A totally rocking experience ”
This was my second experience in the HRH chain of hotels, previous in Bali and I do not my decision ! Their hotel in Pattaya is a large, well maintained property situated very close to the busy Pattaya beach, yet it feels calm and cozy once you enter the premise. They come with the usual Hard Rock Cafe, Hard rock lounge and multiple other zones in the restaurant, Vintage decor etc. The Pool is large with various zones, including an artificial beach, kiddies zone, kiddies slides etc. Although I wonder why this hotel isn't 5 star rated ! Right from the entry, our late checkin post mid-night was smooth, the staff knew my name and were expecting me, the bell boys helped unload all our luggage and promptly deliver to the room. Overall checkin was smooth and quick. City View deluxe - 508 was a large and spacious room, comfortable to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids on spacious twin beds. Had a cute little walk out balcony. Breakfast has a decent spread, with quality ingredients and most refilled quickly, except items like steamed dumplings and freshly baked donuts. The Poolside area was our favorite with numerous well planned activities happening all the long, esp on the weekends, to keep kids entertained. The serving staff around the pool side was quick, attentive and well trained. The kids play zone - paid per hour about 100 THB, was a nice feature to have, to leave your toddlers in supervised play room, while you could enjoy a relaxed spa session. I think what makes this property excellent, is the well trained staff . Things like remembering guests names and their preferences within a day, attending to small requests promptly, and managing observant small-talk etc. Esp JAmie and Diamond serving by the pool side. As an example, the washrooms near the poolside were well maintained and smelling like those good thai massage places with aroma diffusers, and somehow magically the floor was always kept dry !! Well To be extremely critical, I guess the reason they may not be 5

The Hard Rock Hotel is a fantastic place. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. My husband was very happy with the free loan of a guitar, I was happy that it came with headphones. It's in a very convenient location, just over the road from the beach, and a short walk to the shopping and entertainment areas. The pool is the best I've seen, and so many facilities it would take all day to mention. The breakfast was perfect, and everywhere was very clean. We hope to visit again soon

I was here with my 3 kids( 11yr, 8yr and 5yr), my brother and niece. We had a blast. The rooms were clean, the staffs were very friendly. My kids had so much fun in the pool. The hotel is right by the beach. Very easy to go places. Loved it. We will definitely come back.

Room was clean & large enough. Location was very close to beach. Very large & well maintained swimming pool. My 5 years old child loved it. Buffet breakfast was very good. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who can afford it.

Our Go-to hotel in Pattaya”
We’ve been to Pattaya quite a few times and our previous visit in April 2019 was the first time we’d visited the Hard Rock Hotel. The location is perfect for us - close to all the pure vegetation restaurants and really good massage parlours. The beach outside the hotel has improved considerably since our previous visit. Amazing warm water - no rough waves. We used to visit late afternoon and only used to leave the beach around 19:30 (dark). Beach is clean and really well lit. Relatively safe - I used to walk on the beach until around 2am and still quite a few people around sitting and relaxing / chilling out. The pool at the hotel is a very good size and rarely crowded… loads of sun beds both in and out of the sun. Also cabana available for a fee (we didn’t use). Pool bar have good choice and there’s a restaurant by the pool too - we ate chips and pizza there a few times. Staff very friendly all through the hotel - very helpful and whenever we’ve had an issue they resolved. I can’t say the same is true for our current hotel in Patong. Room sizes are ok and beds are really comfortable. I’m not a fan of the black tiles in the bathroom - just don’t like them. I would prefer lighter colour tiles or much brighter lighting in the bathroom. Same with the corridors… pls can we have more lighting (or change the colour of the walls). Breakfast mostly good - we are relatively fussy but they had Indian vegetarian options (on some days without onion or garlic). Concierge services were good. We will very likely revisit - I’m currently in Holiday Inn Resort Patong Phuket (and just appreciating how much better we had it in Pattaya). The beach here is wild - red flagged. The hotel not all its cracked up to be and the pool is better in the Hard Rock. Pattaya - yes. Hard Rock - yes. Highly recommended.

