“Non Functional Air Con”
We had changed 4 rooms in 2 days. The first 2 rooms air cons are just blowing air and not cooling at all. The first night we had to sleep without blankets in the 2nd room and because it was already late night we didn't request for another change. Next day we requested to change again and tried the 3rd room air con for awhile and seem better. When we came back hotel at night, turned on the air con and it was like blowing air againnnn! This was very annoying. My kids was too tired and wanted to sleep. My elder son had to sleep without clothes on coz it was warm and stuffy inside the room. One of my son cried unstoppably coz it was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Midnight I had to bring my son down to lobby and request to change for the 4th room. Finally we got the room with a more functional cooler air con. This hotel really need to check and maintain their air cons! It was ruining our stay for the first 2 nights. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel with this terrible experience. The lady staff at the counter was polite and attended to our request. But next day when my husband requested to a male staff for room changing, he told my husband all the rooms air con are like that and seem unwilling to change. If the air cons are well maintained, we wouldn't have to go up and down to lobby to request for change (because the rooms' phones are not functioning) and have to keep moving our luggages. I hope this hotel management can be improve so travelers can have a good stay during their travel.
