Wonderful Bangkok Hotel ”

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and simple. The bed was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the Air conditioner as it was very hot. We also appreciated the free wifi! We booked a room with breakfast included and thought the food and the selection of foods were great. The breakfast buffet included eggs, sausages, fried rice, salad, breads and pastries, cereals, juice/coffee, and fruit. It was very busy both mornings we ate there. The location of the hotel was great! Only a short walk to the BTS National Stadium Station where you can take the sky train to various locations in Bangkok. Taxi's and Tuk Tuk's are also available in front of the hotel. When we went to the Grand Palace/Wat Pho area we only paid about 80 baht from our metered taxi-pretty cheap! A nice Thai Massage shop is also next to the hotel and we were able to get Thai Massages for 300 baht per person. They have other services there as well. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who seeks a clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel in Bangkok!

great location and great service”

this is my first time staying at holiday inn express siam bangkok. it was overall a great experience. the staffs are helpful and friendly , when they were asked about direction, they always tried their best to draw and show us on the map. the hotel is near the bts (national stadium station), about a 5 mins walk. walking to mbk and siam discovery are all within walking distance. but walking to central world may be a little far especially with the crowd and the uneven road. however, because the bts are nearby, taking a train from nation stadium to siam is less then 5 minutes. the hotel provide "grab-and-go" breakfast, initially i thought it was not included as it did not reflect on my booking form. to my surprise, it was! it may not be those international buffet type of breakfast but i think the spread was good enough. it includes, toast, fruits, porridge, fried rice, eggs, sausages, juices, coffee and tea. to grab some simple breakfast and last till lunch time is not a problem. the room that i stayed in was on the 16th floor. the view was superb, i can see 3 stadium, the train track and landscape of bkk. the bed was very comfortable and they provide two different types of pillow, the soft and firm. the toilet and shower area are clean and i think that is the most important to most travelers. the housekeeper without failed everyday they will make the bed and change new towels for us. other then that, they also help to arrange my toiletries and cosmetic. guests are always greeted with a smile. what makes me totally love the concept is that they are trying to do their part in saving their environment. they do provide basic toilets need but that are all upon request, so that it will not be wasted. i will sure recommend it to my friends and family that are visiting the country. for myself, i will sure to visit the same hotel for my next visit to bangkok.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam Hotel was nothing short of amazing - right smack in the shopping district of Bangkok(2 mins walk to the train(BTS) station, 5 mins walk to MBK), big and comfy rooms, wifi ran smoothly(though you have to request for daily slips of passwords at reception as each password slip is only good for 24hrs), attentive and English speaking reception staff was a plus! Breakfast buffet serves quite the spread but usually repeats itself daily (except for the rice dish which is frankly quite horrible, croissants were amazing ! Definitely see myself coming back. And yes, World Cup matches were shown on TV, AWESOME!

Stayed in Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam for 3 nights in total. As a frequent traveler to Bangkok, this is one of the best valued for money, no-frills hotel that I've stayed so far. Rooms are clean and bathrooms is spacious. Comes with 2 choices of pillows; a soft and a hard one. Room rates comes with complimentary breakfast as well. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located minutes away from National Stadium BTS and MBK mall which makes traveling an ease. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be the hotel of my choice when I return in the near future.

It was a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; the hotel was within walking distance to major shopping malls and the BTS (National Stadium); and breakfast spread, though limited, was relatively delicious. All in all, I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam to travelers on a modest budget without the need for surplus hotel facilities e.g. swimming pool.

Great location and comfortable room”

My first time staying at Holiday Inn Express and I was pleasantly surprised. I did receive a great deal from Agoda, so this is what prompted me to select this hotel for my stay. The room was extremely comfortable, with fast and reliable internet. The bed was a joy to sleep in, along with the comfortable pillows. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a nice shower stall. The refrigerator was a bit small, but adequate for my needs. The hotel is just 1 minute from lobby to BTS (Skytrain) where the traveler can reach all kinds of various attractions in the Siam/Sukhimvit area. Extremely convenient. Siam has some of the larger shopping malls with just about anything the shopper is looking for and it's just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, if you can get this hotel on a special deal, it's good value for the money.

Great location with great facilities and service”

this is our first time staying at holiday inn express and we were totally bowled over by its great location, amazing hospitality and comfortable room. even though this is not our first trip to bangkok but we have never been so impressed with a hotel. the location is superb with the national stadium bts at the footsteps and it is right smack in the shopping district. famous shopping centres such as mbk, centralworld and platinum are all within walking distance. besides, there is a massage parlour right next to the hotel which is great for our tired legs and bodies after a day of shopping. not forgetting the amazing hospitality of the staff who are well-conversed in english and always serve us with a smile. all in all, we felt welcomed and will definitely make holiday inn express our choice when we come to bangkok again.

