Because we had a birthday celebration, we contacted the hotel in advance to help us collect the cake, and the hotel immediately agreed. We arrived at the hotel just after 12 o'clock, and they immediately arranged our room for us, allowing us to check in without waiting. The receptionist knew it was the birthday of one of our group, and gave us four bar drink coupons, although we didn't get to use them, we were still very grateful. They even patiently helped us solve problems with our Octopus card. The hotel's location is great, with a convenience store downstairs and many restaurants to choose from, all in the same building. It's also lively outside, with many buses passing by. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The soundproofing is also great, and we didn't hear any strange noises, so we slept very well. We stayed on the 15th floor, and the view was amazing. There are many elevators, so we didn't have to wait long. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Nice location and huge breakfast buffet ”
The Eaton is a bargain for Hong Kong. Centrally located between 2 metro stations and a nice walk to the ferry ports. I’m so happy that I paid a little extra to include the breakfast buffet. It is one of the largest breakfast buffets I have seen in a hotel. It includes multiple stations including a Chinese station and a western station. Assorted fruits, pastries (western and Chinese), a coffee/cappuccino bar and a fresh juice bar. The selection differs daily and the staff work at lightning speed when attending to your needs. On our last night we took a swim on the rooftop pool. It was very clean and seemed heated. There was even a lifeguard even though my son and I were the only ones swimming. I felt very safe at this hotel. We got takeout at the Jollibee (10 minute walk away) and the Turkish takeout place across the street. Both are tasty and inexpensive meal options. If you like Chinese and Japanese cuisine, there is a food court with about 10 places to eat. I even saw a burger restaurant. I ate at the beef noodle place one night and it was pretty good. Just a note, I would avoid the McDonald’s across the street. The food was tasteless and didn’t seem fresh. Lastly, the hotel offers a buffet at dinner time. We didn’t go because it seemed pricey, however, I did look at the seafood buffet one night and it seemed very luxurious and worth the price.

Had a super early flight and arrived at the hotel by 12 nn and early room was already available so we can rest. Requested for a room with great views and it did not disappoint. We were given sunrise views with skyscrapers of HK, it was surreal. The food choices at food hall were also great. Location wise it was between Jordan and Yau Ma Tei stations, just a few minutes walk. And it was near so many good restaurants. Our room was also cleaned daily. We had a wonderful time staying here. Good Location, Good Food”
Really close to the bus stop a few mins walk to the MTR Jordan station (elevator access.). Love the buffet breakfast but since the restaurant is always busy, expect it to be fast paced and staff here are quite busy. The housekeeping were kind, it’s just that they need more training that they should clean when the guest is not in the room. We tried to communicate to clean later but they did not understand. Anyway the cleaning is just okaay. The vibe of the hotel is modern and hip. The neighborhood is not too busy like in tsim tsa tsui but lot of stores and restaurants outside. We also love the easy check out. Just leave your key cards on the box beside the elevator on the ground floor and it’s done!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The facilities were top-notch, particularly the kids' amenities which made our little ones feel right at home. The location was pretty decent too, close enough to transport links and shopping areas, yet still peaceful enough for a relaxing family holiday. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, and the housekeeping staff did an exceptional job keeping our rooms spotless. They were always prompt with hot water supply - a big plus for us. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. A little more central location would've been perfect, but overall, it was great value for what we paid.
