No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Not a good place for foreigners. Staff has to be more active and updated. They have to learn to be more soft and cooperative with foreigners as they speak only Thai language. Place is OK but deep inside. Good if you have your own car.

Where to start? I booked the OYO 410 Diamond Boutique Hostel only to find on arrival it was completely shut down. Abandoned building, locked and completely empty lobby area. Close by was the Diamond Sweet Hotel where I found they were holding my Agoda booking!! What was going on I had no idea and the hotel reception gave me no sensible explanation, so we decided to stay as the room was paid for and it was late evening by now. What a mistake! This place was dreadful, probably the worst hotel I have stayed at in Thailand in 30 years. Ancient, decrepit hotel and room badly in need or refurbishment. Problems in the room included only 1 from 7 light bulbs worked, the fridge did not cool properly, the AC flipped the electrical breaker and temperature could not be controlled. The whole room felt dirty and unsanitary, including the bedding with a grotty Micky Mouse duvet too small for 2 people to use. At least the hot water shower worked ok. I would certainly never stay at the Diamond Sweet again and really need an explanation from Agoda why my Diamond Boutique booking was accepted when the hotel does not exist. Do Agoda even know this? I was conned into staying at somewhere with appalling reviews that I would never consider booking. Responses would be much appreciated and so would a refund which I think is totally warranted.

ไม่ตรงปกมากๆ ตอนเรามาถึงคือนึกว่าโรงแรมร้าง พอโทรถามพนงบอกให้เดินถอยมาอีกหน่อย เป็นเชื่อคล้ายๆกัน พนงเป็นกันเอง lobby มืดๆ อับๆ เราได้ห้องชั้น4 ทางเดินมีกลิ่นบุหรี่แรงมาก น่าจะมาจากสักห้อง ไฟตรงบันไดไม่เปิดเลยดูน่ากลัว ไปถึงห้องพบว่าห้องค่อนข้างเก่า ที่นอนมีรอยเปื้อนสีดำๆเหมือนซักไม่สะอาด เปิดตู้เสื้อผ้ามีแต่ฝุ่น ดีที่ห้องน้ำน้ำไหลปกติ ไฟตรงหัวเตียงไม่ติด ทีวีใช้ไม่ได้ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง แล้วที่พีคสุดคือเจอลูกแมลงสาบเยอะมาก เรากับเพื่อนคือผลัดกันตีไปเกือบ10ตัว แอร์ปกติ ดีอย่างเดียวคือมีแฟมิลี่มาร์ทข้างหน้า ส่วนตังวอยากให้ปรับปรุงรรให้ดีขึ้นหน่อยค่ะ
