My second time here and again didn't disappoint. This is a new development approx 10min drive to the khao yai national park gate. Set in serene surroundings , it is a perfect place to escape. They have a very nice pool, bar/restaraunt and breakfast was always good. Some say the rooms are very small. The standard rooms are defibately smaller then you would expect but are very modern and. Luxurious. If you are spending a lot of time in your room, khao Yai probably isn't the place for you. The corner rooms are slightly more expensive but well worth it for the extra space. All in all, no complaints - a very nice hotel in a beautiful location

Fantastic stay at Escape Khao Yai!”

It was an awesome stay, away from the buzz of citylife. Although the location is not too good (no neighbouring shopping malls or convenience stores), we had a great driver who brought us to places all over Khao Yai, and that made the stay complete. The whole point about staying at Khao Yai was to relax and bask in the wonders of Mother nature, so it was a great experience. The area is largely unpopulated, without many residents, so the service was good! Near PB valley and the Bloom. within 30mins drive from Primo Piazza, The Chocolate Factory, sunflower field, Midwinter Green, Chokchai farm, The Secret Art Garden. :)

Great hotel!”

Beautiful modern hotel, with extremely friendly and professional staff. Rooms were quite small (the only thing that keeps me from top-scoring this hotel), but they were very nicely decorated with beautiful wood and other materials. Big bathroom. Beautiful and large pool area with a small bar/restaurant close to the pool, looking awesome at evening/night. Food was top-class, although a bit expensive, but the price level was common for the Khao Yai area.

Clean and Beautiful Hotel + Excellent Service Staf”

I stayed at the Escape Khaoyai for 2 nights and I must say that most things have exceeded my expectations. The service staffs are excellent - so helpful and friendly. Service-wise this is beyond 5-star and I would return here again just for the service alone. The view is very beautiful but not extraordinary. I stayed in the Deluxe Room which I think is a bit small for the bed (the bed is huge...), but everything is in very good condition + very clean/well-maintained. One major disappointment is that there is "no working desk", or even any table for that matter, which I found to be disappointing as I was there on a business trip and I ended up having to work on my bed... but the wifi is fast enough so I made do without the chair/desk. The included breakfast is a bit limited but very good quality. Just like everywhere else in Khaoyai, fresh produce are really fresh and clean. The home-brew coffee was great and homemade yoghurt is very addictive. All that being said, I would still say that Escape Khaoyai has exceeded my expectation as a 4-star hotel, and I would definitely return again. My last kudo goes to the service staff - they are fantastic!

Peace and quiet”

Pros Peaceful and quiet location. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Place is clean and facilities were awesome. We enjoyed the stay and hospitality. Cons Afew kilometers drive to the national park. Thats all. Khao yai in general is slightly pricier than the city but totally understandable.

Nice choice of Escape”

We had nice stay in Escape. it is convenient location, around 15 min drive to the entrance of Khaoyai national park. The hotel is designed with modern style, surrounded by green hills, with nice pool, fitness center, free bicycles to rent. In the evening in the lawn is the beautiful set up of winter BBQ. Room is not too big but good enough, all with balcony can see the nice views. Staff are friendly and helpful. Front desk speaks good English. The only downside was a party in the night of our stay - music with loud speaker continuing until 11pm. That was disturbing. Hope the management team can manage these things better. People choose Escape to have a peaceful stay in this elegant hotel.

Delayed check in on our arrival”

Upon our arrival at Escape Khao Yai, we were greeted with a warm welcome but was told that our room was not ready yet. We understood the situation as we had arrived earlier (1.30pm) than the check in timing (2.00pm). The staff told us it will take another 30-45 minutes to get our room ready, thus we packed up stuffs up the car and went for a drive around Khao Yai. When we returned to the hotel at 2.30~3.00pm, we were told that our rooms were still not ready yet! The waiting game continued for another 30 minutes before we were granted our key to the room. The staffs were friendly but I would expect better time management and not to keep your guests waiting after the check in hours. Overall a nice place for a short getaway with stunning views. We would definitely love to go back again for another stay soon.

