nice room in good location”

from outside the hotel is condominium, but the hotel room building is well decorated separately from the other condo builing. room is very well decorated, cosy space, like other boutique hotels. swimming pool shared with condominium, well maintained with kids pool and adult pool separately, also provide enjoyable slider. my kids enjoyed pooln and slider playing a lot. hotel location is in hua hin center with convenient access to hua hin market, plern wan, phra ratchanives palace, restaurants. breakfast buffet line was valuable, not plenty but enough common choices for everyone even my kids also enjoy their meal. really valuable price for this quality. more luxury means more money to waste. really impressive and will be the best choice for next visit in hua hin.

Excellent and contemporary design furniture hotel ”

I was surprised to find out the scope of features the hotel had to offer at a very modest price. The staff is responsive and very friendly, the rooms (de luxe) are very large, and I love the asymmetric layout of the rooms, plus the design furnitures in room and bath, with circular shower heads, and an ultramodern shower cabin. We had a beautiful view to the hotel yard with garden and swimmingpool, with separate basins for children and adults. Internet access and hotel parking was likewise included in our package, as well as a good breakfast buffet. The location (Hua Hin) itself has more Asian tourists than the more commercial resorts in Pattaya and Phuket, and the quality of the guests were a pleasant surprise to me, after having witnessed the primitive Vodka-drinking (early in the morning) Russians at Pattaya, which is a resort that I will definitely not visit again.

Great value hotel”

Really great value for a nice room and hotel. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but you can order a taxi to take you into the centre of Hua Hin. Staff are a little jaded but they are effective in their work. The pool in particular is really nice to chill out around with a book. It's away from the centre of Hua Hin, which I liked as Hua Hin town has now become Pattaya number 2, where you walk past hundreds of girly bars, a million Indian tailors shops with a million hand shakes and questions about what team you support and a billion sellers that disturb you when you are eating, drinking or trying to relax on the beach. If you want to go on a horse ride along Hua Hin beach it will cost you 800 baht and only 50 baht if you are Thai. That's a 1600% markup. The hotel is very good for the price however. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTELS VALUE :)

Nice and clean hotel, but far from the beach”

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were spaceous and comfortable with large showers. The breakfast buffet is worth including in your reservation. The staff are very helpful and courteous. As the main beach is very far away (about 10 km) the hotel should have more lounge chairs around the pool (I counted 12) as they are quickly taken up early in morning. The "beach" near the hotel may not be there depending on the tide. The hotel shuttle into Hua Hin operates for only 2 hours, barely enough time to get dinner and check out the night market as the last return trip is at about 8:15 pm. During the day, the songteaws run about every 20 minutes to get you into town and back for about 10-15 baht each way which was good, but at night they are very rare and you may need a taxi for 150 baht when the hotel shuttle stops running. Overall, the Hinn-Namm is a very nice hotel, just far away from the nicer beaches and the main part of town. If that doesn't bother you than it's worth it!!

Excellent”

The room we stayed in can easily fit 5 person, with 1 King bed on the top level, a double deck bed in the bedroom on the ground floor and a sofa bed in the living room. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they are there round the clock to assist you when you park or to open the main lobby's door. Location wise, the hotel is about a 5-10 minute drive from Hua Hin beach, making it pretty convenient to get to while escaping most of the crowd. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Hua Hin.

Exceptional”

This was our second leg of our trip from Bangkok to Hua Hin. The hotel ( New section called Maysa ) is excellent , good room , with good amenities . The staff were very accommodating at all times. Breakfeast in the morning is ok but they should install burners under the trays to keep the food warm at all times. Overall the hotel is good value for couples or families travelling with children. Modern interior design, friendly staff, great pool”

i had stayed in hua hin before, but it was my first stay at the hin nam sai suay. it is a very large complex of hotel + rented apartments, a large pool ideal for kids and a well appointed gym. the design of the rooms is very modern and fresh, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and everything is oh so clean

Great price, nice rooms, okay location.”

We were really pleased when we arrived at the hotel. The staff were friendly and they gave us connecting rooms without us even requesting it. The buffet breakfast every morning was nice and the mini mart downstairs was very convenient. The kids were really looking forward to the pool because it looked so fun for children, but the water was freezing and it always seemed to be in the shade...maybe at another time of year it would be better. As a result we went to the beach every day.Although the hotel is near the beach, it's not near the swimming beach in town that has all of the tents, umbrellas and shops/restaurants. The staff were really friendly and tried to be helpful, but it was really difficult to communicate with them. If I were to go to Hua Hin again, I would opt to stay in a hotel closer to the city center or the main beach. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and the price I paid.

