Well appointed Serviced Apartments”

Fraser Suites River Valley was a great place to stay while in Singapore. It is located along River Valley Road, about 1 kilometre down stream from Robertson / Boat / Clark Quay. It is a little bit out of the way from the busy tourist area, but that good in a way. It is a little bit quieter. There is a Starbucks in the same complex, along with a Cold Storage for a quick shop and 4 or 5 small restaurants (Pizza, Japanese, General Asian etc). Great for quick eat if needed nearby. The facilities are great. The rooms are well appointed, with Bose Sound system, Satellite TV, Flat screen LCDs. Bathrooms are great as well - good hot water and lots of flow. I thoroughly recommend Fraser Suites.

Fully equipped and spacious”

We wanted a hotel with kids pool for our staycation this year, and since Rasa Sentosa's pool is under renovation, we booked Fraser suites river valley to try it out. The location is good, very near to shopping areas and thus easy to get good food and shop. There were free shuttle service to either suntec city route, or orchard road. Guess this would be great for tourists or expatriates' wife and kids. The apartment is very well equipped! For the promotion price of $300 per night I think it's really superb value for money. We even cooked our lunch for two days, after buying some stuff from the cold storage in the connecting valley point shopping mall. Both the TVs in the living room and bedroom were well utilized. Toiletries were not replenished but it was sufficient for 3 nights use. Guess they were trying to do their part for the environment? Our kids love the kids facilities. They are always requesting to go to the play zone to jump around and play with the toys. We played in the free play games arcade beside haha. The pool was great though the wading pool a little small. Best part? It was not crowded. Only a few (mostly a family and us) were there the 3 days. There was steam and sauna facilities, and a gym too though we didn't utilize it. The free breakfast buffet was ok. They change the hot dishes everyday so even though it wasn't a huge variety we didn't get bored of it. Agoda made a mistake and gave us a voucher that says no breakfast though the deal was with breakfast, but Fraser suites still offered us breakfast. The highlight should be the genuine and sincere smiles from the staff, especially from auntie Khim at breakfast and our housekeeping lady at level 13 Zhang Li. She will greet us very sweetly every time!

Pleasant and Memorable experience”

I’m travelling to Singapore celebrating my daughter 2’nd birthday, while having my Babymoon holiday.. Staying at Fraser Suites, makes our family vacation so pleasant and memorable. Fraser’s makes sure that everything me and family needs are well taking care of.. They even took the extra miles for my daughter’s birthday.. They gave a birthday cake, a doll and snacks for her.. 👌🏻👍🏻😊 and all the staffs there are super friendly with kids, making sure that she’s happy during her stay at Fraser’s.. so WELL DONE Fraser.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 will surely comeback again when i visit Singapore. Perfect for families”

We were very happy with our stay in Fraser Suites. The room has everything you need (even a washer and dryer). It is perfect for families with children. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It is also very affordable compared to other hotels in Singapore. Breakfast is sufficient. We will definitely choose Fraser Suites again the next time we visit Singapore.

Great value outstanding service ”

We arrived on a late flight on Christmas day at the Fraser Suites on River Valley. We were greeted by a very welcoming staff . Jovy had all our paperwork and swipe cards ready to go and were taken to our suite as requested on the top floor. OMG we walked in to a two bed suite self contained kitchen 2xbathrooms. Ckean and comfortable 😊 For the next 7 nights our suite was cleaned by the most beautiful kind caring Lucy as part of the service. Nicolle was always too happy to find us a table for a scrumptious buffet breakfast and warm our sons milk bottle. Steven sorted our FREE WiFi issues, Jovy and Karren ordered us McDonalds and brought it out by the pool, young Thomas the concierge with the most welcoming smile, Cheah Sandryne Shahari we can not THANK YOU ENOUGH. Your hospitality professionalism your positive attitude kind caring and willingness to go out of your way is appreciated. Highly recommend any travelers no matter wherever you are from to come stay here. THANK YOU ALL

Perfect family holiday”

Pros : Extremely helpful , polite staff. Good choices for room service, kids loved spaghetti bog. Prompt resolution of housekeeping and maintenance issues. Clean apartment. Nice pool plus kids wading pool and spa. Gym looking out on to pool. Small kids pirate ship playground near pool. Well thought out kids indoor/outdoor play area on level 3. Quiet rooms. Good location . Supermarket and ice cream shop directly below hotel - this was so convenient. Superb breakfasts, choices changed evety day. Air conditioning works well. Lifts so efficient, no waiting. This is our second stay at Fraser Suites and we will be back. Cons: bed configuration fixed in 3 bed apartment to queen bed, king bed and single bed. Would have liked 2 single beds in a room for kids but of course we managed. Spa not warm. Maybe because climate so warm anyway but personally I hate getting in to cold water !

