Good location. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to LOTUS and Aeon shopping mall. And Bukit Indah park infront of the hotel. Room cosy and comfortable. Facilities good. Air cond good. Hot water good. House keeping good. No free hotel parking. Have to pay through the Majlis App. And parking bays though many but can be hassle during certain times. Affordable and pleasant with good TV channels.

The worst of the worst hotel desk staffs ever if u want to make ur hotel business better sack that Malay front desk staffs there 2 staff its women way too rasicm I said I want to have a check the room and I already paid to check means if the air con or hot water or the cleanliness and the smell that stupid women said no u paid means u must take this room even room has maintenance we fix n u still use and when I check out i said I left my things at room give me the room card and another stupid Malay staff also shout no cannot u check out rdy so I ask room service n ask i was waiting for 20mins she never bother she just chit chat with other staffs and I ask where is your manager she again rude to me no manager u check out rdy

Whenever I stayed over in JB, I ushall chose Geobay at Bukit Indah. The hotel is within walking distance from Aeon mall and the busstop of the CW bus from the causeway. I love this hotel cos its very clean, affordable, and friendly staff. The aircon and bathroom is working well, mineral water is provided, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and towels are provided and in room slippers as well. Highly recommended

When its not commonly heard or seems far. Not it is! Its quite near from the AEON bukit indah Cw Bus. Might be a little distance for some but it is easy to find and convenient to quite alot of food places / massage , AEON mall or Lotus Mart. Cheap and the room is a sleek! For a moment , i tot i was in some 4-5stars hotels. Rooms is super clean and comfy. Toilet is nice. Corridors is ok. Lobby is big. Check in and out process is damn fast. Would stay here again if back in JB

In short, this hotel offer exceptional experience thru out my stay. My kid like the room very much as it is very clean and cozy. The hotel do provide all the toiletries you expect to have from a standard 4-Star hotel, very caring on all the service details. The hotel location is wonderful, you get all the variety of cuisine (italian, chiense, thai, indian, local and fusion) and local food within walking distance. You have AEON Mall and Lotus within walking distance to grab all you need but forget to bring for the trip as well. Open parking is available to hotel guest, but remember to clock in your parking ticket. The only area I could suggest to improve is the hotel to consider more CCTV at premise perimeter walkway and provide security guard to surveillience the guest parking around the hotel premise.
