*Room Condition: It's not bad, but it's not new like just built. From the outside, you can tell it's not very new, giving a resort vibe. The room is spacious, but you can hear everything from other rooms when they talk or move around. *Cleanliness: While reading reviews, I was quite worried about the room condition, but when I opened the door, it was quite clean. There was a little dust in the corners, but the bed was dust-free. The bathroom was clean too, so it's not bad. Every room has a small balcony, which is mostly not used, but you can walk out to it. ***(The room has a wardrobe, seating area, a place to put things, a TV, a refrigerator, and a makeup table.) ***Refrigerator: When we checked in, we found a water bottle from the previous guest inside it. The cleaning staff might not have worked thoroughly in that area. I saw there were only two people, but we didn’t mind. Just before checking out, we gathered all the water bottles together, hoping the next guests have a good experience. ***Hallway: Some people might not be able to accept this part, especially in the afternoon when the cleaning staff are working. They will pile the bed linens in the hallway. When I checked in at 3 PM, I encountered this, but I didn’t mind; those linens were used. *Staff: The reception staff were very nice, friendly, and not rude. They spoke well and provided good recommendations, but the cleaning staff could be a bit less polite. They spoke in a way that didn’t show much respect, as if they were tired from work and reluctant to talk. Usually, there isn't much interaction unless you stay for several days, as they come in to clean. *Breakfast: The breakfast provided at the hotel includes congee, coffee, and bread. It's not very much; when I stayed, I was too busy to taste it. *Hotel Services: The hotel offers massage services, traditional massage, with prices ranging from 200-500. I heard there’s a gym but you need a coupon for it. There’s also an elevator, which isn’t very big and can hold about 4-5 people. There are stairs available as well, including fire escape stairs at the end of the hallway. *Internet: The internet is quite good. It's not bad, but can be slow if you're not in the middle of the room. It works fine in the bathroom but in the middle of the room, you can upload files easily. *Nearby Locations: There’s a walking street open from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and Lotus store is probably past the walking street, so it’s better to take a cab. **If you walk to the left, there are a copy shop, optical shop, a small traditional snack shop, a soy milk shop, a restaurant, a smoothie shop, a crepe shop, and family-friendly restaurants. All of these are within 2 km, some might even be less than 1 km (the places we visited were not many). **If you walk to the right, there are roti shops, cafes, restaurants, and a post office. **If you cross the street, there are cake shops, massage places, stores selling grill ingredients, Pad Thai shops, pharmacies, smoothie shops, and places serving meals. There seems to be a shop related to drawing, but I’m not sure. (If you go past the vocational school, there’s a 7-Eleven.) *Parking: There's parking space in front, and under the building seems to have parking as well. It's best to check in early if possible, and when you go out, try to return quickly as the parking fills up very fast. ****(This is what I experienced; some may have a better or worse experience, it's up to chance.
