough. Had to stay 2 to 3 night. But need to spend more money. Breakfast by the pool is my first time ever experience. I and husband really enjoy! OVERALL I LOVE DE MALEE SO MUCH!

Superb Pool Villa”

This is by far one of the best Pool Villa around at a very affordable price. Staying at the pool villa feels like you owned a landed property with your very own Pool. Service was great from the resort staff. Location wasn't that really great but the ambiance really compensated it. This is a resort that I will definitely come back again.

Superclean beautiful and cosy villa for a perfect honeymoon”

We went there for our honeymoon. At arrival they gave us an upgrade on the room so we received a bigger villa. The pictures looked very nice, but the reality exceeded our expectations. The interior design of the room was so beautiful and well done. Every detail was perfect. The private pool is very nice with a lot of privacy. If you want to swim a bit more you can go to the bigger common pool. The service was also very good, the staff speaks English and they do everything they can to make you stay perfect. You have two beautiful beaches at 2km from the villa's. The food at the restaurant was very tasty! The breakfast was also well served and delicious. The only thing I would ad is a Thai choice for the breakfast.

The best customer service they provided, warm welcomes and fulfil with all our needs and request the most! Very Excellent customer services provided. It was the best choice I have made to have one bed pool villa to celebrate my partner birthday. I've requested early check in as our flight arrived early and also requested for a birthday cake for my partner. The floating meal was FOC in the room!! All staff are pretty friendly. It may be far from all tourist spots/town/beach area, but it also provided 4 trips each day to go to Ao Nang Beach shutter bus for free.

Pleasant Honeymoon Stay”

Had a wonderful stay with my wife. They were more than my expectations. The staffs was fantastic. Breakfast and restaurant was wonderful. The kind treat by the staffs were mindblowing. Will surely stay at de malee if go to krabi. Worth the money.

We had the best villa - Villa 104. Although we did not opt for a private villa, the hotel's main pool was just facing Villa 104. Great for the kids, plus swimming floats were provided! Staff were attentive - we had a locked bathroom door and they all took turns trying to unlock it and did so pleasantly. Location wise - quiet, we like it. The main gate to the villa is locked at night, so we feel quite safe. Villa is generally clean, has beautiful rooms, has a Samsung Curve TV (Netflix, You Tube). cutleries provided Downside is theres no convenience store nearby, has some massage parlours. Breakfast was not bad

Excellent getaway hotel”

This is a place for couples to relax in for the entire duration. As it is located in the middle of nowhere, Should you wish to explore Krabi town, they provide free shuttle services to and from the hotel. The staff there are very friendly and more than willing to accommodate to your requests. However, the private pool was a little dirty(had a lot of dead insects in it) but it should not take you more than 10mins to scoop them out

Very nice villa with private pool but aircon a bit too noisy”

Very nice villa with private pool. Relaxing environment. Friendly staff. But some things could be better. Guess we were unlucky but on the first night there was no water at all, it's only been fixed in the morning around 11.30am. Also, the air-conditioning is way too noisy even at the lowest level. I could still hear it even though I wear earplugs at night. This was very annoying. Cleanliness of the pool water is questionable. I haven't noticed anything bad but the number of dead insects in the water told me the pool should be maintained better. Location - peaceful but nothing around. Far from Ao Nang. I think the hotel restaurant closes early so if you arrive late and hungry, you're in trouble. The only food in the room is an odd KitKat and mnms in the fridge. It would be so much nicer if some fruits are provided in the villa. For this price it should be there. The hotel offers transport to Ao Nang. Free at certain times or THB 40pp on request, still cheaper than overpriced tuktuks.

Value for money”

The location was a bit far from the beach and only limited free shuttle to nearby the beach and walking street, don't expect anything around the villa so it's best to take the shuttle out and tuk tuk back to the villa (around THB 200) per trip. Breakfast was not bad but need to ask the staff to refill the food. We were staying in a 2 bedrooms villa, the pool area is very dark at night and they should install some lights there and the poolside area is pretty small but overall it's good! The staff was very helpful and nice!

One of the best villas we have stayed at! ”

We had stayed in a duplex villa for a night. I would say we had a great stay here. The receptionist and staffs were really nice I'd give them 100/10 and the villa is spacious and clean and very private, which is good for a family. The food was also great. The only one downside is that it is a bit far from Ao nang, however the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Ao nang. Overall, i am highly recommend this place. Value for money”

We stayed at one bedroom pool villa which was absolutely clean including the pool. They provided a baby cot in the room for my 5 month old. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Massages were very reasonable and totally relaxing. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet family time.

Absolutely love our stay there! Booked a pool villa and we absolutely love thr privacy it offer. Everything is perfect except that the water pump is problematic during our stay - hence showering is a pain in the ass. And food can be better (like everything there except the hotel food which I think can be better). Nevertheless, I will def go back again

Great getaway!”

We booked this hotel as a getaway and a relaxing place for us to stay after we are done with doing all the enjoyable activities in Krabi (island hopping and such). The hotel is a bit far from the beach area but they do provide shuttle bus to go there. We enjoyed our stay there that's for sure. The staffs were all helpful and very nice. We only had some issues with the cleanliness but it wasn't too bad so hopefully the management can improve on that.

When we reach, we had to carry our own luggage to the check in counter. There seemed to be only one person working. The same person who checked us in, the same person who ran to the back to make us welcome drinks, the same person who brought us to the room, the same person who attempted to push our luggages. What is inconvenient is that we have to carry our luggages up our one bedroom pool villa. There’s no slope. Other than that, the room is really nice and comfortable. Definitely worth the stay. Location wise, near supermarket, near many Halal eateries and the mosque. 9 mins drive to Ao Nang. Would definitely stay here again. Good for families and couples.

Beautifully designed peaceful villas but beware of ants”

Pros 1. Pool villas at good price 2. Artistic design of villas 3. Free shuttle to Aonang 4. Helpful staff 5. Nice fresh breakfast 6. Useful gym Cons: 1. Shuttle not available after 9 pm so need to take private transport to Aonang. 2. Aonang area is 10-15 mins drive away. By walk it is 40 mins way so you need some mode of transportation. Tuk tuk normally charges 200 baht from Aonang to De Malee. 3. Too many mosquitos in the room. 4. Washroom full of ants. Hotels needs to improve cleanliness.

Big and spacious Duplex Villa”

Villa and pool looks well maintained, furniture and fittings look new. Very clean and definitely value for money. It would be perfect except for the 3 drawbacks: 1) location is slightly further away from beaches and convenient stores. 2) the shuttle service is free at specific timing, but chargeable at other timing. 3) Most staff are friendly and speak basic English except for 1 waitress who lie about the restaurant last order timing (by 30mins earlier) and seemed impatient when I order room service.