An EXPRESS Haven to Bangkok's Shopping District ”

I would love to return to this hotel primarily because of its location. The malls are within reach in 10 minutes walk. As a mall brat, this surely puts Holiday Inn Express Siam in an advantage. Secondly, we love the room. It's really spacious and has a great view of the city (we've been checked-in at 19th floor).The room even has a dedicated area if you have some small work to do. Among the three hotels we stayed in Thailand, this has the most relaxing bed we ever laid onto. It may not be as huge as the other two hotels' bed, but this is the most relaxing. The breakfast is just OK to fill you up before you get hungry again in time for lunch. For an affordable price, we get to experience the service of a Holiday Inn brand. By the way, the toothbrush was by far the best one we've used from among the hotel freebies. Thanks!

Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights at Holiday Inn Express Hotel. The hotel amazing staff were very friendly and fluent in English. Location is superb! you can easily walk to MBK, Siam Discovery Mall, and Siam Paragon. Take a few steps from the hotel, you can take BTS to go pretty much wherever you want. Free internet is a plus, and it has a very high speed connection. Breakfast was great as well. For an express hotel, Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam is highly recommended!

Great location! Clean & Comfortable!”

I am a solo traveler. Arrived at Don Muang Airport and took the A1 bus outside the arrival area. Paid 30 baht and alight at Mo Chit BTS. Journey from Airport to Mo Chit is about 15-20 minutes. Interchange at Siam BTS to National Stadium BTS - Holiday Inn Express. Rather easy!! Location of Hotel is great! It is accessible to most shopping malls by BTS. Just get the Rabbit card and you will be ready to go! Otherwise MBK, Bonaza Mall, Siam Discovery Centre, Siam Square, Siam Paragon are all within walking distance. You can even try taking their Public Bus no. 73 located in front of the Seven Eleven bus stop for just 7 baht to Pratunam Market. Or try taking their motor bike for just 60 baht per trip to Pratunam Market to avoid the hot weather from walking… Overall my stay was comfortable and staff friendly. I will highly recommend to all friends and relatives or solo traveler. Good!

Nice find in the heart of Bangkok”

Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam has exceeded my expectations for it. Everything was great! From the location to the rooms to the breakfast and the staff service. Everyone was accommodating. Rooms were nice and the breakfast buffet, though limited in its choices offered, has been tasty and filling, enough to energize you before a day of touring or shopping, whichever case may be applicable. Will definitely stay here again :)

Great location and value for money”

We are very glad we chose this hotel. It's price maybe be a little higher than the nearer hotels (to National Stadium BTS station) but that compensated the breakfast and their service. We were checked in earlier than the usual 2 PM since our flight is very early. Thank you to Ms. Chan for accommodating us very well. We give them +1 for granting us our request. Another +1 for their take out breakfast. Our 2-consecutive days tours starts at 6:45 AM and a take out coffee and fruits are really helpful to us. Though the variety of breakfast is not as wide as others can offer, we really enjoyed the bread, coffee and fresh fruits. For us, that's enough to get us going for the day's activity. Maybe the only complaint we have is that how the housekeeping clean our room. Though clean and organized, we are not satisfied with their cleaning especially the bathroom. There's also a McDonalds in hotel's ground flr that's open until 11PM, a spa which is just beside the building and a 7-11 near the area. Shopping is also not an issue because MBK and Siam Paragon/Discovery Center are just walking distance. At night, we also tried window shopping in Siam Square. And since it's just opposite to the National Stadium, we were also able to watch Muay Thai competition live. Overall, everything was perfect for that 7-days stay for us in Holiday Inn Express. Indeed, it was a breeze!

The Hotel Roomlooks new , clean and big with a good view . They also provide two different pillows - SOFT & FIRM - the words were on the pillows ! Walking distance to BTS & MBK and one stop train ride to Siam Paragon & Siam Centre . Perfect location if you are there for shopping & eating the local food its everywhere in the Malls & outside the Malls. Only the Breakfast could hv been better with more local spread especially local desserts. A good service from one of the staff who has a unique name - "Thanks" - special thank you to her for letting us check-in early & rembering my birthday during my stay . Will definitely come back to stay @ Holiday Inn Express BKK SIAM . Thank you to all the friendly & polite staff ... KAP KUN KA !

