I really had a wonderful stay at the @Home Boutique Hotel. Pound for pound the best hotel I have stayed in all my 3 trips to Phuket. It is reasonably priced for a 3-star hotel. Its location is a few minutes walk to all the major places in Patong (Jungceylon mall, Bangla Road, Patong beach, & even to the Patong Hospital in case of medical emergency) but is not in a noisy surrounding. My room was cleaned daily and room supplies were promptly replenished (2 bottles of drinking water, shampoo, soap, etc). And to top it all off, the manager Pong & the staff were very helpful in assisting me to make sure that all my needs during my stay were properly met (tours, transportation, etc). I will certainly book again this hotel on my next trip to Phuket.

Lovely hotel”
this cozy boutique hotel is slightly further away from the busy and happening patong streets. we chose this hotel so that we can rest well at night away from the pubs. it is not far, just about 5-10 mins walk away which is not bad. there're plenty of convenient store near the hotel, where we get our drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc. the hotel staffs are very friendly although they speak limited english. breakfast is good on the first two days but staying for another few more days with the same breakfast menu is a bit boring. it's not difficult to find food around the area actually, so just eat out if we get bored with the breakfast. the hotel seems new. comfortable and big room though the furniture is not of very high quality. but they are good for a boutique hotel. there's a small balcony and also a glass window with cushioned bench that can overlook on to the streets which we like and use very frequently. we had planned for a 4d3n vacation and booked for only 3 nights with at home residence. most unfortunately, just few hours before our flight back home, there's a tsunami alert and all shops are closed, traffic jam, it was a chaotic situation out on the streets. we did not manage to get a taxi to send us to the airport and later found out the airport is closed too. although the airport is opened the next day, our flight back home is scheduled 3 days later due to the queue. therefore, we were stranded for another 3 more days in phuket. we booked another 3 more days with at home residence and lucky enough, they still have rooms available. it was songkran during our extended stay in phuket and we get to enjoy the water splashing festival. the hotel owner has a truck with tanks of water prepared for his hotel staffs for songkran and we were asked to join. and there we started the journey of songkran water splashing with the hotel staffs. it was so fun and enjoyable, a great experience!! a memorable trip for us. thank you at home residence for the tre

the hotel is situated at the right place of phuket if you want to sleep well in a relatively quiet area and require to reach bars, restaurants, local food stalls and jungceylon shopping centre (including the supermarket “big c” … etc. within 5 minutes of walking distance. anyway, just 15 minutes of leisure walk will bring you to patong beach and you will find the time flies because you will enjoy the stores and shops you pass by before you reach patong beach. the hotel, as a whole, is very clean, tidy and decent. our room was about 25 sq. meters with a balcony. you don’t get a better place to stay with this price you pay. the sale & marketing manager ms. chisaphat srisawat (oh) was very helpful and nice to us. we arrived at the hotel close to 2:00 am because our flight landed at phuket airport around 11:40 pm. ms. chisaphat srisawat was expecting and received us at the front desk. she was always ready to assist us whenever we need to know the transport information, where to eat and where to visit. the management team did really put their heart to serve us.

The stay at this hotel was so cool. There is no noise at all since this is a part of apartment like complex having many hotels of PJ Mansion resortel, APK patong, this hotel, ching-chong restaurant, Good spa, at a side extension to the main road. Bangla Boxing stadium with tiger bar is merely stone throw distance from this property. walkable distance to very famous "Jungcelyon" Mall having everything from needle to precious diamonds, whopping shopping. night eatery market opp of tigerbar cheap fresh food at very affordable price. Room with 2 beds, fridge with minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary 2*1/2 litre bottles everyday, a small balcony can accommodate 2 pax sitting, room cleaning and towels/sheet changing everyday, complimentary English breakfast is OK. bike/scooter available on 200baht 24hrs rent. front desk staff really funny specialy Mr. Fong. Overall great stay at this hotel with bottom most rate, would come again when I am in Patong.