Excellent and friendly Stay”

Centrally located accomodation which enabled me to get around to conduct business in Singapore at multiple locale. From the first greeting to the farewell, the Fraser Suites held an enviable perfect record of impeccable service in respect of check-in, the comfortable accomodation, the location, the gym and pool area, the breakfast and the quiet reading room (with massage chairs to relax in!). Brilliant for the business traveller or the family I would highly recommend these guys and look forward to coming back shortly.

Fantastic Hotel - highly recommended. ”

After an initial mixup with our booking, Fraser Suites solved the issue and from then on, they were outstanding in taking care of us. The facilities were excellent, the pool fantastic for families with kids, but by far the best aspect of this hotel was its staff and how they treat their customers. For this alone, I recommend this hotel for families - whether on a short holiday in Singapore, or as a starting point for a move there. We will definitely be back.

Not perfect”

Our stay in Fraser suite could be a perfect experience with all 5 stars, the facilities, the staff, the service, are all simple outstanding. From the first moment we step into the hotel we were impressed with the simile of the staff. The cleaning of the hotel was spotless, well equipped service apartment, daily make up service, free bottled water, large shower room. BUT, there is one thing that killed all the good thing, and I feel sorry to leave this "bad" review giving the attitude of the staff: The bed linen WAS not fresh when we arrived. Seems like the people who made up the room was too lazy to change the linen for the beds and simply made look like fresh. I am in the hotel industry myself and I know straight away if the linen is fresh or not. I am sure it wasn't the management but the front line staff that made this happen, simply being lazy. If management from Fraser suite is reading this review, please do not let one lazy staff destroy all the good and hard work you have done。

Great place to stay”

I would highly recommend Fraser Suites at River Valley to close friends and family members. It was a pleasant stay thanks to caring responsive staffs, convinient location and the most children friendly hotel I've ever been in Singapore. Other than the bad breakfast, this is one of the best accommodation for family with children visiting Singapore.

Great family accommodation - 4 kid family (6-12 years)”

We have been staying here on and off for years. We would definitely recommend the hotel to families. The three bed apartments are a great find if you have 3 or 4 kids and are struggling to find accommodation. The free Wi-Fi and TV's in each of the bedrooms are an added family bonus! Fraser Suites has all the benefits of a resort hotel, eg pool, gym, kids playroom, playground etc. plus a washing machine and full kitchen (including a coffee machine). Its super convenient with a shopping centre and supermarket in the same complex. There are also loads of restaurants within walking distance. We often use the shuttle bus.

Family holiday ”

We loved it. Very clean. This place is simply awesome. It's a kid's haven, both outdoor and indoor play areas are perfect. Fraser Suites is perfect for both short and long stay. We selected accommodation suitable for family and we had everything we needed for our stay. For the size of this property, I would recommend having a larger kid's swimming area. Last orders for room service are at 9:15pm and we found that to be too early since we normally came back late & hungry from our daily tours.

Had lived at Fraser suites previously when working in Singapore, staff always helpful & knowledgeable. Room cleaning service always very good, renovated rooms excellent. 2 bedrooms in one 2B suite ideal for travelling families and booking through Agoda made cost of stay economical. All necessary facilities available new gym, big pool, great breakfast, and for the parents a spa. Kids have own play center on 3rd floor. Kitchen, washing machine & dryer in suite, food shopping below hotel so if you want a night in, no problem to cook for yourself.

Booked a 3 rooms premium suites 2 nights for my family & friends came to SG for my big day. I made a special request during my booking for the hotel to allow the bridal car to park at the main entrance & to note there might be some noise during the chinese customery of fetching the bride & so on. All these request were well noted upon my check-in. Good comments from my family & friends, they had a wonderful stay at the suites. It was delighted to received a Champaige from the Suites as a wedding gift too !! A special mentioned to Front Desk Staff - Steven, thanks for all the arrangments, sincerely appreciated.

my experience at Fraser suites”

My stay at Fraser suites was pleasant, the staff were very friendly and they made my guests and I feel as though we were at home. The apartment was complete with amenities, cooking facilities and a washing machine. Being located at River valley, town was just a stone's throw away. It was extremely convenient and we managed to travel back and forth with ease. I would recommend this service apartment for families.

Fraser Suites Singapore”

It was my 2nd time staying in Fraser Suites Singapore. I love the service they provided and very prompt in everything. But the breakfast was not up to my expectations and the room service food was stale and it gone bad in less than 2 hours [Fried Rice]. I love all the other things there. Hopefully to return and expect better food served :)

beautiful service apartment with awesome location”

stayed at the fraser suites for 1 night to celebrate my good friend's birthday with a little get-together. it was a very pleasant experience with only the small problem of making a little too much noise. the rooms were spacious and fully furnished with a nice all-equiped kitchen area. will definitely recommend it highly!

Great location ”

The location was superb - a few minutes drive from orchard road, Clark quay, Boat quay and Sentosa Island. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were neat and tidy. We did not like the lack of privacy in the washroom as it had all glass walls with no option of a screen/ curtain between the shower cubicle and the bedroom. But overall, we had an excellent stay here and would recommend this hotel.