This is my first time that I was stay at hoildayinn express , the front desk staff are very friendly and polite . The room is very clean and I was stay at high floor " can see a beautiful nice view , even is convince to paragon shopping mall , at Siam got s many shopping mall near this holiday . Stay at Holiday Inn Express was surprisingly good given that it claimed to be a 3 star hotel. The hotel is situated right beside National Stadium BTS. About 5-10 mins walk to MBK and 10-15 mins to Siam area. Excellent location without having to burn a hole in our pocket. There's a massage palour right beside the hotel which opens until midnight. We visited it everyday because it was pretty cheap and not too bad. There's a Mac smacked right at the entrance of the hotel so a quick bite was pretty available. Hotel breakfast spread was normal but they all tasted good! Esp the noodles and rice. Cleanliness was up to standard. The room and hotel look pretty new. Hot water was quite readily available unlike some other hotels I've been to. The bed and pillows were good to sleep in too. Generally, my stay in HIEBS was excellent. Beyond my expectations in many ways.

I spent 3 nights in holiday inn express hotel with my family, and we're very satisfied. The check-in process is fast, staff can speak english very well, and informative when we ask about places we want to go, how to get there, etc. the room is quite small but has a very nice design and spotless clean. the bathroom door is unique, it can be used as a bathroom door, or as a toilet door if one has to use the toilet while the other one has to use the wash table. the breakfast is so so, they have almost the same menu evryday, but they provide express starter for them that dont have time for breakfast. you can just grab cofee and breads. location is the best, I guess. because national stadium bts is just a few meters from the hotel. we can get to many places in bangkok easily. MBK mal is a few metres opposite the hotel, tesco lotus and circle k just around the corner. so, we will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit bangkok again, and surely will recommend this hotel to our friends. note : make sure you print the hotel's map in thai language cause not every taxi driver can read/understand the english map.

Nice, quiet, and relaxing”

let me start by saying that this is a very nice and quiet hotel. this is my last night here with my significant other and we have enjoyed the whole experience. what we enjoyed the most was taking a long tail over to the town which is over a mountain so walking is not an option. this is where the dilemma comes in. we thought that we were here to relax but found that going to town was a much more enjoyable experience, especially because the food in town is significantly better than what you can get at the part of the island holiday inn is on. the long tail boats to and from town add up very quick and get expensive at night. this is an important thing to figure into a budget. there are three resorts here; holiday inn, zelova, and phi phi natural resort. we ate at all and the food is not bad, but for the price you pay it is not what you would expect. and let me tell you, even at a nice resort in thailand, the food is extremely expensive. over in town the prices are what you would expect with the nicer restaurants only being marginally more expensive. unfortunately today we finally go to eat at the sawasdee restaurant (up the beach from the holiday inn, but before zelova) and the food was much better than the resorts and the prices were fair too. the unfortunately is since we did not eat here earlier, we would have eaten every meal here. there is a seafood buffet tonight at the holiday inn restaurants so we will give it one more try. one thing we did, which is definitely for a younger crowd is went on captain bob's booze cruise which was fun. he has a small sail boat and takes a handful of people out to snorkel, see the beaches and finish with watching the sunset on the sea....absolutely beautiful. it's not a luxury trip and you will be tired at the end of the day, but worth it. oh yeah, and it is all you can drink, but i was happy with one beer.

A Hotel where You Don't Get Ripped Off”

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam Hotel. It is the budget version of the normal Holiday Inn hotels. Other hotels would charge you a lot of money on Wifi, room services, food, drinks, etc. but this one charges you the absolute minimum for all these things The room I stayed wasn't big but it was very new and comfortable. It is right next to the BTS station and makes life very convenience for the visitors.

A short and Sweet stay!”

We booked Holiday Inn express Siam primarily because of its location. Located opposite MBK shopping mall and near to Siam Malls(5 min walk) and Central world(2 station away by BTS), our purpose of this visit was shopping, as we already had a great beach vacation at Phuket. The hotel is a no-frills one, suitable for business travelers. The breakfast spread wasn't too great as the options were limited. No live counter for eggs which was a disappointment. The hotel has 24 floors and we were lucky to get a great view corner room on the 14th floor. The room was clean and nicely done. The staff at the reception were helpful and informative. Overall a lovely stay at this reputed hotel! Will definitely come back :)

An Enchant Stay at Holiday Inn Express Siam”

It was such a delight stay at Holiday Inn Express Siam, Bangkok. The location is very strategic which is in the downtown of Bangkok where you can go to various shopping centers by walk, the cleanliness of this hotel is superfine, the staff are very friendly and helpful. These all make my trip such a delight and unforgettable. I will come back here for sure. :)
