The young lady who helped me check in and out speaks English and was super nice and always smiling. On the whole the room appears clean but when I was about to sleep I found body hair on the bedding. I ended up sleeping for what felt like an hour, at most, on the chair. There were strands of hair on the towels too :( Despite the lacking cleanliness, I felt lucky to meet such a kind owner who helped keep my bag and allowed me to freshen up after checking out since I had a long bus ride coming up.

Very nice place with great staff. A bit noisy because right on a well travelled road. Water heater a bit tricky.
it is a family hotel,people is really nice,room is big and clean,but it is beside the road,little bit noise.

Fairly close to everything, although still a walk. The hardest bed I have ever encountered, like sleeping on the floor! No English tv channels, and bad plumbing.

We stayed here a total of 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Upon checking in, we noticed our toilet was clogged. We told the owner and he came to fix it right away. While he was fixing it, his wife apologized and told me they had never had this happen before. She even offered to let us change rooms. This wasn't necessary because the guy had fixed it in 5 minutes. The AC and Wifi work great. Our room was huge and came with a love seat, large bureau, dishes, fridge, and TV. We were also given two instant coffee packets, two bottles of water, and toiletries like shampoo and soap and clean towels everyday. If you put the do not disturb sign on your door, they will leave a basket of the aforementioned amenities outside for you. However, if you have hip or back problems, just warning that the bed was EXTREMELY hard.

这家民宿性价比非常的高，早餐没有很丰富，但是却很有营养。位置在古城的西北，距离凤飞飞猪脚饭很近。民宿虽小，但是设施很齐全，性价比可以说很高了
一开始很满意，房东的女儿就算英文不好也尽力给我们介绍清迈，回答我们的问题，房间就是厕所有一股异味，非常难闻，因此，我们外出的时候不想关空调，不然回来后房间很难闻，但是一般房东都会在我们走后进来关掉，我们也可以理解。不愉快发生在最后一天，房东答应我们行李可以留到下午，下午我们回去后看见房间还没有收拾就在里面坐了一下，开了空调，不到半小时就预备离开，可以房东拦住我们，说我们开了她的空调，要我们赔1000b，不然就报警。这的确是我们的错，但是这个价格实在难以接受，明显在趁机骗钱，我们急着赶飞机，实在没有多余时间理论，最后协商赔了500b，旅行的心情都被破坏了
这间房子整体还不错，位置在城边，而且在路边，不算太难找，但也因为在路边的关系晚上很吵，过路的车辆声音听得好清楚，可能会影响休息。老板人很好，早上去的还让我们提前入住了，而且房间挺大的，外面还有小阳台可以休息喝茶。
出租车150到酒店 司机找了很久才到 但出门坐双条车都很是挺方便的 位置还可以 去清迈大学 周六周日夜市也都挺方便的 店家Nick非常热心 也给了很多旅游建议 房间里应有尽有 打扫得很干净 温馨舒适
位置很方便的经济型民宿，无论去素贴山，宁曼路还是老城区的夜市都很方便。但要注意房间靠路边，车辆经过会比较吵。
Tolles Frühstück und zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Das Personal ist an Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen und das Frühstück ist super. Wenn bei Nacht die anderen Gäste nach Hause kommen, hört man diese, da die Türen nicht Schalldicht sind. Bei all den positiven Aspekten fällt dies allerdings nicht ins Gewicht. Sehr zu empfehlen!
An sich ganz nett für den preis, allerdings ist das guesthouse ziemlich dezentral gelegen und man muss immer sehr weit laufen bzw tuktuk fahren. Außerdem liegen die zimmer direkt zur straße weswegen es tagsüber und besonders nachts sehr laut ist! Zudem war das bett bretthart und die toilette hat sehr gestunken!
es war eine schönes apartment, das bad und das schlafzimmer waren sauber. es gab jeden tag neues shampo und seife. ein wasserkocher stand auch zur verfügung. man konnte sich kaffee machen und tee. die handtücher waren sauber und wurden ebenfalls jeden tag gewächselt.die mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. was nicht so gut war, das es direkt an der straße liegt (lärm durch autos mofas). leider gab es kein frühstück dazu, aber nicht weit weg von der unterkunft, gibt es ein gutes cafe. wir würden wieder dieses apartment buchen.
是一間家庭經營的旅館，父母及女兒悉心打理，態度誠懇和藹，樂於解答你提出的疑問。房間清潔整齊，但比較窄小，勝在性價比高。
The room was clean and good to stay. All staffs were ready to gladly help guests, and i was the another one who got impressed from Nicky. I appreciate at the staffs all for providing calm and cozy place
복도까지는 아주 산뜻한데 방은 매우 낡고 수건에서도 얼룩 발견. 조식은 간단하고 망고는 무료가 아니네요. 올드타운 맨 끝이에요.
주인장님과 스탭분들이 정말 친절했습니다. 관광지도 알려주시고 계속 정말 좋았습니다. 창문마감도 굉장히 잘 되어있어서 방음이 잘 되어요. 다만 완벽한 공기차단으로 인해 환기가 제대로 되지 않습니다. 공기를 순환하고 싶다면 15분간 창문을 열고 금방 닫으세요! 너무 오래 열면 벌레가 들어올 수 있습니다!
구도심 사이드에 위치한 것 이외에는 만족했음.

