Grace Hotel's has a superb location on Sukhumvit Soi 5. There are plenty of Muslim Halal Food Restaurants alongside Local or Indian Restaurants and Street food. Absolutely amazing place to stay if you are from Middle east, Gulf or Arab and fond of halal foods. The Halal food Restaurants are all around the hotel area which are filled up with Abaya and Burkha clad guys and ladies. I have seen Arab guys stands in Line and even wait for hours to book a room here may be for some extra days or last minute change in plans......

Good location ”

The hotel is central located near bumrungrad hospital, lots of restaurants, massage places and night market. I booked a superior room which is very small in size but with a very big bathroom. The bathroom has all the toiletries you need and the water pressure is very good. I liked the cleaning lady, she was always smiling and she cleans good. The check in was fast and staff at front desk were polite. This hotel has a Disco in the ground floor and I couldn't sleep from all the noise and vibration coming from it. At evening time loots of Thai girls stand at the front of the hotel looking for customers if you know what I mean. I don't recommend this hotel for families. You can find better deals in Bangkok.

Perfect hotel for tourists”

Pros: CLEANLINESS: We stayed in a superior twin room (booked at half price on Agoda- it costs dearly if you pay at the front desk). Throughout the 6 days, the room was spotlessly clean, the furniture and room were maintained in excellend condition with comfortable bedding. STAFF: The staff on our floor (level 6) were very friendly, kind and helpful. Thanks to their hospitality, we felt welcomed during our stay. LOCATION: 1. A short walk away from Bumrungrad Hospital 2. NANA bus stop is nearby and one to two stops will take you to Terminal 21 shopping mall, Central World, Big C and Siam Paragon and Centre. Would recommend a grab taxi to the nearer malls if you are travelling in a group (cheaper) but BTS is better during peak hours (time saving). We travelled during public holidays and weekends as well, it was not difficult even with young children. 3. There are plenty of diners and restaurants as the hotel is located on the main street. This is very old hotel and building but it is clean inside , room is datet but was fine , sheets are changed daily and clean without any bad smells , it is not luxury hotel , i chose it because of location , in the middle of night life and restaurants and oposite of nana street , reception and very nice and helpful also cleaners r very kind and they clean room well , i will choose this hotel again for sure

Located in Sukumvit Soi 3 next to the Arab section of Bangkok. Mostly Arab business men and tourists. Good hotel for the price and a short walk to the main street in Sukumvit. Deposit boxes are located in the lobby and hotel taxi service just outside.

Not so bad”

This hotel is famous for that for Arab people and located in the Arab area at Sukhumwit soi 3 in Bangkok. I stayed at the room in 4th floor. I'm not sure the level of other room. My room was cheep, less than 1,000THB per night. the room was old but enough clean and for just sleeping. The complementary was 2 bottle of water, soap, shampoo and linse. There was no tooth brushes. As usually, it costs over 1,500THB per night to stay at this hotel, it would be better in other rooms. But if you want to visit this area in Bangkok, this hotel is useful for you from many aspect of your purpose. I think this should be one of your choice.

A value-for-money, but an ageing hotel”

Grace is centrally ocated and a value-for-money proposition. used to be more value for money earlier. But over the last last 5 years I have experienced certain sections of the hotel( at least the section where most South Asians are put up) are badly in need of a facelift. Food in all its restaurants is superb and should be rated on every parameter fantastic. However, as I said, the hotel needs a facelift or a shot of botox (trying to be humorous). Either the management has deliberately lessened the levels of cooling of aircon in rooms or there's some problems. This March 2016, even after technicial fiddeled with the room aircon and regulator, the room was made just about liveable. A friend's room remained constantly on the warmer side even with the AC working at minimum temperature. wi-fi (free) in rooms is patchy and leaves room for lot of improvement.

Choose the room in the new building .. Graceland hotel”

The hotel have 2 section the old section and the new/innovated section .. I would recommend the visitors to book their rooms in the new building because it is clean and modern and the hotel located in the middle of Nana road and in busy surrounded .. I don't recommend the stay for families as this hotel is number one destination for young/singles because of the nightclub downstairs the hotel is busy with Men as well as ladies for hookup ! And its noisy almost all the time.

The new building is superb and everything is very good. It’s really clean. The pillows and the bed so comfortable. Staffs are super friendly. Location is the best where you will enjoy whatever you wants from Bangkok city. Highly recommend.

Was ok but discriminate ”

The room was ok not much clean as its old Grace hotel. You can pick the new one but different name, Different building. The room is old and not that clean but exceptable with the good price and good location near the Hospital and Metro. The problem is when i have my friend visit me the hotel receptions said that the hotel not allow Ladyboy or Transgender to be a guest. This was not okay. How dare the hotel take which rights to judge the guest by gender to allow or not allow to visit or stay in hotel room. I dont think this is a professional management hotel. Howver its wrong by HumanRights LGBT national policy. The hotel has to change your policy. Differenr hotel can provide different policy which not effect human rights or contrast any law. It was shame on me and my freinds that the hotel reception said that and claim that its hotel policy. How the management who is undereducated accept this policy. The human rights of United Nations has to know this.

Mixed view about this hotel is because people with bad views book standard rooms and people with good views stay in deluxe rooms. I booked deluxe room which was simply awesome. Best location and easily accessible from train station. A lot of halal food options available. Definitely will stay again

i pay to Agoda 2night (1st/may-3rd/may)for stay at Grace Hotel but i can stay one night becuase has ugent work have to move back home. so that it remain 1night and i shallcome back to this hotel again on 7th/may. i tell the hotel that: can i move the remain one night to be 7th/may? the hotel tell me they can’t move the ramain one night to 7th. i ask them to return money to me 50% or discount coupong for room price when i come back to stay on 7th/may. they siad no refune , no discount. i am so disappoint with this hotel.
