Well...my stay at Hotel 81 Cosy was great. I love staying there. Such a clean hotel. Room is not so small...it is fine for 2 person. Good airconditioning. Very good shower water pressure for room 202. Very comfy mattress and pillow. Clean and big toilet. Tv not so good because dont have engglish movie channel. Friendly staff. Convenient hair dryer and coffee maker. Just walking distance to pubs...restaurants...7eleven...shops...clean area...close to Chinatown... I love to stay in Hotel 81 Cosy. Will definitely come again.

If life permitted us to comeback in SG. We would probably book again in Hotel 81 Cosy. Staffs are very welcoming. Everyday cleaning of the room is a big plus. Location is just 2mins. away from Outram MRT Station and is surrounded by different restaurants! Wi-fi is added to the good points :) Love our stay here. :)

Small but cozy”

Although like all of hotel 81 chain across Singapore, Cosy is small budget hotel. But located in the heart of chinatown, its got more place to explore, more food stalls to enjoy and close to MRT and other business centre here. The room in clean and adequate for budget traveller of businessman alike. Will surely be back to enjoy chinatown areas and stay here in the small cozy hotel

Hotel Cosy 81 is a very comfortable and affordable hotel in Singapore. It is quite decent for the price. Clean rooms and toilets, friendly, helpful staff, and location is very close to local yummy restaurants.

I got a best information from hotel staff, especially when I asked information about how to go to NEWater isitor Centre. I assisted with map and best reccomendation. Then, every evening when I came back to the hotel, I found my room clean. SO thank you so much to hotel 81 Cosy for this excellent service!

The best Hotel 81 in Singapore”

Hotel 81 is our best budget hotel in Singapore. Its our favorite. We go to Singapore for work and a bit of pleasure. Pleasure means eating and shopping! it is very close to the Chinatown hawkers market. such yummy food in the morning for breakfast! We eat where there is a long queue, that means its is good. It is also accessible to all parts in Singapore as there is a Metro station nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous and helpful; The rooms are clean. Tough luck only when you get the rooms without windows or small bathrooms. Otherwise, it is very comfortable and convenient.

Hotel 81 is actually a budget accomodation chain. You must know the name of the hotel to actually locate it, for example - Hotel 81, COSY. Anyway, the hotel is nestled within an area catering more to tourists, spanish bars and higher end dining in beautiful refurbished old buildings. But no matter, a short walk (5 to 10 mins) will also bring you to Chinatown and more local dining options as well as tourist attractions. The rooms are very basic, clean and quite comfortable if all you care is a bed to rest at night. The locks are sufficient and it's a peaceful area. Only thing is there are no windows so be careful of oversleeping. Also each room seem to have the biggest giant mirror ever. You may need an eye mask if this makes you queasy.Otherwise, all good.

I had a good experience in hotel cosy 81.the room was nice & comfortable & had all facilities available which made me happy.the staff was very good & co-operative.the main thing is it was near to public transport & others restaurant that was really interested for me.all in all I liked that hotel & enjoyed there,thanks.

Everyone knows that Singapore is a 'fine' expensive place to travel to, nevertheless this hotel with its price range 'within Singapore' was really good. Clean, cosy and quiet, very fast check-in/out. Very beautiful neighborhood among a stretch of well conserved buildings from 1920's. Friendly staff. Good free wi-fi although you had to log in like every hour. Short walk from train station, china town food street, etc. I must note our stay was only midweek, the street could be noisy during weekend as there are bars as close as next door and around all corners. You might want to ask for rooms with windows to the back of the house instead of the main facade if you're staying for the weekend and want to sleep early.

A comfortable stay”

This is a small, nice and easy hotel. It has a perfect point of location. It is very near to the nearest MRT station(within 10 mins walking distance) and I even walked from here to Clarke Quay. The price is acceptable as it is one of the cheapest hotels at this website, especially around the Chinatown area. But based on the size of the room, I would be more satisfied if the price is slightly lower. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. One thing I not so like about this hotel is it doesn't provide free Wifi unless you booked this hotel through this website. I booked one night through this website and extended one more night at there. At the second night, I had to pay for getting a new Wifi ID and password. I bet maybe some other Singapore hotels are having the same setting so I didn't complain anything. There is a nice pub beside this hotel and I did have a pleasant moment at there. Overall, it is a nice budget place to stay in the city of Singapore.

The hotel staffs were polite and nice. They offered my wheelchair-bound father a room at the first level to allow for convenience and ease of getting in our room. However, the room is rather small with little walking space. Nevertheless, this hotel is perfect for travellers looking for a clean, simple, cosy and convenient hotel at a budget friendly price.

hotel 81 cosy was located centrally in chinatown and it is a very convenient location. given the tight budget and location constraint, hotel 81 cosy was the best choice. the hotel is decent, clean and has a own bathroom. i booked a room that has a double bed and the room was decently sized. overall the stay was ok and the price is very competitive.

The hotel has a great location in chinatown part of singapore,it is 2 minutes walk from the MRT(subway system),has a 7/11 shop just down the street,and a close by shoping center with food shops,medical,and internet place. the rooms are clean,they give free water bottles,air condition,just the room i was staying at had no windowe that you can open,but it is realy not that bad.would stay there again for sure.

Good Location, comfortable stay and friendly staff”

The room was small but comfortable. The hotel had free wifi. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located very near MRT stations, bus stops, restaurants and shopping areas (Chinatown was close by). The price could have been slightly lower because of the size of the room. Another thing which was lacking was the shower curtain, so when you took your bath you would be getting water all over the bathroom.

Smelled funny but it was fine”

The room was small with no windows, which was fine because it was clean and comfortable, but maybe there was a ventilation or air circulation issue because it smelled a bit funny from check in. Really great location though in Chinatown to restaurants and bars. Walking anywhere (not pulau ubin) from there was quick and easy too. I'd be fine to stay there again but if I visit Singapore again I'll probably just explore other options just for fun.

You can walking ariunf chinatown, I think it's good to begin your trip from here. Hotel's staff are friendly, helpfull and great welcome. I think that if I can go back again, I will chose this hotel.
