This is a Four Seasons. Things are exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons Property. The staff is friendly. The hotel is not new, but has been kept at top condition. The rooms have a classic Four Seasons feel. The property is conveniently located near Orchard Road, the main shopping district in Singapore. Their main restaurant, 190, serves excellent food.

I had been staying at the four seasons hotel in singapore many times including with my parents and other family members as well as with my close friends. I believe FSHs are one of the best hotels in the world. I like to stay in a clean hotel, and FSH definitely reflects my criteria. Smile, helpful and prompt response on every guest request. All in all, i would recommend anybody who wants to have a pleasant and restfull stay in singapore to give this place a first priority among all other hotels in town.

Great hotel, even greater service”
four seasons hotel is conveniently located along the shopping belt in singapore. it is connected to hilton hotel through the shopping arcade. rooms are well-maintained and very clean. service continues to be impeccable. i arrived early at 1030am, and they let me check-in since they were not running at full capacity, which was a lovely gesture. some hotels tend to be sticky about check-in times even though they are not full.

After much deliberation on which hotel to stay in for our trip to Singapore we decided on the Four Seasons and were not disappointed at all. We were immediately upgraded to a gorgeous larger room on the 14th floor with fantastic views. the personalised service given at the Four Seasons is worth mentioning, they were always lovely and helpful and attentive to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel, the location is brilliant and taxi rides to most areas you want to see/ eat/ drink at are really affordable.

Big Rooms, Great Service, Good Location”
We chose this hotel bc of the room size, location and Four Seasons brand. We traveled with an 10 month old infant. This hotel had the largest standard room of all the hotels I researched and it didn't disappoint. The hotel provided toiletries for the baby, including some diapers, which was extremely thoughtful and helpful. The rooms have carpeted floors which was also nice for the baby to crawl around on. There was a hot water boiler and a small fridge in the room. While the hotel is a bit old, it has been well maintained and the condition of our room was excellent. You can walk through a small mall and directly to the Hilton Hotel, which takes about 3 minutes. Nearby was a Jason's Supermarket (open 24 hours with all sorts of imported food and goods) and plenty of food options. Right next to the Hilton Hotel is a ToysRUs and a small shopping center with children's goods. The hotel location was very quiet, which we liked a lot. There is a small pool, which was fine for our purposes and we enjoyed having it all to ourselves! The thermostat can be controlled within the room, and we appreciated the extra large bathroom with 2 sinks. While there are cheaper options out there, we found this suited our purposes and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic”
We arrived late because I was bringing my two little daughter. The receptionist offered me to upgrade my room to suite room with promotional price. They offered big crib for my 1 year old baby even they provided free amenities for my baby. The suite was spacious so my baby could crawl all over the carpet. The carpet was very clean, no dust at all. Even the housekeeping replace the empty mineral water when they brought the crib to the room. This was the best hotel we ever stayed with kids at Singapore. It was closed to Orchard Road - even we took a walk from Aeon Orchard back to the hotel at night. My kids enjoyed the experience even they want to stay longer at the hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel for family vacation in the future

Great Location, Better Staff.”
From our arrival at the hotel to the time we collected our bags from storage the next evening, the staff at the Four Seasons were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Orchard Boulevard is a great location, 5 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle but still a nice quiet area. I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time i'm in Singapore.

i have not been back to four seasons hotel for a while and recently decided to stay at the hotel. as i remembered, service was fantastic and the room is beautifuly and spacious. in addition as a single female on business travel, the hotel assigned me to a floor for single women only for safety reason. it was great in terms of the details that the hotel is providing. check in service was fantastic and very professional and friendly. will definitely come back to four seasons again.

Great location and splendid decor”
The promotion offered to stay for 3 nights but pay for 2 at this prestigious hotel triggered us to stay here. The service was excellent with friendly staffs always ready to help and greet you with a warm smile. They're very friendly with kids too. The room is quite spacious but the interior design somewhat disappointed me a little as I was hoping for a more sophisticated and luxurious interior design. After all this is FOUR SEASONS we're talking about. what i love most about the room is the bathroom. It's spacious with a separate bath tub, shower room, a toilet stall and his and hers sinks.The doors leading to the bathroom creates an old Hollywood feel as you enter it. Food is alright, nothing to shout about. The decoration at the lobby and lounge is too Oriental, reminds me of being in China rather than the international-inspired Singapore.

Only 5-10 mins walk through a public parking lot to orchard road, it’s considerably convenient and enjoyable for us!! All the shopping malls are connected through underground walkways! Hotel staffs were warm, friendly, very helpful and attentive! They simply made all your requests possible and doable! Had a pleasant trip staying with Four Seasons Hotel!

Nothing to complain about, simply awesome!”
I had booked an executive suite and upon check in I told the staff that I'll be expecting a number of guests, which they were okay with. I was a little too early for check in, but the staff were so helpful and kept my bags for me. When I finally came back when the room is ready, all my items were safely in the room already. (Including my laptop which was placed cautiously on the study table.) The check-in staff knew it was my boyfriend's birthday and immediately wanted to arrange a treat for him. When I entered the room, a plate of chocolate coated strawberries greeted me! Throughout the night I made a few calls to the front desk eg asking them to let my guests through, requesting to let the delivery guy through, asking for extra keys and they were so patient with me and for that I am really appreciative. Room wise, the suite was not as big as what I expected, but big enough. The bed was ultra comfy, the bathroom was magnificent stocked up with l'occitane goodies! If there was really one thing I had to complain about, it would be room service as I requested for two buckets of ice which took half an hour to arrive. Quite disappointing, but other aspects of the hotel makes up for it! Overall, a super value for money staycation even though it wasn't cheap. Loved loved loved it! I'm having four seasons withdrawal symptoms lol.

Deserves its reputation”
the four seasons hotel in singapore was built in 1994. hence the decoration is not fashioned, however it feels very warm and classic. the service is very friendly and with upmost courtesy even expereienced. after check-in, staff would lead you to your room, show you the facilities. staff would get in and leave some cookies for you in the afternoon. staff would also inquire you if service needed with certain intervals. the best service ever seen.

Nice and clean hotel with superior service”
We have stayed at four seasons hotel for a couple of times. The room remain as nice, clean and new for the past few years. The room is spacious for standard room. Location is beside the shopping belt and it is on the quieter side on the area or less traffic but shopping centres are still accessible within walking distances. Service is very good as a five star hotel.