i stayed at this hotel firstly for ten nights, but i was so satisfied that after these ten nights, i booked another eleven nights.... :) what else do i need to say? unless you really need a sea view hotel, at home residence will provide you great location... very close to jungceylon mall (lots of restaurants and shopping), thai boxing stadium, fresh food market, and for sure... the crazy bangla road! if u want to go to the beach, patong beach is just 10min walk thru bangla rd... the rooms are very spacious, with a big balcony (with table and chair) tv, dvd, aircon, safe box, minibar, etc... the shower is good, but yes... the whole bathroom floor gets wet after shower :p staff speaks good english! i will def stay at home again!!!

My stay at the @ Home Boutique Hotel was very pleasant, he room was Large and clean, a King sized bed with comfortable pillows made for a pleasant sleep and the location was within walking distance of everything. he staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Excellent budget hotel”
this hotel has more than its price. beautiful room design with complete furniture and fittings. everything is clean and the room service is nice. this hotel is a must stay for those who have little budget for traveling but want to get a high satisfaction as like an expensive hotel can offer. i could not imagine with such a cheap price we could get such a wonderful hotel room... this gave a deep impression to our trip to phuket besides its beautiful scenery and beaches. i am dreaming to go this island again in the future if i have a chance.

Skip the breakfast!”
Bathroom: As others have noted, the bathrooms are stupid. The shower has nothing to block the water from flooding the bathroom, i.e. a small ledge or something separating it from the remainder of the room. I imagine this is because much of SE Asia do nhot use toilet paper, but wash themselves with a hose. Since there is no hose right there, they just jump into the shower area and wash there. Kind of makes you want to wear shower shoes when you think about it. The AC drain is also situated to ensure your bathroom floor and bathmat are always wet. Salon: The bed was a little hard, but overall the layout of the room was fine. Do not ask for more than one chair on the balcony, as they will not provide one. The TV was nice, and there were plenty of channels to chose from, even a movie channel in English. Location: I found the location fine. It was a short walk to the mall and Bangla Road (about 10 min.) I would probably have preferred being a little closer to the action. We had to cross a main road that was quite dangerous. Prices: The price was great (off season). My wife looked at a couple of other similarly priced hotels and was glad we were staying in the @home Residence. You'll save money on laundry and scooter rental by walking 25 feet across the ally (street) to take care of those issues at the hotel in front. They offer laundry service at 50bht per kilo as opposed to 60bht at the @home residence. Likewise, scooter rental is 2/3 of the price at 200bht/day vs. 300bht/day at the @home residence. I highly recommend a scooter rental to visit the weekend market in Phuket Town. Breakfast: In short, dissappointing! Could not get my eggs right. Moreover, they were greasy. I resorted to corn flakes and hard boiled eggs along with coffee and orange juice just because I prepaid my breakfast. Summary: An excellent value if you are prepared for the minor issues discussed above. I would be willing to stay there again, so that says plenty. B

Home away from all the madness”
because of all the madness in phuket and tight spaces with businesses was not sure what to expect with hotel and location? when arrived hotel off main road down small street, about a few blocks away from bangla rd, which is close but not in the thick of all the madness. hotel very modern looking and downstairs open plan, next to other businesses of same construction. so upon arrival very happy. also close by down the road is the thai boxing stadium and mall. i booked a deluxe rm with balcony and included breakfast, this was a good deal and the room was spacious with all extras even a dvd player. staff were more than helpful enough, i would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great room for a good price”
Stayed 20 days @Home Boutique, and had a great time. Large room with everything you'll need including umbrellas! Very friendly staff. Only minor cons were no drawers to put your things in there were a few shelves though, but not in the wardrobe. Another thing although situated in a quiet oneway lane you must cross a very busy and dusty road to get to the center and beach, that turns into a muddy mess during rain! Hotel is only about 10 minutes walking to either JungCeylong Shopping Mall or Soi Bangla Nightlife and about 20 minutes from the beach. Excellent value for money!

