Overall we enjoyed the hotel even though the room was in a little rough shape. It does need some renovations. But the location is excellent in the middle of the Strip. The staff was excellent and the room was clean. But for older folks over 50, you can forget the pool. It was packed to the rafters with hundreds of people in the pool dancing to loud music. I probably would have loved it 30 years ago, but now I enjoy quiet, relaxing time at a pool now. That was impossible at the Flamingo. Also, $14 bottles of water? That's an obvious rip off and overcharge. It's doubtful we'll stay here again. It is what it is...a good location hotel that caters to younger people who don't mind overpaying for basic necessities.

U can’t go wrong with this one! Be careful about the resort fee. They tend to price the room less and then tap on resort fee + internet wifi after 2 devices is like $14.99 + then parking isn’t free.
You are unable to checkin if u have a car , u must park first and then come for checkin. Guy at the door was intially bit rude then when i told him that i am just dropping off my family and i will park and then go checkin , he calmed down ! And was nice later on.
Hotel was OK ! Care ful about resort fee which was an additional $50 dollars / night plus $14.99 for wifi plus $25-30 for parking / 24 hours

“Flamingo accommodation review”
The Las Vegas Strip itself is wide, so you'll need a car or a lot of walking to get to other attractions, but the location seems good. I walked from the hotel to see the Sphere performance, and after the show, it was late and there weren't many restaurants open, which made it tricky, but it was convenient to use the food court in the hotel. The hotel had so many facilities that it was hard to get around, but the room was well laid out, and the view was nice. It was clean, and the room condition was excellent. I did wish there was a coffee pot. You need to arrive early at the parking lot to find a spot!!! If you're even a little late in the evening, there are absolutely no spots available. I drove around for over 30 minutes. I was so tired I felt like crying. Aside from that, everything was good.

“Good access”
I stayed for a week on a business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable with a double bed. Since it was on the sphere side, I was able to spend time quietly. On the second day of my stay, the auto-lock on the door broke, and I had to change rooms. I was told to pack my things and move in the middle of the night, but in the end, the hotel was fully booked, so I had to stay in the broken room for one more day. It should have been the hotel's responsibility, but the way they spoke implied that it was my fault for not reporting it sooner, which was a bit stressful. I changed to a room on the Habitat side, which was pleasant, and I could see a few flamingos from my room. If it's a conference, the access to various hotels is good, and the monorail station is connected within the hotel, so I think it's very nice!
