"Love everything from the moment we stepped in. Building's brand new and so are everything! Although it's small for two persons, the room is well-kept and bed is nice and firm. There should be 4 pillows given that the pillows are rather flat. Amenities are all provided for, including sleeping robes! But there should be more hangers and hooks to hang our clothes since there are no closet! Location is good...short walk to nice ramen outlets and to the Ginza station. Just behind the main street of Ginza, and close to a Don Quijote! And there's a Family Mart just at the ground floor of the hotel building. And the best discovery is that it's also close to The Access bus direct to Narita airport that's only at Yen1000!! How to beat the price and convenience?!! The bus pickup is at the C4 exit of Ginza metro station. And because of this, I'll be opined to stay in Ginza for this direct access to/fro Narita in future. "

"We were traveling for our honeymoon and wanted something nice but not too expensive. Even though it may be pricier than some other hotels, you pay for the awesome location (sheltered all the way to Shimbashi station, and connected to Ginza station. And just one stop away from Tokyo station). The guest relations staff were really helpful in making reservations for us and helping us out during typhoon hagibis as well!"

"Accessibility is the one of advantages of this hotel. Shimbashi, Higashi-ginza and Ginza stns can be reached within 5 mins on foot. Trendy shopping mall, Ginza-Six is just only 1 min on foot. Around there, lots of famous ramen and beef restaurants are located, so you can enjoy nice lunch and dinner. Tsukiji fish market and imperial palace are located in 15 mins by train or bus. From there, you can go to Asakusa in 25 mins by train. Ginza stn is perfect place to enjoy trendy and exciting time everywhere. Room is cozy and comfortable, so you would not feel that room size is little bit small which is just one of features of Japanese hotels. Thus, you can enjoy your stay without any complain. Receptionists give you nice service which make your trip more meaningful. "

"My experience with this hotel is excellent. Fast check in and check out. I booked thru Agoda. T"he location of the hotel is accessible to everything- shopping and eating, subway station (ginza itchome entrance and exit) infront of the hotel, while ginza sta and ginza higashi are a few blocks away from the hotel, There's no dull momemt at ginza. The hotel is new, For us, the room is spacious with 2 single beds. My 8 year old daughter and I shared bed and it is spacious. the hotel staff are very accommodating and respectful. the hotel entrance is at the side of the building. We took the access narita bus from narita airport and from the ginza bus stop we walk to the hotel to familiarize with the environment. our landmark to the hotel is the chou dori st - Melsa and Harry Winston dept stores. If you are going around tokyo, the ginza line is a very good mode of transpo- connecting or direct line to famous places. Next time we visit tokyo, i will surely book with this hotel again, no doubt. Also, i will recommend this hotel to my friends visiting tokyo this year and next year. "It's a pretty standard business hotel, in a quiet spot tucked away from the main road. The bed was on the firm side but not uncomfortable, and the pillow was real (not the crappy bead-filled ones). Very clean room with a humidifier/air purifier, microwave, water pot, and giant TV. The only complaint is that the walls are thin, I couldn't fall asleep for a while because of what sounded like someone closing a kitchen cabinet over and over after midnight... Earplugs are a definite must if you're a light sleeper like me."
