The place was bad. The place was dark and the room was filthy. I was shocked that the staff gave us a room on the same level as shn and as a result, we have to walk past the shn area to exit. The staff service was bad too. The staff just barge into the room without even knocking on the door first. Overall, highly not recommended.

Don't have 24hours have reception. When we early check up reception also is bad attitude. Environment also is old and less clean. But for short trip is okay.

Disappointed with the hotel , toilet floor with yellow stain on the floor smell urine , please get ur cleaner to use stain remover and clean , got tea without coffee , and 1 drinking water bottle was empty the cleaner didn’t change , I suppose to book a Queen bed and single bed end up decker bed and a single bed . Aircon was not cold so I didn’t use blanket . Location are good and staff are polite .

The hotel is okay. Not that clean though. Staff don’t collect trash and do not change trash bag even if its already outside your room. No regular delivery of water (daily supply while checked in). The receptionist is friendly when we checked in and they allowed us to go on early check in without additional charge. A little far from tourists spot but yeah its cheap. Another thing no bidet and its hard to control hot/cold for shower.

Worst hotel staff ever!”
Sparing the lady who assisted us during check-in as they allowed us to check-in early given that we have a toddler. Thanks to you! BUT here's the worst part. Time for check-out... and we have 4 luggages with us. We asked the two personnels in the reception (1 lady 1 guy) if there is someone who could help us with the luggages weighing 20kgs each and they just simply said "Housekeeping already went home. No one can help.". I mean, there's a guy there just sitting, not even offering to help. Just gave me a blank stare. Ok. Totally unhelpful staff. So if you need something, you'd better do it yourself than to ask them. Don't get me started with the escalator that is not even functioning. It could have been easier for us if it was functioning. But no. It made our experience the worst. From the hotel entrance, there's also stairs going up to the reception so if you have heavy luggages with you, better rethink booking this hotel. Oh, the room was dirty as hell. At first you would think it was cleaned but when you go look under the bed, or even beside the bed, you'll see food crumbs all over. Even though the location was perfect, I will not book again.

The room wall was extremely dirty, the bathroom was really dirty, smelly, the location is good. But it so noisy during the night. So many strairs, old building and un manage,Definitely not gonna recommend this hotel.

all of the condition is bad!!! Toilet is very dirty. Bed, pillow and room super dirty with full of the hair. Tv is not in condition and all of the channel cannot be use. Corridor is also very messy with rubbish like nobody is cleaning. Customer service is inefficiency after we report the problem and not get any reply from the owner. He just reply us when we passby the counter when he is eating.... The eletrik also have a electric jump problem when I use it. if needed the picture of room condition I also can provide it...