Stayed here many times, best value and location for the $ compared to similar properties. Staff is friendly and attentive. Jeanna at the front desk is world class, she’s efficient and accommodating, knows how to make guests feel special and welcomed. Beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are clean and big with great views. Pool and recreation area are always fun with activities for adults and children. Thank you HRH!

Good option for a few days in Pattaya”
I hadn’t stayed in a Hard Rock Hotel before but I will be going back! Good value for money, nice staff and clean / good quality accommodation even though you can tell the hotel is not new. Food is average but you have so many options within walking distance so it doesn’t matter.

Still my favorite even with the new bumps”
The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. My wife, kids and I love it and it is a world class resort. The last three stays though check in has been an issue each time. The first time we booked direct through the hotel and they still gave us rooms that were not adjoining after specifically booking that and having proof. after a long wait the current manager Ann took care of the issue and did a great job. This booking for this visit was also an issue as the room was not ready and would require me to come back hours later even though I showed up at 2pm which is proper check in. There is no longer a hotel manager I was informed. The hotel did get me into a nice room but the last three stays it has taken from 2-4 hours after check in time. Overall this hotel is gorgeous, the food is very fresh and good and I would recommend it. But keep in mind the check in staff either does not take care of you when you are loyal and even a member. It is as is they do not have loyalty program anymore. The cleaning staff is wonderful and nice. The pool is no longer warm but cool but overall the best hotel in Pattaya in my opinion.

Staff are really well train and polite. They are all have great service mind. Excellent service since we arrived till we checked out, offer wheelchair as we needed without requesting from us. Great hotel for family with kids”
It was my birthday trip. I received a lovely birthday cake for two days during our stay. My daughter loved the pool, and so did we. The breakfast was great. The chef made a new hot pancake as per our request. The noodle soup was super delicious. The staff was friendly. This hotel is located in a perfect location. 10 minutes walking to Central Pattaya. The only negative feedback from me was about the Kids club that you have to pay 100 baht/hour (but the staff at the club was lovely - I liked her :) and all amenities in the restroom was made for Male only as the scent was so masculine, not for women at all.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and even have free movies. Restaurants are exactly what you would expect from hard rock. The ribs are great. The housekeeping does an excellent job. And anytime I called Ema at the front desk she was able to help right away with any needs. Cant wait to come back.

Loved the hotel. The staffs are all accommodating. Our room is big and has large living room with a dining table. The bathroom is large with separate shower and bathtub. It also has another toilet in the living area. The balcony overlooks the beach and the pool. Buffet breakfast is superb. The pool area is big. Comfy stay. The location is superb.

The General manager left me a personal note since I am a return visitor and Ann and Somo left a birthday cake for my girlfriend because it was her birthday. The rooms and everything is super clean and the location is on the beach. The pool and all amenities, food, restaurants are all excellent. It really was a perfect weekend!!!! Check in was really good even with the covid restrictions that were in place, rooms a good size and very comfortable bed , shower great, facilities on site are excellent, restaurant food is great, all of the Hard Rock staff are absolutely first class nothing is to much trouble always smiling and helpful ( special shout out to all the pool staff what a great job they all do especially in all that heat ) overall an absolutely brilliant experience will definitely stay again, and I will also be trying Hard Rock in different locations in the future

We are a family with pretty much grown kids. We got connecting rooms with balconies facing the ocean. That’s a premium room, but when on vacation I want to sit and have coffee and take in the ocean in the morning. With that said, the balcony rooms are only on the top floors. The lower floor rooms are slightly bigger by the amount of the space that the balcony takes up. What I am getting at, is the room is adequate in size, but does not seem overly large. However, I would not trade that square footage for my wonderful balcony and outside ocean air. Breakfast here is superior to any place we have stayed. Housekeeping was excellent. I really liked the three person crew that serviced our rooms. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Bellman was great as well. He always had a nice greeting for us. If you have kids, the pool here is a treat. Several staff led activities take place during the day, such as rock climbing wall and stand-up paddle board lessons. The only thing that I that I did not particularly enjoy was the low light, dark theme hallways on the guest floors. Fire escapes were clearly marked and unobstructed. (I always check) All around, we had a great, problem free stay here over 5 days. I would highly recommend.