평이 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 매우만족 입니다 혼자 쓸거라 제일 작은방으로 예약... 객실: 청소상태 침구 모두 깔끔 있을거 다있음 창문이 커서 쾌적함 뜨거운물 잘나옴 조식: 로비에 차종류 바나나 항상비치, 부페식아니라 직원분이 오믈렛 과일. 셀러드 준비해줌 토스트는 맘껏 위치: 인근에 편의점, 식당, 기타등등 모두 있음 직원: 너무 너무 친절함 말이 필요없음 이가격에 정말 훌륭함 다음번에 온다면 다시숙박 1,000%
기대 안하고 갔는데 너무 좋았다. 길가에 바로 있어서 캐리어 들고 오르내리지 않아도 됐고 위치도 좋아 이동하기 편리했다. 세명이었는데 충분히 넓은 침대에서 편안하게 지내다왔다. 바로바로 청소도 해줘서 만족. 밤에 문앞 하수구에서 쥐 본거 말곤 더러운건 보지 못했다. 무엇보다도 직원들이 너무 친절해서 감동. 관광지 가는법이나 택시 잡는 것까지 다 도와주고 사소한일까지 도와줘서 가격대비 가장 맘에 들었음.
Nette en voldoende ruime kamers, goede ligging, maar vooral uitermate vriendelijke en hulpvaardige familie die het uitbaat. Aanrader!
Gusto house is een super leuk kleinschalig hotel. Alles is schoon en het is vrij nieuw dus alles ziet er netjes uit. De eigenaren zijn echt heel erg lief en ze doen er alles aan om het je te helpen. Het ontbijt en de koffie zijn fantastisch! De locatie is goed, er zitten veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Kortom wij hebben een toptijd gehad en als we weer naar Chiang Mai gaan dan boeken wij zeker dit hotel weer!
La chica que nos atendio es muy amable, estaba muy limpio y bien situado. La única pega es que la calle es bastante ruidosa por el tráfico que pasa! Pero para una noche o un par de ellas está bien!

Came back to stay for a second time after leaving for a short travel north. Loved it here the first time and still feel the same. Stayed in both the small double room and standard room, no issues but they weren’t lying when they say small, I prefer the standard room. Laundry service was done within hours-fresh, folded and clean! They also made sure to ask about my flight out and if it’s really early (mine was at 6am) they made sure to arrange an early taxi since it is hard to find taxis very early in the morning. Also when I checked out at 4am, one of the staff member was already up with a full breakfast packed for me. Furthermore, it was my birthday that morning and was shocked to find they had a card and goodies for my departure. Love this place. It’s clean, safe and best of all- great staff. I would book again 100%!!