One night in Hua Hin.”

Good location if you have transport, it’s about 5 Kim’s from Hua Hin centre, although tuck tuks and taxis are plentiful. We where in the old part of the hotel, needs refurb, but for the price we paid with a good choice of breakfast you can’t go wrong, staff where good everything no problem. Big and comfy beds and a good shower. Would recommend to anyone.

This hotel is condominium style, is not so far from Hua-Hin City very convenience for. Trveller. Our Family had stayed here one night, it very nice trip, Staff also good respond. If we have a chance, will visit again.

Nicest boutique hotel in Hua-Hin.”

It's my third time here. It's easy to access anywhere between Cha-am and Hua-Hin. There's a popular club nearby for those who like clubbings too. Great place!

Good hotel ”

the hotel is a good price, but is a little far from downtown hua hin. good news is the hotel has motorbikes for rent at a low daily rate. they were honest about the rental and didn't try to pull any thing about pre-existing damage.

Excellent in the new building..a bit tired in the old”

Stayed 6 nights here and was quickly upgraded after a complaint about cold showers.Staff good. Although a good 5 mins car journey from the centre the hotel was a fine choice to explore Hua Hin. There is a very odd nightclub in the basement with highly priced dancers who are totally disinterested..

Comfortable”

Length of stay: Aug 31st – Sep 4th. Size of room and cleanness: medium size and very clean. Breakfast: standard. Facilities: standard and well maintenance. Strength (selling point): Good location which next to main road. Next to local restaurant night club and karaoke. Weakness: You need a car or hire taxi to go inside Hua Hin city. This hotel doesn’t has laundry service but if you would like to do laundry then you can contact at reception then they’ll organize local laundry service to pick up your clothes and delivery as your needed. Travel tip: Try night club and restaurant next to the hotel.

Modern and quirky with great facilities ”

I've stayed in a few hotels in Hua Hin and this is my favourite. It's a quality hotel but the rates are reasonable. Rooms are lovely, trendy and quirky. Hotel is well equipped with swimming pool and fitness centre, and the breakfast buffet is great. Location is ok, not too far from the beach and markets.

Clean hotel with nice pool ”

The room looks at it does in photos. The room and common areas are clean. Bed linens and towels were clean. My room had plenty of sunlight. The rooms are updated but the lobby looks outdated. The hotel is not immediately on the beach. It is 500m from the beach and it's not the type of beach with sand for sunbathing. If you're looking for a beachfront resort, this isn't it. The hotel is on a main road with auto dealerships across the street. The hotel breakfast is fine. The breakfast has both Western but more Asian choices. There is an omelet bar along with cereal and fruit. From the front of the hotel, it is convenient to take the public bus for 10baht to get to the beach and city center. Otherwise it's 150 baht to take a taxi between the hotel and city center. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. It has a separate kiddie pool. The hotel does have a nightclub downstairs. I can hear thumping coming from downstairs which didn't bother me too much.

VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE STAFF”

It's very good choice for hua hin !!! The staff there is very friendly and helpful (special Mr Boy ) we became friends !!! I visited almost all Thailand the last 10 years !!! The only problem with hua hin is that it's a big town in mainland and the distance cost to much and you need 6 km to get to the center !!!

Nice Boutique-type hotel close to Hua Hin Beach”

this was our second stay at the hotel, and this time we picked a lower floor, so that we could receive the router signal in our room, to facilitate an easy internet connection, along with the password that was handed to us upon check in. the breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired, but we had free parking on the adjacent, guarded parking space, and found this hotel (again) as excellent choice for those who are mobile. if no mobility is available, we would suggest a more centrally located hotel within hua hin.

The rooms were clean and nice though outside our room was not what I expected. The pool is not nice and the pictures from their page is quite deceiving by making it the place look luxurious. We had a problem with one of their staff because we arrived early but the room wasn't available. We gave the receptionist our voucher and left our luggage so we could tour Hua Hin first. When we arrived, the staff was different and she kept insisting that I give her the confirmation number from Agoda. I couldn't give it to her because the voucher was already given to them. She can't understand me until I finally showed her other vouchers and told her I already gave it to them. Frustrated, she just said ok and then kept insisting that it was my fault and that I could not understand her and she even pointed out the confirmation number from other vouchers and said 'this! this! you see! this is what i'm talking about'
