Pricey choices for living in the area ”

The hotel is located in the Geylang area, not far to get to the central. The room is a bit small and facilities are old. Some guests talked loudly in the midnight in the corridor might because in the red light district some noise can’t be avoided. The best thing is the window can be opened so can let the fresh air in and the staff is easy to communicate.

Not bad location but bathroom was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, room had mould and smelt damp/ mouldy which attracted bugs. Room also didn’t come with a duvet. Also need a $50 deposit which seems quite a lot and don’t card for this.

Check in on 3 pm but don’t have room available. 10pm just get the key, each open the room door see 20-30 pcs lipas here and there. On the bed also have few lipas. The bathroom is wet. If not wrong just room services. But very surprised where the lipas come from. 20-30pcs not 2-3pcs

You will be expected to add 30sgd for additional pax even for infants under 2-3 years old without additional bed or mattress provided..iron also have to rent few sgd per 2hrs..condition was not up to even a spore budget hotel standard..assigned to a room with broken aircond first and then transferred to another..found one better budget hotel the back alley of the hotel with such similar price..

The cleaning staff when doing their chores loudly with no consideration to guest whom might still be sleeping or needing their privacy. The reception also taking its own sweet time checking in guest and took about half an hour to check in.

1. room looked like it has not been cleaned in weeks. 2. water in bathroom after a shower never drained, it just sat on bathroom floor. 3. bed linens and towels were dirty and had multiple stains. 4. mixture smell of a combination between smoke and musty. 5. AND THE WORSED- WE FOUND A USED SYRINGE ON TOP OF MIRROR.

Reached hotel at 3.30pm and told by reception that room is not available and check in time is from 3pm to 12am. Not guaranteed and stated 3pm will have room for guests.

Room was very old and very very dirty. All stained over blanket and bed sheet. MRT station not near. Staff rude old men there.

Low end hotel”

This is a hotel with no amenities. I had no idea that it existed in Singapore, hence my misunderstanding. Comfort is absent, cleanliness too. The staff is friendly but I don’t recommend staying more than one night.

Honestly, their staff aren't that organized and the hotel itself isn't well maintained and cleaned. Its price isn't worth the stay. Sadly, I do not recommend booking this hotel in SG.

Hotel's aircon compressor not working. Prepare to sweat in your room.”

The receptionist alvin is easily provoked, despite the good commendations as you can see in other reviews. The good commendations are from their business partner/friends/relatives. The room aircon is not cold. It is windy with stuffy air contained inside the room. There is a difference between cold and windy. The aircon compressor is spoilt. When i made a complaint at the reception, another guy heard me and said he also felt very hot when sleeping. I asked to see the small hotel boss, he/she said will see me when he/she is FREE. The agoda helpdesk "alian" ran away without helping me after corresponding for so long