Clean modern and friendly hotel”
we arrived at @home residence and was greeted with a fruit juice and really friendly staff, we were shown to our room on the 3rd floor and we was very impressed. the room was big, clean and modern and we had a balcony, the bathroom was clean too although the shower curtain could probably do with updating! on our 2nd night the air conditioning unit started to leak we couldn't be moved as the hotel was full (our friends tried to book in) but they did the best they could to prevent spillage! the next morning we were moved as soon as someone checked out and the room was cleaned. overall we were very impressed with the hotel especially for the price, best value yet in se asia.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 days and I can say it was good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Help me with the booking of tour to phi phi island and the cab back to airport. They are always going the extra mile for me, they would help clean my room almost everyday day without fail. But the location of the hotel is a little far from bangla road and the beach. It's walking distance, it took me 15 mins to walk from the hotel to Bangla road and 20 mins to walk to the beach. The good thing is that there is a straight road direct to the beach and the bangla road and another good point is that is very close to shopping centre, about 5 mins walk. Overall, the hotel is good and I would recommend to anyone visiting patong.

Superb Hotel”
This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed. The room is huge with sofa and terrace. Every nook is well cleaned. The staff are nice and friendly. I have not tried their food so I cant comment on that. The location is perfect. About a block away from Bangla Road so you can still sleep well at night. Construction is on going though right across the hotel so if you're planning to sleep during the day, you will be disappointed. The hotel will provide beach towels for free. There is a lift which is rare in phuket. The wifi is fast. The only little problem I had was that the hotel gave me a king size bed instead of twin beds which I originally requested so better confirm with the hotel if you have special request. Overall, highly recommended!

Clean & Strategic with friendly staff”
The Hotel is more that we expected, the location are very strategic, not in in the central of Patong but everywhere is walking distance, to Patong Beach, major restaurant, Jungceylon Super Mall, Bangla Road nightlife, Thai Boxing stadium but most of is the room is clean and beautiful, all staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast are also nice. in between 1 -10, I give 9+ to this hotel. very recommended.

The day we check-in, we are serve with welcome drinks. We was guide where to go & the road to use to wanted destination. Although the hotel far from Patong beach (15mins walking distance) but near to shopping mall, busiest street of restaurant & bars. We extended our stay. The rooms big with new bed, clean bathroom, balcony, wifi, LCD TV & video player. They also provide tours which cheaper than airport travel service counter. Towel were given at the reception, when we are out to beach. It's a good hotel for those needed a quiet environment than busiest street full of noise.

Great location, great staf, great for money”
I was on @home boutiqe hotel for 2 days. The manager ( mr. Pong ) was realy helpful. He give all the information(He can speak english ) that i needed. The location realy near from banzza market, which is realy easy to get traditional food there you can also walk to go to patong beach, jungceylon, minimarket(family mart). The room as i expected ( the biggest one with large bed ) and also clean ( i never seen cockroach like some people said on the review ). I recomend you to stay at this hotel if you want low budget hotel with great value..

I came here with my friends last NYE. We came so early so we left our baggage first and spent our time at Patong beach by only 15 mins walking. The hotel area is very good. Nearby the Bangla road and Patong beach which is great, it's quite and peaceful. All the services were satisfying. One input for the hotel to have a restaurant, so we can order food for lunch or dinner if we are too lazy to go out. But overall we are satisfied and definitely will go back to this hotel!

Real boutique hotel locates in area close to every thing in Phuket. Bright room with balacony, sitting area and free WIFI. Excellent service staffs with smile, be patient with those with little English. Location is close proimity to shopping mall, market, 10-15 min. walk to beach. Hard to find location, just ask for land mark APK. Also flooded street during heavy rain, otherwise is perfect. Many choices at rack rate in same area, but good value with reasonable discount
