although i only stayed for 2 days, it was a nice experience to stay at the grand hyatt singapore hotel. located on 30 minutes from changi international airport, the hotel was situated at the start of orchard road, the famous street in singapore for its commercial and business activities. with easy access, this hotel has the advantages to be the first place to be chosen for the night. the hotel itself was a modern style design, a characteristic of typical singaporean multi-culture. nice and spacious room design is another advantage. supported with great services, nice dining area and comfortable atmosphere, this grand hyatt singapore is definitely a perfect choice to stay in singapore.

It was a staycation to celebrate our 19th Anniversary.”

We booked ourselves the grand two bedroom deluxe for our three children and ourselves. We were checked in at 330pm a bit late to our room because of the thorough cleaning due to covid which we understood. And because of that, Mavie allowed us to check out a bit later. I think that is very sweet of her. Little did we know that the staffs had arranged a surprise cake for our Anniversary in our room. From the minute we arrived our room until we leave the hotel, it was a very pleasant experience for our whole family. All the staffs from Hyatt did a very good job. We had amazing spread of delicious breakfast at Straits Kitchen. The staffs there include Yen Peng,Paul,Shirl and Mike were very attentive to our needs. We especially want to highlight Ms Yen Peng here. I feel that her hard work,her constant care in serving us the two days of breakfast needs to be applaud. Great job to all the chefs for all the delicious,fresh and hot meals that we had. Our rooms was always clean. The pool was a delightful place to just relax and unwind. It was not crowded at all. I think the policy of 5 persons in the pool at one time is safe at this period. And lastly to the concierge staffs who helped us to get our ride home so we didn’t have to wait long. THANK YOU GRAND HYATT for making our 19th Anniversary a great experience. We highly recommend Grand Hyatt for everyone.

A Great First Stay”

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt for the first time for a 2 night staycation. Arrived at 3p.m. but was told the room was not ready. We were brought to Scotts Lounge to wait. We enjoyed the high tea there while waiting for the room. At 3.45pm front desk staff brought out room key card to us. Was pleasantly surprised that the high tea was complimentary. We were also upgraded to the Corporate Suite which was 108sqm! Room was huge! Wifi was good, bathroom was spacious with a shower and bathtub. There was even a proper kitchenette. Breakfast was also complimentary. Just order from the menu and food will be served to you. Food was really good. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. On the 2nd day called Guest Services for extra bottled water and bath towels and it was brought to the room after 10 minutes. Staff were polite and professional. Location of Grand Hyatt is also great, walking distance to most malls. Will definitely stay again if I can get a good deal.

If you are looking for a warm, personal and welcoming place to stay, Grand Hyatt is for you. I have loved every experience i had with Grand Hyatt. The whole stay was amazing. I generally would not book to stay with the same hotel again because I'd like to experience as many places as possible. but if i return to singapore, i will at least book a one night stay with them no matter what. i will definitely recommend Grand Hyatt Singapore to all my family and friends.

Luxurious hotel with excellent service”

grand hyatt singapore live up to it's name with luxurious interior and huge, spacious rooms worthy of a five star hotel and hard to beat at it's price range. the breakfast buffet are also excellent, large selection of food and large area so there are no worries of overcrowded in the morning. friendly and very helpful staff from we arrive until departed.

This is our 2nd stay here and this time its for my wife's birthday staycation. And the staff always never fails us. This time we would like to highlight Mandy from the front desk. Amazing service from her and she ensured my wife had a wonderful birthday. Hopefully Grand Hyatt Singapore takes notice of this. But nevertheless, every staff from the front door to housekeeping is wonderful here in Hyatt. We will definitely return again! And my kids also love it here. Plus point is the breakfast is halal!

I went to Grand Hyatt Singapore with my husband and my daughter. It was very nice hotel. The room is very wide and very nice. We were feeling that staying like our home. The staff are all friendly and show their best service. This time was my husband Birthday, they gave us a cake which was very impressive. Hope to be back again when I have a chance to go Singapore.

Excellent Stay”

Grand Hyatt hotel is located in the famous shopping area in Singapore - between Scotts Road and Orchard Road. The staff at the reception and concierge were all very friendly and helpful. The Grand Deluxe King room is quite spacious and clean. We really had an excellent stay.

Great Hotel and Great Location”

Overall during my stay in this hotel, no doubt, Grand Hyatt Singapore is the best five star in Singapore. I like the room as it is really cozy. The wooden accent in this hotel room made it look simple and very natural. The room decor is not too much which made me feel warm. Of course, I also love its food.

I had a marvelous stay in Singapore at the Grand Hyatt. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too, must recommend the hotel's Esenin Restaurant for the blini and caviar and some exquisite salmon dishes. Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel. My only qualm was that the restaurant closed a little too early each evening.

It was the second time I stayed in Grand Hyatt Singapore. The room is clean and the badroom is nice. I breakfast menu is excellent, especially the fried rice and Indianfood. The hotel is located is a strategic location. It is easy to arrange meeting near the the Hotel.

The First, But Definitely Not The Last”

First time staying in Grand Hyatt and it was an amazing first time experience as I was greeted by the friendly and good looking Concierge named Aqid. Followed by the very helpful and beautiful Front Desk Officers, Catherine & Bernice, who assisted me with a smooth check-in without any fuss. We were also given a complimentary anniversary amenities that comes with high quality chocolates, delicious cookies and a card wishing us a blissful marriage. It's not a mistake to choose Grand Hyatt to staycay over the long weekends. Would definitely recommend my friends and relatives to staycay here in the future and I would be more than glad to return back here with my husband.

It's our first time staycation in Grand Hyatt together with our 16mths baby. Indeed, we had a really pleasant stay. And impressed with the facilities. Spacious plus worth the price, even my baby is in love with the toilet. The staff and team are super helpful and friendly. Thank you and keep it up team Grand Hyatt! Hyatt always meet my expectations of what a five star hotel should be. Staff are always courteous, accommodating and helpful. Room is spacious with good toilet facilities. I have visited Hyatt Singapore for many times and reached to a conclusion that this is perhaps one of the best hotel in Singapore. It is located within the heart of the city, very close proximity to their central shopping district (5 min walking distance). Their room was also very huge and comfortable inside.
