Directly connected to the station, the bus stop is also nearby, the lobby is spacious and clean, and the rooms are large. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly. There were many options for breakfast, and everything was delicious. I will definitely use it again.

This was a trip with my two daughters during spring break, just the three of us girls! Anyway, it was a new and beautiful hotel that exuded luxury while also showcasing local charm. The breakfast buffet, souvenir shops, discount coupons that could be used there, and the welcome drink service were all very enjoyable for us girls. Our highlight was the spacious room and the large public bath, but I was especially satisfied with the separate bathroom and toilet in the room, which also had a washing area and a very spacious bathtub! When we go to Kyoto again, I would love to stay here once more!

10.0Exceptional
I stayed for my annual medical check-up. I arrived by car, and there was a nearby affiliated coin parking, which was inexpensive and very helpful. It seemed there was a group of students staying at the same time, but it was so quiet and comfortable that I didn't feel it at all! The breakfast had a variety of ingredients from Kyoto and was abundant, but it was compactly arranged, making it easy to choose and transport, which I appreciated. And of course, it was very delicious! One downside was when I used the public bath, I was quite surprised to see several guests from abroad bathing in their underwear. A staff member intervened and firmly addressed the situation. There are English signs everywhere, but the Japanese instructions were printed very small under them, so I think it might be better to make them larger and more eye-catching, especially since it's Kyoto. The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff's service was excellent, making for a great stay. I definitely would like to use it again!

It was a trip with three families from Korea. Everyone was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very delicious. The room was completely clean. It was very convenient being close to the station. Disadvantages: I couldn't turn off the TV, so I had to unplug it. The restaurant on the second floor was the worst.

“Spacious and comfortable room conditions, quiet location.”
One station from Kyoto Station, connected to the train station on the second floor, and the surroundings are not noisy, which is nice. The room is spacious (after spending two days in Osaka, I realized how spacious and comfortable the hotel was). The staff is friendly, and the restaurant area on the second floor and the rooftop terrace have great night views. It’s not a hot spring, but the water in the large bath is relatively clean (visited in the afternoon). The only downside was that the breakfast had the same menu for two consecutive days. Still, I will return to this hotel on my next visit to Kyoto.
