Wonderful stay at Hor Muen Lee”

We had booked only one night at Hor Muen Lee but ended up staying three instead. We had a room with three single beds and a private bathroom which both were very nice and clean. The absolute highlight was the staff, they helped us with every problem we had and had a lot of recommendations on what to do in the area. Sangkhla Buri itself is just stunning. The only issue could be that Hor Muen Lee is situated a bit outside of the village, not really walking distance as there is no sidewalk along the road. However, motorbikes can be rented at the resort for a very reasonable price and guarantee great mobility. Otherwise, the staff also provide drop-off services for the bus rides from the village center. We couldn't have been happier!

Relaxing resort in natural setting”

Our family of 6 adults stayed in three rooms at the Hormuen Lee Resort while we explored Sanklaburi. The resort is just before Sanklaburi town, built on the owners' huge property (includes durian, rambutan, coconut and banana orchards!). The quaint stone-covered units are surrounded by trees, in a quiet and refreshing setting. The owner's son speaks some English and was very helpful with all our requests. His mother was extremely friendly and invited our entire family to have Thai style breakfast with her, even though she spoke little English! Most guests have breakfast in town; the resort provides coffee, tea and toast. They recommended that we go tubing on the small river on the way to the Mon Bridge (turn R after crossing the bridge over the river) which was a local hangout. We relaxed in a covered platform along the river's edge, tubing down that section of river (20B rental per tube) and ordering food from the small stalls - a highlight of our time in Sanklaburi.

Old rooms, out of the city”

I got a discount on the room booked through agoda and it was clear why. Rooms were old and not clean. I left the same the day and went somewhere else.

Hôtel situé au calme, dans la campagne. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien aménagées. Il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer jusqu'aux centres d'intérêt à proximité, mais l'endroit a beaucoup de charme.

รีสอร์ทตั้งอยุ่ทางขึ้นไปในเมืองสังขละบุรี ห่างจากถนนคนเดิน 700 เมตร ห่างจากสะพานมอญประมาณ 4 กม.ต้องขับรถขึ้นไป อาหารเช้าเป็นข้าวต้มหมูใส่เห็ดหอม อร่อย แต่เสริฟมาเป็นถ้วย ขอเพิ่มได้แต่จะช้าหน่อย ห้องพักกว้างขวางความสะอาดใช้ได้ อยุ่ท่ามกลางหุบเขา

ที่นี่กว้าง สามารถจอดรถไว้หน้าห้องพักได้เลย ภายในห้องกว้าง เพดานสูง ร่มรื่น ห้องน้ำไม่กว้างไม่แคบเกินไป ทีวีเป็น Smart TV แบบดาวเทียมแต่ใช้ไม่ได้สัญญาณไม่ดี ตอน Check Inn ทางน้องพนักงานแจ้งล่วงหน้าแล้ว แต่สัญญาณไม่มี แต่พอต่อสัญญาณ Internet กับทีวี เพื่อจะดู Youtube กับ Netflix ก็ทำไม่ได้อีก เหมือน ทีวีเป็นแค่เครื่องประดับ ช่วงที่ไปพักมีฝนตก จะมีแมลงเล็กๆ เต็มไปหมด บางทีก็เข้าห้องมาในห้องพัก เกาะตามฝาผนัง ถ้าพักต่อเนือง ไม่มีคนมาทำห้องครับ แปลกดี ถึงแม้ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าปูผ้าเช็ดตัว แต่ควรมากวาด ล้างห้องน้ำ เทขยะไหมครับ อันนี้ทางโรงแรมควรปรับปรุง Amenitie มีน้ำให้ 2 ขวด สบู่เหลวอาบน้ำ กับแชมพูสระผม ทิชชู่ 1 ม้วนในห้องน้ำ และ เช็ดปาก 1 ห่อ แต่ไม่มี ไดร์เป่าผมนะครับ ในห้องนอน Wi-Fi สัญญาพอรับได้ ส่วนอาหารเช้าเป้นข้าวต้ม ชา กาแฟ โอวัลติน ขนมปังปิ้ง บริการ 7.00 - 9.00 น เท่านั้น แนะนำอาหารเย็นหมูกะทะชุดละ 399 บาท เปิดบริการ 18.00 - 22.00 น คุ้มสุดๆ มากๆ เรื่องอาหาร พนักงานที่นี่เป็นชาวไทยเชื่อสายพม่ามอญพูดได้ชัดเจน ถามว่าจะจองอีกไหมถ้าไปที่นี่ ก็โอเคนะครับ แต่อยากขอลองที่อื่น เพราะเท่าที่เห็น มีโรงแรมหรือ รีสอร์ตอื่นที่น่าสนใจอีกหลายที่อยู่ ถ้าเป็นคนกินง่ายอยู่ง่าย ไม่คาดหวังอะไรมาก แนะนำเลยครับ เงียบสงบ บรรยากาศดีมากๆ ไม่ผิดหวัง สำหรับผม 7.5 เต็ม 10 ครับ

รีสอสวยงามดีค่ะ เงียบสงบ และร่มรื่น, ห้องพักใหญ่พอสมควร พนักงาน friendly และ helpful มากๆค่ะ ไม่ไกลจาก สะพานมอญ และ ตลาดนัดคนเดินมากนัก หมูกะทะอร่อยและสะอาดสุขอนามัยมากๆค่ะ ิาหารเช้าไม่มี ช้อยส?ให้เลือก แต่ข้าวต้มกระดูกอ่อน อร่อยๆ มากค่ะ เสียอยู่บางอย่าง ไม่มีอาหารตามสั่ง(room service) เพราะสังขละบุรี หาของกืนยากมากค่ะถ้า หลัง 10.30 เช้า ห้องน้ำ อุปกรณ์บางอย่าง ชำรุดทรุดโทรม พังง่ายค่ะ แต่รวมๆ โอเคค่า ถ้ามาเที่ยวแบบ ผจญภัย แน่นอนว่าจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ
