We were just passing through and very glad we booked this hotel! With the resort fee we paid 59$ for the night! Comfortable bed, big room and very hot water! Free parking as well. It does have a casino but we did not utilize that.

“Edgewater ”
Stayed at hotel for 3 nights. It's fair - good. The room was dusty but clean otherwise. The shower doors were hard to open and had black grime on the tracks, the shower floor felt weak and like I might fall through, the walls are very thin and I could here my neighbors on the left and right, no mini fridge. However, Great view of the river, AC worked awesome, good proximity to the other hotels/casinos.

“Enjoyable Stay !!!”
Edgewater/Laughlin: I have stayed here many times and quality and value are consistent. My room was an older remodel which has been maintained well. Bed was comfortable, the room clean and Housekeeping always makes sure to check on my needs daily. There is active construction in many areas of the property, but I consider the improvements a good sign. The elevators are still in need of rehabilitation. Staff is friendly and accommodating, the property is clean and well maintained, there is a very welcoming pool and overall my stay was pleasant.

“Made A Huge Mistake Defaming Edgewater ”
In a previous review, I unwittingly made a false statement regarding the Edgewater credit card charging practices, as I had thought that I had been overcharged and my security deposit kept. All of these statements were honestly made, but false, and I would like to extend my sincerest apologies to the Edgewater Hotel and Casino for making them. Whenever I travel, I always prefer to book all my hotel reservations through a 3rd party, so as to keep an audit trail of all hotels visited (no matter the hotel), for accounting purposes. In the case of the Edgewater (like many hotels), although the reservation is booked through a third party, Edgewater applies the actually charges on a kind of daily(?) basis, and in various amounts, that can make determining the final charge amount difficult to ascertain. In my defense, I did spend a number of days there over about a one month period, and that served to confuse me while trying to reconcile the agreed upon rate with the actual charges applied by Edgewater during my time spent there. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, THE EDGEWATER CHARGES WERE CORRECT FOR ALL DAYS THAT I WAS A GUEST THERE, though confusing to understand at first. If you could, please remove any derogatory statements that I have made regarding the Edgewater Hotel and Casino, because it is a great hotel, located right on the water's edge in Laughlin, Nevada.