Clean rooms ”

Location of the hotel is considerably near to the hot spots. However, it is difficult if you do not have transport in khao yai and this hotel is located abit deep in the long stretch of road and can be quite dark at night. Room smells really good, super relaxing and clean. Staff are very polite. Suggest they should have in house massage cause it can be quite bored in the rural area. Breakfast is good with nice view. Will definitely come here again.

Escape Khaoyai is ideally located at the center of natural Nakhon Ratchasima. The hotel appears new and the staff is exceptional given my 11 years of business and leisure travel experience based in Asia. The General Manager, K. Patrapramot Chaemkoson is actively engaged with his clients to make the stay at Escape Khaoyai comfortable. His entire staff displays friendly and helpful service without exception. Having worked in service related business as an engineer and leader I can readily see in the daily operation the training and cultural reinforcement that places client engagement as a priority. Congratulations to the service group at Escape Khaoyai for your excellent efforts.

Tasteful Khao Yai Retreat”

Lovely one night retreat in Khao Yai. The hotel, by major real estate developer Sansiri and adjacent to their condo development with shared services, is very tastefully designed and appointed. Small, but comfortably appointed guest room, lovely swimming pool, fitness center and spa. Free DVDs for in-room viewing. Very good and plentiful dinner and breakfast buffets (excellent Thai-grown coffee) and a very helpful and pleasant staff. Although new, the construction quality is not of the highest standard. There are already many cracks in the ornamental water feature wall; our aircon leaked and the bathroom door jammed. Overall, a lovely experience, but just short of the mark.

The great and relaxing hotel”

The hotel is new and well maintained. We stayed in the one bedroom villa. It is well spaced and kept very clean by housekeeping. The surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful and very close to nature. My family felt very relaxed and peacef during out stay there. We also enjoyed the hotel's daily breakfast too. In terms of facilities, we thought it will be nice for the hotel to develop a game room for children and also to make available spa services within the hotel. I was looking for a spa within the hotel for a good massage but realised there wasn't one there. Instead, I went to another hotel for their spa massage services. Apart from these suggestions, we were happy with our stay and if we are to return to Khao Yai again, we would consider staying in Escape again.

Incredibly Beautiful Hotel”

The hotel itself is stunning and the area is windy. The hotel room is clean and the staff services were good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided has sufficient variety of food. Definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone heading to khao yai.

Ultra-smart modern hotel”

The Escape Khaoyai Hotel was probably the best hotel that we stayed in on our trip around the northeast: modern, clean, efficient, and definitely "hi-so". The rooms were clean and stylish, although a little small, with mid-size bathroom with shower and bath. The hotel buildings were a little "blocky" and although modern, felt a bit characterless and did not fit the beautiful mountain scenery. The dining area is well-designed, however, and has great views. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, almost too much so: on arrival we sat around in the reception with cool drinks and face towels for quite a while when we just wanted to get to our rooms. It was starting to get just a little too posh for our family holiday. The highlight of our stay was the food: dinner was fantastic.

My great vacation in Khao Yai”

The Escape Khao Yai Hotel locates in a tranquail spot on the other hand it is very closed to an attractive place in the national park, which make my trip so perfect.

Modern and nice hotel”

Spend a night at this hotel while exploring Khao Yai. Was impressed with the modern design and room. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom comes with a bath tub and our 4 year old son enjoyed it very much. There's a well equipped gym, a kids area and a nice swimming pool and restaurants.

The hotel is new and have a modern facade... its balcony view is fantastic... staff speaks english and are very courteous... So far, iur experience was greag with Escape.. We will definitely stay again if we ever go back go khao yai..

Great place for relaxation!”

Location is away from the main town. Quiet and peaceful environment for relaxation. Room was great and very clean and a wine opener was provided in the room too. A good spread of buffet breakfast choices! A good choice for holiday and we will be back again if we visit Khao Yai in near future.

Great escape in Khaoyai”

What you see in the photos of the hotel is exactly what you get at Escape Khaoyai Hotel. The service from the staffs was impeccably good and they make attempts to fulfill your requests. The food at breakfast is good and I still miss the coffee! We had dinner and found the food of high standard, though price was steep. A good place to stay if you like modern hotels with a peaceful environment.

This hotel lies somewhat away from all the Khao Yai activities. It's a quiet retreat great for couples that have the convenience of a car. Recommended if you're looking for a romantic weekend!
